- Donna (8/5): Good - Nice All good
- Kellie (7/5): Basic accommodation that suited our purpose. - The manager was very helpful and he even gave us a lift to the venue we were going to for a family event. The chemical smell in the room when we arrived.
- Carolyn (8/5): Recommended. - Very clean room, well appointed with toaster, microwave fridge etc. Was one of the better motels for sure. Easy access and parking. All good for us.
- Kerrie (8/5): We enjoyed our stay - Clean and comfy and great for the price Exceptional staff - very helpful and friendly
- Malcolm (8/5): - Good local motel - we used it during a home mive
- Greig (6/5): basic & good - proximity to destination Our non smoking room smelled heavily of tobacco
- Ralph (6/5): - No breakfast included. For a motel on a busy highway, the room was surprisingly quiet.
- Graeme (8/5): -
- Guest (7/5): -
- Tim (7/5): Great value for money stay. - Convenient location, comfortable facilities.
- Bayswimmer (7/5): Comfortable motel. Helpful staff. - Comfortable adequate room. Comfy bed and pillows. Quiet (windows double glazed) considering next to highway. Not much.
- Robert (10/5): - Very Convenient
- Wintle (9/5): - Quiet and comfortable, close to everything Was only one fork lol
- Rick (8/5): -
- Neville (6/5): - Bed was comfy. Having plates and cutlery was good. Cleaning could be better. Dust in vent of air con was thick. Shower floor looked liked it never been mopped or cleaned. Soap scum was thick
- Anthony (7/5): -
- Jackie (7/5): Good for an overnight stay - Convenient location, close to Gymea, Cronulla Noisy air conditioner
- Mohammed (10/5): Easy and comfortable - Close to shops Nothing major, just if the electrical points beside the bedside table so we can charge the phone while using as alarm
- Socksey (7/5): Overnight stay - The room was comfortable, with breakfast making facilities in the room, updated bathroom & good amount of off-street parking. Noting being adjacent to highway the room was reasonably quiet. Nothing
- Cheryl (7/5): - Clean. Comfortable bed. We followed GPS and because it was right on a corner with a turn left sign at the intersection we went around a number of times until I spotted a sign to a building and tried to read it. The GPS kept saying turn right when we couldn't and so just before the corner we entered the property
- Gillian (8/5): Thank you - Location was good. I needed to be at Sutherland Pool very early and the motel is close The door to the shower could do with some WD40 as it squeaked very loudly in room #5
- Mohammed (9/5): - Location, clean, welcoming staff I would love to have electricity point close to bedside table to charge the phone while beside us at night , for morning apart and to answer when we are on call . Otherwise all good
- Trevor (8/5): -
- Peter (8/5): -
- Michael (8/5): We would stay there again - My wife was recovering from a major back operation. When management were told of this they changed our room to one which had better seating facilities . nothing
- Peter (7/5): Wer einen tiefen Schlaf hat ok - Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und es war sauber Sehr lärmig das neben Hauptstraße
- Kim (8/5): - Location suited our needs. Very good supply of coffee, tea, biscuits, shampoo, shower gel etc. Bed very comfortable. Bath towels a good size and in good condition. Great to have some crockery and eating utensils. Air-conditioner needs to have filters cleaned as there was a mould odour each time we turned it on. They are old units and quite noisy compared to new models on the market.
- Lisa (10/5): Did the job while - Clean and easily accessible.
- Luke (8/5): - Decently quiet and easy to get back on the road. I didn't like that we had to check in so early in the afternoon honestly.
- Andrew (7/5): Good -
- Aaron (8/5): -
- David (8/5): - Location
- Everett (9/5): -
- PENELOPE (8/5): Clean affordable accommodation. - The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was super clean with nice bedding It was on a busy road but was very quiet at sleep time.
- Diane (8/5): -
- Helena (10/5): -
- Alan (6/5): A pleasant overnight stay. - Check-in was easy with helpful staff. The location was good for our purposes and the unit was clean and tidy. Ample free parking was provided. Fittings in the unit were old and dated and not in very good condition.
- Christine (8/5): -
- Mark (7/5): - Well set up - clean - comfortable - pleasant staff Right next to a very busy road (uphill section) - earplugs recommended,
- Pamela (8/5): Very convenient for the purpose of attending a funeral at Woronora cemetery . - Very friendly & helpful manager.
Easy driving distance to shops & eateries.
Very clean although older facility & bed was comfortable.
- Phillip (5/5): -
- Dennis (7/5): no complaints from us - we did not have b/fast
- Philippa (8/5): Good value and convenience - Very comfortable bed. Traffic noise.
- Slav (7/5): Good - to close to main road
- Veronica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donna (9/5): Superb -
- Vicky (6/5): Reasonable price, good basic accommodation. - A good location, not too far from the train station. Rooms are functional and in good order. Its location means you do get a lot of road noise from outside.
- Michael (9/5): Thanks - clean, walk to restaurants, great staff Few power points - suggest add power extension board to rooms
- Barry (7/5): Good -
- Sharon (8/5): Very good -
- Nanette (5/5): Passable - The hotel was in a convenient location for what we needed, however the noise from the main road is quite loud. There was also no hairdryer that I could find. First world problem, but it's something you miss when on that one occasion that you could really do with one.
- Fredrick (9/5): Good value. Good customer service - Manager was very helpful Close to the station and eateries however not great ( if you have issues walking ) to walk as the road was hilly.
- Mark (7/5): Room was ok but internet was not usable - Location was close to where I needed to be over the weekend It's disappointing when a motel advertises they offer free internet access and it's unusable
- David (7/5): Good -
- Dennis (7/5): good stay -
- Tania (8/5): Very good -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Tiffany (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
- Magnuson (10/5): Exceptional - I highly recommend this establishment.
My recent visit was my second time at this motel. Great beds, lovely staff.
- Journey57679 (10/5): Great stay at the Sutherland motel NSW Australia - Stayed at the Sutherland motel over Christmas and new year, coming from England we had a total of five weeks stay ,as we went to visit members of our family ho live there. We cannot praise the owners enough for the welcome we got and the room preparation they let my daughter do due to it being Christmas. Over our total stay we didn’t go short of anything ,our room was cleaned every day ,towels changed every day and bedding changed on a regular basis, coffee, tea of several kinds, cookies in abundance. We had the use of the pool and our grand children were invited to use the pool at any time, this was a great bonus for us, many thanks to Elizabeth and her mate ho cleaned our room ,they also could not do enough in making our stay so comfortable .Elizabeth also showed us how to work the washing machine which was a great help over our five week visit . If the time ever comes again, where we can do a long visit to Sutherland NSW ,the Sutherland motel will be the number one for our stay.
- Julie (7/5): Good -
- Irene (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stacey (5/5): Passable - Bed was comfortable Wifi was almost non existent and the TV kept buffering
Lots of cobwebs and dust around - need a detail clean
- Paul (9/5): Enjoyed 2 days here to get to New Year’s Eve fireworks - Easy parking, clean rooms, pool 😀 , 15 minutes walk to train to get to town and eats. A goody Nothing that comes to mind
- Glenn (7/5): If you need to stay in the Sutherland Shire it’s one of very few Motels available and reasonable value for money. - Convenient Location for us due to where my daughter and her family live. Comfortable Bed. We were travelling with a trailer and the manager provided us with a suitable parking spot that was convenient and out of other guests way. It’s extremely close to an exceptionally busy road, but double glazing on the windows makes sleep possible. Rooms are small but good design fits a lot in including a small kitchenette.
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cass (9/5): Superb -
- Sudhanshu (9/5): Superb - Very central
- Susan (5/5): The accommodation should have been a lot more comfortable & inviting given the tariff - The bedroom & bathroom were clean. There was plenty of soaps & other bathroom toiletries The bed was hard . The pillows were wafer thin - they need replacing. My room was the closest to Acacia Road so very noisy with traffic all night .The accommodation looked very basic . I stayed years ago & had the ground floor room at the very opposite end . It was nicely furnished with a comfortable armchair.
- Jane (10/5): Could not have been better. - Very friendly and accommodating staff.
- Sharon (10/5): STAY HERE - Amazing host, and best value for money! Highly recommend. - The host was so hospitable! There were signs of generosity everywhere. For example, there wasn't just one milk carton in the fridge, there were three, not just one shampoo in the shower, a whole bowl of them, not just one bed in the room, but two. And nothing was too hard for Sunny, I never heard him say "no"!
- Mark (5/5): Passable - Good location WiFi didn't work. Room very small and only plastic chairs to sit on
- Luke (10/5): Great stay - Staff was fantastic Nothing had a great stay
- Narelle (7/5): comfortable and was all we needed - central and easy to get transport around Its a little run down but very clean and friendly
- Greg (5/5): Passable -
- Alen (8/5): Very good - I liked the style and layout, it does have a nice feel about it when you walk in. Amenities are looked after. Good natural light. Room size is small.
- Kevin (10/5): Perfect - Friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile Nothing
- John (5/5): Will stay again, its good enough for a night or 2 stay. - The bed was comfortable enough, bathroom was a bit dated with not much water pressure in the shower. The room was ok, however it was still a bit noisey from the highway but you have to expect that with its location. Staff were friendly and helpful.
- Bartlett (7/5): You needed transport to get around -
- Susan (9/5): Superb -
- Ellen (6/5): Good enough - It was what I expected it to be.
Location near family is all that matters Traffic noise is extensive and there is no glazing or noise protection due to the age of the accommodation.
There was no hair dryer.
- Maria (9/5): Superb - Extremely friendly and helpful manager
- Helen (8/5): Very good -
- Sharon (6/5): It was a clean place to lay our heads at night but rooms are in need of some attention. - The bathroom was clean, and towels/sheets were clean. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk in the fridge as most places only put enough for 2 cups of tea and coffee. Property was in need of an upgrade, and being on the main road was very noisy even with the double glazed windows.
- Carolyn (7/5): Clean and comfortable - Value for money Traffic noise
- Magnuson (9/5): Excellent - Double glazing on the windows kept road noise to a minimum.
- Sami (7/5): Good -
- Tiffany (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly staff, good location, convenient to where I needed to go.
- Tom (8/5): Served its purpose. - Not bad place . A bit noisy with the traffic but to be expected with the location.
- Stephen (9/5): Superb -
- Chris (7/5): Good -
- Lisa (6/5): Pleasant -
- Allison (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lyn (4/5): Disappointing -
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luke (5/5): Comfortable enough for my needs - It was close to the venue Freeway noise
- Helen (7/5): Good - Motel is in a convenient place for my travel. The kettle in room 31 did not work.
- George (7/5): Good -
- Liu (7/5): Clean and reasonable - Clean Out dated
