• Vladislav (10/5): - По мне, так один из лучших отелей в Тайланде. Приветливый, улыбчивый персонал. Каждый день уборка, что редкость для Азии. Вкусные завтраки, даже организовали мини шведский стол. Выселение было ранним утром, ещё до завтрака, так они с вечера подготовили и упаковали завтрак в бокс, плюс каждый день давали бутылку воды. И да, самое главное, новая сантехника в номере, тихий кондиционер, есть небольшой холодильник

Also, the open shower with the fixed shower head could be easily improved with a sliding bar to adjust the shower head from spraying water onto the toilet.

• Susan (10/5): It’s s great place to stay. Loved our room and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast every day is an - Perfect location, 7-11 next door. Little night market after that and walking distance to Kata and Karon beaches. Next door other side is a great place for a massage. Concrete stairs a little dodgy.
• JX11 (10/5): Top place to stay at Kata - Large, clean and nicely scented room. We had a room facing the back rather than the street so it was pretty quiet at all times. The room had mini-fridge, slippers, bottled water etc. and the bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was simple (6 choices of cooked to order meals, plus fruit, yoghurt and bread) but delicious and I liked the well decorated lobby/dining/lounge areas. There's a 7-11 and great massage place right next door. The bathroom door was stiff and difficult to open and close. We were on the 2nd floor so climbed up 2 steep flights of stairs with our backpacks, which could be difficult it you have luggage as there's no elevator.

• Tanja (8/5): Good place to stay awhile. - Location we’re in the center and near the beach, but you still have to round a little to get to the beach. Good place to stay few night’s. Massage right next to was really good! Breakfast was good, portions to choose from. Bus to Phuket went right front of the property, every 30 min. Quite narrow stairs to step on. Luckily only to floor 2.

• Elizaveta (8/5): Хороший приятный отель с хорошим соотношением цена-качества, но есть и небольшие недостатки. - Дружелюбный персонал. Вкусные персонализированные завтраки. Осуществляли действительно чистую уборку. Рядом с отелем есть всё необходимое. Отель предоставлял пляжные полотенца. В целом, всё понравилось. Мы жили на четвертом этаже и в объекте нет лифта. С багажом конечно помогли сотрудники, за что им спасибо. Но лестница довольно крутая, при этом ступени короткие и острые, так что иногда было некомфортно подниматься и спускаться по несколько раз в день. Зато наши окна выходили во внутренний дворик и было тихо. Мы читали отзывы заранее и боялись, что будет шумно, если у номера окна будут выходить на улицу и дорогу. В душе был очень плохой напор и обычный душ занимал очень много времени. И как часто бывает в отелях, не было двери или шторки в душе, поэтому после каждого душа всё вокруг было мокрое и этого было невозможно избежать, даже если мыться максимально аккуратно. Местоположение хорошее с точки зрения кафе, супермаркетов, рынков и так далее. Но если вам важен пляж, то учитывайте, что от отеля до входа на пляж нужно идти минут 15. При том, что когда ссоришь по карте, кажется, что пляж очень близко - прям напротив отеля. Но на Кате нужно обходить другие отели и немного леса, чтобы зайти на пляж. Видимо в целях экономии сотрудники после уборки отключали кондиционер в номере и после экскурсий или пляжа нам приходилось возвращаться в парилку. То же самое они делали вечером в лобби отеля.

• Victoria (10/5): - Отличное место, с потрясающим стаффом, очень все милые и внимательные. Отличные завтраки на выбор, все вкусно. Сплит система в номере настраивается легко, ночью не шумит это очень комфортно. Есть балкон и предусмотрена сушилка. Номер был на третьем этаже (учтите лифта нет), но это проблем не вызвало. В двух шагах Seven и прекрасный массаж в Pearl. Пляж минут 10 пешком.

In camera ci sono teli mare e borsa mare da usare durante il soggiorno ! La camera è bella e spaziosa! Colazione ottima. Da migliorare la doccia perché il doccione non è fissato al muro e lavare i capelli è scomodo.

• Yulya (9/5): - Новый чистый отель. Мы взяли сначала номер с балконом, потом поменяли на номер без балкона, чтобы было меньше слышно шум с улицы. Кондиционер работает великолепно. В ванной есть все принадлежности. Каждый день меняют полотенца, если нужно. Выдаются также пляжные полотенца. Номер просторный довольно. Самое главное: матрас! Он просто идеальный! Самая удобная кровать на свете. А ещё здесь очень вкусные завтраки До пляжа Ката идти минут 15, приходится в обход, так как напрямую не пройти из-за закрытой территории отеля напротив. Но это проблема всей Каты в целом. Шум с улицы в номерах с балконами. При этом наши друзья жили в номере с балконом на главную улицу и их шум не беспокоил. Все очень индивидуально.
• Tuyet Nhi (9/5): Tolles Personal, super saubere Zimmer, wir können es jedem empfehlen! - Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war super nett und aufmerksam, das Frühstück war lecker und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer war nach hinten ausgerichtet und wir haben von der Straße nichts mitbekommen. Wir sind mit unserer einjährigen Tochter gereist und hatten vorab ein Babybett angefragt. Und obwohl bei Booking steht, dass das Hotel über keine Babybetten verfügt, haben sie Unsinn vornherein die Sorge genommen, und haben uns angeboten, eine Matratze auf den Boden zu legen, was hervorragend war. Wir fanden toll, dass sie sich eine Lösung einfallen lassen haben, obwohl sie den Service an sich nicht anbieten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das einzige „Manko“ war, dass es keinen Aufzug gab, aber das Personal und die Sauberkeit hat das alles wieder gut gemacht

We are really happy we booked this place beacause we felt we needed a clean, cool, quality shelter when the busy, hot, noisy streets of Phuket became too much and we just wanted to get away rom it afret a long day and relax. Breakfast was nice, check in and check out was easy, the room was spacious, clean and quiet. The whole athomsphere of Ohana is closer to western style wich was a big positive for us. You step out of the door and you are instantly in the middle of it all, a seven eleven on the left, a massage parlor on the right. You step in, and you are home.

• Jose Alberto (10/5): - The staff is so amazing! They’d do anything to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The room was big, clean, and the pillows were very comfortable! (Always hard to find comfortable pillows hehe). Great location! About 7 minutes walk from the beach and night market. Restaurants, coffee and shops all around. Good breakfast! They will prepare a box for you if you let them know in advance in case you have a tour very early in the morning. The bathroom is not well designed. Everytime you shower there’s water everywhere! Toilet, floor, etc. it can get very slippery so watch out! it gets noisy at night because it is located right next to the Main Street, so don’t forget your earplugs.

Localização boa, mas esteja ciente que a noite é um caos e faz muito barulho, pois é na rua principal e fica em cima de um 7 Eleven. Alguns quartos ficam em frente ao Club Med, portanto, não tivemos privacidade de abrir a cortina, pois dava para ver tudo do quarto. Além disso, tinha uma placa iluminada gigante em frente ao quarto que iluminava tudo dentro. Faltou incluir uma cortina extra transparente apenas para fins de privacidade, pois o a cortina deles é de black out e tínhamos que manter sempre fechada pelos motivos acima. Banheiro muito pequeno e sem box, o que acabava o molhando inteiro a cada banho. Hotel sem elevador. Prepare-se para subir alguns degraus de escada. O café da manhã é a lá carte e vc pode escolher apenas 1 opção do menu e uma panqueca por quarto (o que não faz nenhum sentido se você estiver com mais pessoas). Além do menu, eles disponibilizam frutas, iogurte e pães a vontade. Restrição no menu. Banheiro. Cortina.

They make you choose from a menu and specifically prepare your breakfast dish and drink, with an additional small buffet on the side. Rooms were new and felt clean. Simply loved this property! The whole vibe was great! Elevator not available (clearly stated on property information), but staff helps you carry your luggage to your room. Thank you for everything!!!

• Steve (10/5): Very lovely hotel near Kata Beach, a quiet and calm area in the south of Phuket - Very lovely hotel near Kata beach. The staff is friendly, facilities are clean and it is close to seafront as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Nothing to report on that side. Only thing is that we booked a room with two twin bed but we ended up having one big bed. I was with a close friends so we did not mind sharing the bed, no big deal.

• Helen (9/5): Excellent location, clean rooms, wonderful staff. Would stay again. - Excellent location close to the beach, next door to a 7/11, a short walk from many bars and restaurants. The staff were lovely and very eager to help with anything at all. The room was lovely and clean. Lots of choice for breakfast each morning, both cooked and fresh. Staff offered to make up breakfast early on days we were going out on trips. As lots of other reviews state, there were lots of steps up to our room, however staff very kindly carried our bags up to our room so we didn’t have to struggle with them ourselves. Staff booked us a taxi from the hotel to the airport and provided a bag of snacks for breakfast since we were leaving very early in the morning. The only negative about the room is that the shower took a long time to drain and when on full power the water leaked out under the glass screen and onto the floor around the sink. Also no screen between the shower and the toilet so the toilet got wet when the shower was on.

• Liubov (10/5): Amazing - Very nice small hotel on the main street of Kata. Staff is extremely welcoming, they even checked us in at 7 am, which was great after a long flight. Rooms are cozy and very clean, comfy bed. Breakfast is good. It is great value for money. There is no elevator and stairs are quite steep, which can be a problem for people with mobility issues.

• Coco (9/5): Friendly condo - This hotel is conveniently located very close to both Kata Beach and Karon Beach, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. The property itself is quite spacious and easy to find. My only real complaint is that there is no elevator, which can be a bit of a pain—especially if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. If you pack light, it’s not a big issue. That said, the staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and they even offered to help carry my very large luggage up to the first and third floors, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was good and met my expectations. I do feel that the price was somewhat inflated during the Christmas holiday period, but overall, I enjoyed my stay and had a positive experience here.

A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész csak angolul nem igazán beszélnek. Napközben volt, hogy hangosan fúrtak, mert az egyik emeletet felújították. A reggelinél lehetne jobb a választék, de egyébként finom volt.
