The family units we were allocated (#1and#5)were very old and need to be replaced with more modern facilities. The queen bed in #1 was too saggy, the bathroom quite small and the fridge in the same room as the bed was not quiet enough.

• Susan (9/5): - Staff welcoming and full of good advice as to where to eat and what to see. Room was a little dated looking, but was cosy and clean, and had everything you would need in the kitchen. Shower good. Queen bed really comfy. Bunk beds were old and squeaked, and not so comfy. Air-conditioned, and windows had fly screens, but not security screens. Lots of play areas for kids. We only stayed one night. Easy to get to town for the restaurants and tourist spots.The caravan park is right near the very busy Port which I hadn't realised.
• Tim S S (8/5): It was cosy and a wonderful stay by the seaside. - Great for kids, playground and jumping pillow were very popular. The location was good and only a short drive into town. There were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't close or lock, the bedroom fan didn't work and what is advertsied as two rooms is just a double bed that is situated in the living area.

We were in one of the superior cabins (#25), the only downsides are the low water pressure in the shower and the pillows that are like pancakes (extremely flat), other than that I would highly recommend booking one of these cabins. As mentioned above, low water pressure and pillows not to my liking.

They also have a large bouncing pillow for the kids to jump on. My child so a cockroach in the microwave which made us cautious about the cleanliness of the rest of the kitchen. However, it looked clean.

Everything was super clean, ac worked well and the rooms had awesome ceiling fans. Nice big living room, 2 bedrooms. Room was outdated with rust and some mold and all the dishes required washing before use as they were greasy. Internet wouldn't stay connected and the Tv had no Netflix or streaming capabilities. No aircon or fan in bedrooms so sleep was unpleasant.
• Rebecca (6/5): Worn, dated and poorly maintained Delixe Units - Excellent service, fast friendly check-in. Nice, quiet location close to town but still away from the busy parts of town. Firstly I rarely will review a property in a negative light and will usually just stop staying there but this our 4th or 5th stay and I just felt compelled to share a few things- firstly we hired a 2 bedroom deluxe spa holiday unit, we stayed here as we were towing a trailer and wanted somewhere a little more spacious and secure. At $291 a night this was amongst the more expensive stays in town. The units just have not been maintained. Unit 14 looks shabby, worn and dated. Gouges out of kitchen benches, a scratched up dining table that looked 10+ years old and that could be replaced for less than the cost of 1 nights accommodation. No money has been reinvested into this place. Shower was grotty, while the place was 'clean enough' it wasn't $291 a night clean. Even the small things like the aircon has been replaced in the lounge but they've not patched up the wall where the old unit was- why not just do things properly? The bed spreads were old, thin, worn. Shower head rusty. Even my partner (who has slept on 2 office chairs rolled together lol) said the place was really underwhelming for the price.... it could be brilliant but it was super disappointing.
