- Clair (9/5): Overall comfy and very well set up. Very disappointed there was no air conditioning or even a split system. Would’ve - Location, set up and floor plan was great. Extra bathrooms, very happy about as females outnumbered males and worked well for getting ready for a wedding. No air conditioning and it was an extremely hot day, plus house had been all locked up. Found fans in rooms and opened up both sliding doors for cross flow breeze. Still very hot inside !!!! Plus laundry was outside in a crappy old crooked shed !!! Had trouble getting washing machine to work as there was an issue with the water taps / sink/ wash machine. Couch looked good but not comfy for 50+ year olds or 80 year olds !!

- Karen (7/5): Lovely house, great location, misleading advertised air-conditioning, rude host. - Location excellent, house is really lovely, great kitchen, well appointed, lots of bedroom space. No Air Conditioner and no ceiling fans!! very important especially since its summer, we didnt sleep well as it was muggy at night. most annoyed that was advertised with air conditioning, my husband was very annoyed with me that i booked somewhere at a premium price without it. When I checked the booking it did say Aircon. At the house, the booklet clearly says NO COOLING. the booklet also said ceiling fans which it did not have, floor fans did not suffice and no power point to put in main room. When i called the host afterwards to question this, he told me i was wrong that the property was not advertised with Air Conditioning. it was also advertised on Airbnb with air-conditioning. Would have booked again but def will not now due to the rudeness. i have images to prove the advertising.
