- Tee (10/5): Happy happy!! - First time staying here, staff friendly on arrival, very clean room, good quality towels, bed very comfortable, perfect location for early morning flight, very happy with our stay, will definitely book again!!
Next time I will request extra 2 pillows, other than that very happy!! Can’t say anything bad!!!
- Anne (1/5): - Not much really, noisy and not even cheap. All of iy

- Fiona (4/5): Miserable 😞 ! The staff were pleasant - It was close to the airport - the bed was comfortable. It was over priced and dirty. Room 112 under the bed had at least 2inches of dirt and dust. The air conditioning filter was filthy. I have oxygen to help with my breathing. It was a night i didn’t sleep. I went to the airport at 6am to get an earlier flight to get out of there. (I had requested a late checkout)

- Craig (3/5): This place represents poor value for money and wish I had stayed elsewhere - Being close to the airport is the only desirable quality of this hotel. Small cramped room. Facilities were poor and dryer in the laundry was broken. Box type air-conditioner from a 1980s mining camp.
- Steve (10/5): -
- JEAN-MARC (8/5): - L’accueil
- Casper (3/5): Not the best hotel at all but close to the airport - Good location not far from the airport. The room was quite dirty. Outdated and there were cockroaches walking through the room. Did therefore not had the best sleep.
Did not like the bathroom either.

- Leisa (10/5): - We got to Ibis Airport around 8.30pm & thankfully, they have a frozen food vending machine along with others & a microwave close by in the breakfast area to defrost & heat our purchases up, as the Airport food outlets seemed to be all closed. The rooms are a tad small. But it was only overnight, so it was all fine.
- Skye (4/5): -
- MCATEER (1/5): Didn’t stay there. - I did not stay there as my vacation was cancelled due to Donald Trump. The hotel would not refund my money, even though they did for a friend!!!!!!!! My booking being refunded.

- Tomomi McDonald (2/5): Need more improvement for hospitality would be grateful - Location was great as nearby the airport. The room was very small, there weren't very clean at all, when I got there the floor of the bathroom was still wet and some hair was in the sink. Too expensive for what it is and I didn't feel the staff weren't welcome me much. Also, in the morning as well, when I was returning the key card the reception lady didn't even look at me.

- Julie (1/5): -

- Robert (1/5): -
- Phillip (5/5): Would never stay there again. - It was reasonably clean. Bed was ok. Location was too far away from anything like coffee shops and eateries. Staff seemed very unhappy to be there. No lifts.

- krystal (9/5): Convenient and clean - Ive stayed here several times and it's the same everytime, I love consistency!. . Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Great facilities. Location is obviously convenient to the airport. Its budget accommodation so you can't expect too much, but for an overnight pitstop it does the job. I wish the windows were just a little more sound deadening. Otherwise it's fine.
- Kylie (1/5): - The location to the airport. The room needs to be updated
Very old and shabby.
- María Berenice (5/5): -

- Ta'asi (2/5): - Location Service and facilities
- James (1/5): Looked like a brothel - Nothing Was dirty ac didn’t work and overpriced
- Jessie (2/5): Do not recommend - Close to airport. I understand it is a ‘Budget’ hotel, but this was shocking. Bathroom was dirty and mouldy, maintenance needed on the room and the whole hotel. Honestly not worth staying here, only stayed as we arrived too late to check in elsewhere.
- Emma (5/5): -
- Kaselia (8/5): - The easy access to Taxi and rideshare was a bonus to the exceptional room facilities. Most taxi when hired from the airport usually give excuses when they hear that destination is to the IBIS Budget. I'm not sure what the problem is as i thought they are meant to serve the public.
- Sienna (6/5): -
- John Paul (7/5): -
- Stacey (1/5): - When in the shower the entire shower head fell off. Front desk advised, and understood our frustration but was not able to resolve whilst we where there.
