- larkin (7/5): You get what you pay for. - Fantastic location and great prices. Staff were helpful. Hot tub i paid for had 4 broken jets. The corners of the rooms were really dirty and the kettle didn't work. Place needs a serious refresh. Very noisy in the evening.

One small piece (about the size of a 50c piece ) of soaps for two adults. No information about surrounding area ( ie cafes, restaurants etc), broken tv remote and no information on its use.

Unable to shut louvre windows on toilet making it very cold. Sliding door onto patio needed lubricant as it was very hard to open and close. Futon was very uncomfortable to sit on.

Would definately book there again.

Parking onsite was very limited & nowhere near enough spaces for the amount of rooms. When returning to the motel on one occasion there was no parking space free but when we spoke to the office person in charge he kindly resolved the issue quickly which we appreciated.

We would have used the pool except there was no filter on, and many insects floating on the top. We had to get a cab into town for dinner and back again, as it was too far to walk (foot injury).

There were insects in the room and I woke up with a few of large bites on my arms and legs. It may be worth considering giving the floor coverings a deep clean.

- Eoin (10/5): Can’t fault this place. We got a room upgrade upon arrival and were surprised how big the room was with the balcony over - Great location right beside the water and not far from any restaurants.
- Belinda (7/5): - The location was ideal. The room had everything in listing and space to relax. Bed was firm and ok, although a mattress topper would add to comfort level. Curtains were very dusty, need a good wash. The bathroom has no door but can't be seen into from bedroom. Glass door to balcony did not slide and took a lot of effort to open and close. No power points near the bed and no extention cord. Husband using a sleep machine so had to go buy extension cord.

Das Zimmer war düster, sollte dringend renoviert werden und ist hellhörig. Die Zimmertüre lässt sich nur sehr schwer öffnen. Der Pool ist nicht einladend zum Baden, nur zwei von mehreren Liegestühlen scheinen komfortabel zu sein.

- Barb (6/5): A little gem, old but quaint close to Myers St and the Footbridge with gorgeous waterfront views - The double shower and great water pressure, the view from the balcony, the pool was a great size (too cold to swim for us though being winter) the bed was comfortable and the location with the close proximity to Myers Street and the footbridge. No actual kitchen facilities in the room except Microwave, kettle, toaster and the basic cutlery & crockery, however in the gazebo / undercover BBQ area there was a stove top for use and BBQs for people who wished to cook. The Wi-Fi was quick and smooth, and the Television size was good. We hooked up our Hubl and had seamless Netflix for the night. We checked in late after a long day in the car coming through from NSW and really appreciated the agreed late check out given when we requested it. The sitting area (Couch) was very uncomfortable and needs replacing. After being granted a late check out when we checked in, it was disappointing that housekeeping knocked on the door at 9.45am, my husband was up and about and had showered I was still asleep and was woken by this. My husband advised that we had organised a late check out and the housekeeper apologised and left. I understand human error, and it's a small mistake, just being honest with my review I was disappointed as I was exhausted after a long day previously driving.

- Sally (6/5): Great position, needs refurbishment - Good position, close to shops & cafes View of the water good The room was clean but the whole property is tired & a bit run down WiFi non existent in the morning

- Julie (7/5): Overall pleasant except for pillows - Room was very suitable and nice & clean. The pillows were awful both me & my partner had to sleep on alternative pillows. It would be a good idea to change them from the memory foam and just have normal pillows as not all people find those new type of pillows comfortable.
