That is all The photos on line and the reviews were very different to the end product. The rooms were advertised as recently renovated. Maybe by a so call handy man, who brought things second hand and then cut them down to fit and shape them around things. Very poorly done and not recent by any measure.

Didn’t stuff the whole room with furniture which was great. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Sink was blocked in the bathroom. Took 5 minutes to drain the sink after I washed my hands. Bathroom door scraped against the floor and had gathered hair/ dust behind it so that was a bit gross when discovered. Mattress wasn’t super comfortable - a bit soft and lumpy.

Very outdated, looks old and tried inside, could do with some tlc, there loads of small insects flying around mainly in the bathroom. At night something flew on my face not what it was as it the room was dark. The room was of decent size, internet was good and it would have been good if a face washer was available and left with the towels.
Anna (9/5): For a 1 night stay it was fine 🙂 for our family and close to Forster to. - An older style motel that is mostly renovated...carpet in the room was clean (a bit oldet),table in the room a bit worn however the kitchenette and bathroom were renovated nicely.Beds were comfortable 😀 the pool and BBQ area looked a bit 'tired'...(once it's renovated it will look better-knowing it does take time).

Lots of noisy guests very close to us who smoked. Room felt dirty, grit on floor, colour of room did not look clean. Towels were not replaced each day.

Alderson (8/5): Decent for a night. Overpriced, but it's that time of year! - A really great location for a night's stay to break up the journey from Coffs Harbour to Sydney. The family room was large with plenty of space for a family of 4, or even 5. Check in and out was hassle-free and aircon, WiFi and TV worked great! The shower was also really great with decent water pressure and constant temperature. The kids enjoyed a dip in the pool. We'd stay again! Black mould on the kitchen blinds and a few small cockroaches, but only 2 or 3. Would have liked a couple of wine glasses, but that's really nit-picking. Overall, it was a good stay, although for 400 bucks for a night I'd have expected it to be spotless.

Ironing board with no cover. Shower mouldy. Used rolls of toilet paper. Wasn’t enough parking two nights. Same bath towels for our entire stay. No tea towels. Kids found rubbish, thongs, toys under the beds. Was honestly the dirtiest place iv stayed at. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Jellis1 (10/5): Always lovely to stay here. - This is our fourth time staying here, it's that good. Room is very large with enough room for table and 2 chairs. Nice little kitchenette with everything need for an overnight stay. Bathroom is roomy with good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed is very comfortable with crisp clean linen. And what a delight to find the outside has been decorated for Christmas with a little plaque on every room. The pool certainly looked inviting on such a hot day. There is also some nice little covered areas to sit outside. We will definitely stay here again.
