Peter (3/5): Very poor value for poor facilities - The bed was comfortable. Easy enough access. The dining room was rushed though served a great steak Fridge was off and water flowed onto the floor and it was smelly, next door shower sounded like a tractor, faux leather lounge was moulting, curtains very old and full of holes, the hot water was scolding and not regulated. Shower! Hard to get in and shower head was just dreadful.

There were options for heating food and crockery/cutlery etc. The aircon was very effective on a hot day. Our room was at the front and therefore had traffic noise. Would recommend requesting a back room. The rooms were older but in very good condition.

We needed to change rooms due to my elderly parents being unable to go up stairs and they were very accommodating. This is a little bit nit picky, but the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan. Maybe consider having exhaust fans in your bathrooms. The beds were very nice but a little firm for my liking. Otherwise everything was great.

Janet (6/5): We stayed here mainly for the EV charging, but had to use the NRMA charger next door. - They have a dining room, which was convenient as this motel is well away from the centre of town. Our meals were fine and drinks reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable, and the curtains effectively blocked out the heat in the afternoon and light in the morning. Their EV charging facilities were below expectation - a plug was provided in the staff carpark for you to use your own trickle charger. This was insufficient to fully charge the car, so I charged at the NRMA charger next morning, delaying our departure by an hour. When other rooms used their water, we had a shrieking/hammering noise in our pipes. Fortunately this stopped after everyone went to bed. We could still hear an unhappy baby crying in the room next door.
