The pressure was also terrible. The rooms are not sound proof at all. I have stayed in top 10 holiday parks with better sound proofing. No smart tv, you can get cheap ones for like $400

We had some noise from the guests next door but nothing too dramatic. Very handy location easy to walk to a cafe super easy and convenient. Room is bit too small and no milk in the fridge for coffee but nothing too dramatic.

- Pia (5/5): Good location but old and dated facility - Good location in central Picton Property was quite outdated, beds uncomfortable and a slight smell of mould seemed to be present. We stayed at several similarly priced motels during our drive through the South Island and this is one of the few I would not return to.
- A (7/5): - Great location, right in the middle of town, easy walk to everything in Picton. Neat & Tidy room. Check-in and out was a breeze. No on-site laundry, but there is a coin laundry just up the road.

Bar opposite played loud live music in their outside space, which we could hear very clearly within the motel. Was Saturday night though to be fair!

The shower was so small it was very hard to use, and no shower caddy is provided to place soaps etc As it was hot and no HVAC I had to have the fan on all night. The parking is very difficult to use, and get out in the early morning for the ferry.

Ich bin mir sicher, sie tut alles mit ihrem Team, um das Motel einigermaßen bewohnbar zu halten. Die Betten und Laken waren sauber und frisch, auch das Bad und die Handtücher war sauber. Teppich, Sofas, Stühle und Tischdecke waren sehr abgenutzt und - so muss ich das leider sagen, ranzig. Diese Sachen sollten dringend(!) ersetzt werden. Das Team kann nichts dafür, es ist ein grundlegender Renovierungsstau.

Either scalding or cold and very little water and no pressure. No replishment of towelling, left ours in the shower, couldn't contact anyone after we returned to realise no fresh towels. Basin is way to small to fill a kettle, a drink bottle and to was up any crockery or glasses. No air-conditioning, found it stuffy with no airflow.

The overuse of cleaning product/deodoriser/ masking agents made for a very unpleasant and nauseating sleeping environment. The smell was so overwhelming we had to sleep with windows and door open. Sent an email but no response until after we’d checked out. Very disappointing.

The shower had good pressure and the bathroom was spacious. The couch and chair were really uncomfortable. This was ok for 1 night but it would have been very uncomfortable in the evenings if we stayed any longer. The single bed in the second bedroom was very narrow so ok for child but not great an adult.
