- Cherine (8/5): Pleasant, but standards have dropped. - Beds very comfy, spacious room Breakfast was very poor. Reduced variety to like properties and much reduced from what I have had previously at the Gibraltar. Hotel was very clean except for the windows looking out from the breakfast room. There were cobwebs everywhere. The coffee pod machine at breakfast was dripping the coffee so it took ages to get one cup which was then cold by the time you were ready to drink it.
- Kateryna (10/5): Family friendly hotel without any compromise on style and service - This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is super friendly, and hotel facilities include a heated pool, gym, and a large area of land to wander around and explore. The views from the restaurant are simply breathtaking, if you want to enjoy Autumn colours of the Southern Highlands. We will definitely come next year.
- Priyaranjan (10/5): Perfect Bowral stay - Great property, Marilo dinner was excellent, friendly courteous service Wifi is very patchy
- paul (7/5): - Location Breakfast closes 10 am on a weekend

- Katie (9/5): Great staff in the bar bistro. - Great location and view, comfortable spacious room in the king suite No microwave in the rooms
- Narelle (6/5): - Perfect location for our weekend. Love that you have EV chargers. There was next to no hot water! The water for showering was barely warm.

- Lynda (10/5): Our room overlooking the golf course was beautfiul. Overall would recommend to famiy and friends. - Our courtesy upgrade as I made the wrong reservation was greatly apprecited. The bed was so nice and big and comfortable and the view was gorgeous. Housekeeping staff were very friendly. Buffet breakfast was nothing exceptional. Gym was very limited.
- Remo (7/5): good venue especially for golfers but could be much better with some attention to detail. - Room/bed It was not very clean, especially the bfast area.
- Edmond (9/5): -
- Julie (9/5): Very good with the exception of the restaurant - Didn’t eat breakfast The food at the restaurant was not hot enough, and one young female waitress was surly and unhelpful
- Kyle (8/5): -
- Vani (8/5): -
- Maggie (10/5): A wonderful 4-day escape. - Room was spacious and clean. Provisions for coffee and tea and a bar fridge. Breakfast was included in our package. Buffet breakfast was ample and the dining area was beautiful - overlooking the golf course. The bar also provided for light meals until 8pm. Small gymnasium and pool room was available to use. Location was close to Bowral but also out-of-the-way. Close to the concert venue. We needed a car to get around. Parking at the property was great too - we cold park outside our room. Coffee machines were a bit tempramental at breakfast but the staff made us barista coffee (at no cost) instead. Perfect!
- Gary (8/5): - Good location, facilities and views over the golf course. Breakfast was good. Nothing in particular.
- Suivi (7/5): - views from room breakfast was a bit ordinary (eg stale bread cold hash browns)

- Michelle (1/5): Didn't stay - left and booked elsewhere - We didn't stay and asked for a cancellation. The place was awful. Bad decor, very cold and unwelcoming, staff said fires would not be lit as they were 'waiting' for firewood and it wouldn't be arriving while we were there😳. Bad feeling about the hotel, horrendous location down a dodgy driveway. Bistro advertised nowhere in sight. Hotel had no personality. Price very expensive for what you were about to get. So no never would go back.... See above
- Roman (9/5): -
- Hanne (6/5): - I thought the room and bathroom was a very good size. The hotel was modern and staff friendly. It was very cold in the hotel overall and especially in the bar which is where we hung out most if not in our room. Would have been nice to sit around the fireplace.
- Michael (6/5): -
- christine (7/5): - I liked the location upon arrival there was no one at the front desk to greet the guests, I noticed this throughout the day.
Also when I phoned the hotel for a rate they didn't take the effort to explain what rooms were avaialble hence why the booking was made online..
I don't think the customer service was up. to scratch..the miain mirror in the room had not been cleaned there were fingerprints and smudges, also having stayed in Room 202 I heard the staff responsible for mowing the lawns and this was super early niot much of a sleep in so this is my feedback
Thank You
- RaeMike (10/5): - Perfect stay for weekend golfing trip. Great bar and pool Nothing
- HYO JUNG (8/5): -
- Hayley (10/5): -
- Rachael (10/5): - Friendly helpful staff across all areas? Including room service staff
- Simon (7/5): Fun - Comfy beds, good aircon. Nice warm swimming pool Expensive for the quality of the hotel
- Mark (7/5): -
- Justin (2/5): -
- Dom C (10/5): -
- Natasha (7/5): Good clean rooms - expensive for what it is though . - Rooms didn’t have any coffee or tea facilities. For the nighty rate would have expected this be included
- Talevski (9/5): -
- David (10/5): -
- Brian (10/5): -
- Samantha (5/5): -
- Janine (10/5): -
- McAlpine (10/5): Great venue for attending a concert at the winery. Will be back for golf and cellar door. - Room and beds were great. Breakfast included was great, bar is nice, parking was perfect, staff were very helpful and friendly. Great venue for attending a concert at the winery. Shuttle were very helpful for getting there and back. The only negative comment would be that the noise from the hallway comes straight into the room, so when housekeeping are going from room to room - you can hear them calling out and knocking all the way down the corridor. Not ideal if you're trying to have a sleep in.
- Wesley (4/5): Expected a lot more elegance than what is there - Breakfast was good selection self serving coffee was cold not hot enough then charged more for barista coffee All common areas need updating pool area missing tiles, plastering blowing out due to rusted trims. All wall paper throughout hallways had ripped edges
Our silicone in shower has black mold in it
Expected a lot more for nelly $900 a night
- Glenn (10/5): -
- Monk (9/5): Expensive but very nice. - Room was spacious and well appointed. Bathroom was large but would have benefited from a ceiling fan. Staff were eager to please and very friendly. I understand there is supply and demand but the surge pricing was 5 times that of a comparable weekend in another month's time due to the concert at Centennial Winery. This is very disappointing.
- Cissie (9/5): Because of the concert of Jimmy Barnes Bowral 2026 happened on the same weekend we booked at the property, the price per - The property is clean and quiet. The environment is peaceful.
- Debbie (9/5): -
- Barbara (9/5): Love Bowral and was happy with accommodation - Rooms were big, view of the golf course was special Restaurant wasn’t appealing and limited options from the bar
- Popie (7/5): Great place - Peaceful and relaxing
- Brett (10/5): a great spot for a quick stay or a conference - loved the huge rooms and heated pool
- Richard (9/5): Comfortable stay in generous room - Nice location on the golf course and generously sized rooms. There is an odd smell in the foyer and main hallways. Possibly incense or some sort of deodoriser. Have noticed it both times we stayed.
Not unpleasant but it wouldn’t be my choice.
- Miriam (9/5): - Spacious room with an enormous bed. Excellent shower. Plenty of parking available. EV charger for the car. Excellent place to stay in the Bowral area. We were fortunate to get a booking at a good price. Didn't like providing a photo ID which was uploaded to the system. Potential here for identity theft. Should be sufficient to view the drivers licence or similar and record the number. The narrow lane leading to the property is in poor condition.
- Graham (8/5): Would love to make a return visit to this property. - The size of the room was very generous and the furnishings were stylish.
Loved the balcony overlooking the golf course. In my opinion, The dining did not meet the same standard as the accommodation .
