Guest Reviews
- Dave (10/5): - Very helpful and friendly staff. N/A
- Vicki (2/5): Overpriced, smallest room Ive ever seen and don't expect the basics such as soap in your room!!! - The pool was the only good part of our stay once the unpleasant lady agreed to unlock the pool gate finally at 2.30pm in the afternoon. We stayed there 2 nights over the Australia Day long weekend including Australia day, so it was very hot. Very Very small room and parking allocation way to small.
Says it was a family suite don't be fooled its NOT!!! But charged $215 per night, the room was only the same size as all the other rooms the owners had just squeezed in an additional single bed which was hard against the wall/window and only the width of a small bedside table distance away from the double bed and the other side of the double bed was only the width of the other small bedside table from the wall on the other side of the room. The size of the room for 3 persons was a joke.
Very tired room, the beds very hard and the bathroom had no exhaust fan so after one shower was like a sauna in the bathroom on 30+ degree day.
There was NO BATH SOAP at all in the room, ONLY 2 tiny Shampoos for 3 people, ONLY 2 packets of little bickies for 3 people, NO milk and only enough coffee for 3 drinks even though we were staying 2 nights. I have never stayed in any motel no matter how tiny or old that does not provide at least soap for a shower and milk for a cuppa till this one!!!

- SHU NGA (8/5): Friendly owner and nice room - Location: close to Woolworths and Aldi (walking distance is less than 10 mins).
Interior: Bedroom was renovated, a nice little
couch, fresh paint & floor board. Air conditioning does the job!
Bedding: very comfortable Unfortunately, a patron playing music and then talked very loudly right outside till 10pm approximately. I could almost hear every word he said. It’s unusual but it is a budget hotel.
Location: The balcony doors (no windows) are facing to the main road, not great for those who are sensitive to noises. It’s okay for us.

- Deepak (7/5): -
- Kai Hung (9/5): -
- Charles Curry (9/5): - Room was compact but very comfortable with lots of facilities. The owner provided much helpful information. I didn't dislike anything; the entry and egress to the old highway required vigilance and haste but all ok.

- Georgina (8/5): A nice comfortable stay for a weekend. - We stayed in a served unit. It was very neat and tidy. Was on the smallish side but suited our needs.
The kitchen had most things you needed to cook a good meal.
The BBQ was nice and the Pool was exceptionally clean. There wasn’t a spatula but we made do.
Is right on the main road, so there was traffic noise.

- Thomas (10/5): A good stay - Good location.
Good beds. Nothing
- Noirin (6/5): Pleasant -
- Luke (8/5): Great roadside Motel - Great staff and very clean tidy rooms. Only issue was the hair dryer in our room was faulty.
This was the one and only problem so no biggie.
- Alan (8/5): Value for Money !!! - Great older style motel that is well maintained. It is within walking distance of the better cafes and restaurants on the waters edge, and the local micro brewery and fresh seafood. Yeah the architecture is a little dated but Value for money it was 10/10 and you couldn’t fault it.
- Dale (9/5): Superb - Manager's were so friendly and helpful.

- Crock (8/5): A budget but comfortable and clean hotel. Great value, friendly owners. - Friendly staff, tidy and clean room, comfortable bed, good room space. I liked the doors to the garden, even though the main road is close by. It could be helpful to have a towel rail in the bathroom.

Friendly owners . Always had a smile on there face and always said hello Bed was a little bit hard but other then that nothing
- Michael (6/5): Pleasant -
- David (9/5): Comfortable stay, spotlessly clean - While a little dated, the room was cleaned to the highest standard, by far the best we've encountered in years of travelling. The bushland to the rear of the property stands in stark contrast to the Motel's highway frontage. Shops were a short walk away. Rejoining the highway.
- Constantin (7/5): Good -
- Beer (8/5): Very good -
- Carolyn (8/5): Very good -
- Brian (7/5): Good - It was okay without being fantastic. We were on the main road and our room was next door to the owners and we could hear their tv. Other rooms wouldn’t have had that issue. The room was clean. The bathroom looked like it had been renovated recently. The room was quite small.
- Rod (8/5): Clean and comfortable. - The motel room is quiet and well cleaned and comfortable. Friendly and polite owner.
- Amy (6/5): You get what you pay for. - The location was great, especially for this time of the year. It was quite dusty when you moved things around. Especially the floors and behind the beds.
Things we thought would be there weren’t (plates, bowls, cutlery), luckily we had brought everything with us since we planned to be out during our stay, only showering and sleeping here. We also had to request extra towels/face washers.
- Zhiya (7/5): Good -
- Akhtar (8/5): Very good -
- Kelley (7/5): Convenient. - Quiet. Modernised bathrooms. Some people will like it but the complimentary coffee was the cappuccino sachets. I’d prefer the little milks myself.
- Mcdonald (8/5): Very good -
- Connie (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (8/5): Nice place to stay for short trips - Close to everything and good value for money Bathrooms could do with an update but still serviceable
- Linda (7/5): Good -
- Rachel (9/5): Superb -
- Grant (8/5): Very good -
- Leann (4/5): Disappointing -
- Rubaina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Libby (9/5): Fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet at night. I will come again. - We didn't have breakfast. It would have been nice to have a fan in the room so we didn't need to have the air conditioning on all nice.
- Srb1987 (7/5): Good -
- Dushyantha (10/5): Fantastic place and hosts. - The entire stay was fantastic. The place is very close to Narooma Town centre (walking distance through scenic backwoods) and the room was very comfortable and well done up. Kerry and Ian were warm, welcoming and very friendly hosts who gave us tips on places to visit, extra towels for the beach etc etc. Made us feel like we were at home. We were a couple visiting on a holiday, from Sri Lanka.
- Meng (7/5): Good -
- Taburnal (8/5): Very good -
- Nina (10/5): The best one so far among the three motels we’ve stayed. It has everything a family needs. Excellent service and hospita -
- Natisha (8/5): Very good -
- Margaret (7/5): Good - The birdlife The toilet was dirty I had to clean it
There was no milk in the fridge
- Helen (6/5): Meeting up with family to visit out parents at the cemetery - It was convenient It certainly wasn’t clean the window sills were filthy, there was a lizard in the room, no milk in the fridge and generally the place needs some major tlc.
- Xuezhi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Therese (7/5): A pleasant stay! - It is an older style motel in appearance whose rooms have been refurnished well. The bed was very comfortable. Little extras were provided. Initially I worried about the proximity to the highway and there was some traffic noise but not enough to disturb a sleep.
- Phil (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bruce (8/5): Very good -
- Anniekona (2/5): The worst motel we have ever stayed in. - This place was the worst motel we have ever stayed in. It was the so-called ‘honeymoon suite’ - what a joke! The dingy dirty looking entrance door opened to a dated, dysfunctional ‘suite’. The furniture was old and tatty, with rusting metal legs. The oven didn’t work and management had no idea how to fix it, not di they know it was even malfunctioning. Considering it is a gas oven that is a warming in itself not to go to this place. The bathroom is old, large cracks in the bath, dirt on the floor and generally unpleasant. The swimming pool and grounds were unkept - paint was flaking off the swimming pool and one of the children cut themselves on a sharp flake of peeling paint. Management was abysmal. Never, never again would we stay at this place. Like Faulty Towers, but far worse, and without the comedy!
- Rod (8/5): Comfortable bed. Clean and convenient stay. - Very clean. Good bed. Pleasant staff at reception.
