Lauren (8/5): - Clean ,great location ,new clean facilities. Initial check in was difficult as Bookings. Com didn’t communicate with Sea Vu to say I had paid so we had to pay in full again .Whilst we did get a refund, it was a bit of an awkward exchange at the time.
RICHARD (6/5): - No complimentary bottle of wine or champagne as stated as included on booking .com room details. WiFi did not work. The signal was so weak devices could not connect most of the time. When we did get enough signal it was so weak could not even load a news page.

Paul (10/5): Great location and magnificent view. - The location was really good, and the view was to die for. My daughter enjoyed the beach, it was quite private and she had fun. I think the WiFi could do with some attention. TP Link Omada would be a good affordable solution.

Nothing I didn't like I love it there .

Stefanie (7/5): Gemischt - Die Lage am Meer war wirklich toll und das Personal war freundlich. Check in außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten war gut gelöst. Supermarkt und Restaurants waren nicht weit weg und die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Ausstattung für den Preis war etwas armselig. Man musste wie so oft sein Geschirr abwaschen aber es gab nicht mal ein Gestell zum trocknen lassen. Mini Shampoo und kein Bodywash und sehr enge Dusche. Wir waren in vielen Parks die wesentlich besser ausgestattet waren für weniger Geld. Es war leider einfach nicht sehr gemütlich und dafür echt teuer.

The only fault if I have to mention one is the gap between the bed and the window in the cabin we were in was very tight, if it were just 5cm wider, it would be more comfortable to navigate.

kjd773 (10/5): Great location, modern cabins, would definateley stay here again. - The staff who checked us in were very helpful and happy. We had a sea view cabin and it did not disappoint!! The views were amazing!! The cabin was spotless and modern with everything you need. It was a quick 5 minute walk (if that) to the main street. We were only there for 1 night so didn't use any amenities that the park offered. The only downside was the outdoor sitting area for the cabin wasn't that large and felt a bit enclosed. I understand though it was probably like that to reduce the wind coming through, let me tell you Robe can be very windy!!!!!

Easy walking path to beach and Main Street. If a white caravan is parked in front of cabin under the fixed window, the glare straight off the caravan roof is uncomfortable.

Daniel (3/5): Poor staff needs service retraining to uplift the experience of guests. - The location overlooks the ocean so that was nice. But not all cabins have sea view, so need to specify if you require. There was a grumpy old man who kept reminding my family upon check out that we cannot linger around and use their communal bathroom while waiting for our tow truck to remove our faulty rental vehicle. No empathy and lacklustre in service attitude leaves a bitter taste and experience at Robe. WI-Fi is also patchy and telco signal is poor at this caravan park. But no issue once we travel out north.

We had some emergency that required us to hang around at the place after check out.. The staff came and told us that we cannot use any of the amenities after check out. It was so lack of empathy. They even required us to throw our own rubbish in the room.

Jayce (9/5): Beautiful beachside stay - Beautiful location and cabin The only real dislike we had was with the shower, it is very small for what is otherwise quite a spacious nice cabin. The shower head is a rain style head and far too large and weak and when paired with the very small shower space. Made us dread having a shower each morning. A nicer more direct shower head and some liquid hand soap and body wash (only tiny bars of soap available) would go a long way to make it 10/10 That being said I would stay again for sure and it is a small blemish on an otherwise beautiful stay.

Although it was raining on and off we still had a good look around the beautiful town. We took advantage of the laundry but could only put a few things in the dryer. The office kindly loaned us a clothes airer for the rest. Maybe waterproof covering for car?
