Contact to reception.I receive 3 emails saying my payment was declined even though it had gone through and I had receipt verifying that fact.Bathroom floor badly in need of repair.

• Julie (10/5): - Everything. Great location. Close to clubs, just over the bridge from Yarrawonga. Multiple lovely places to sit and relax in gardens or by the pool. Pool toys and towels supplied. Fantastic " camp " kitchen, BBQ .and dining area with everything you need to cook your own meals. Clean good sized room with tea,coffee facilities, fridge and microwave. Comfortable beds. Amazing shower. Excellent staff including the gorgeous Bucks ( the very friendly dog) That we were only staying for 2 nights

• Kellie (9/5): A lovely oasis just on the outskirts of town. - We were lucky enough to have been upgraded on arrival, so thankyou!. A little oasis on its own just over the bridge. Beautiful pool area, gardens with 'hideaways to relax'. Rooms have been renovated and are lovely and clean, bright and have such a lovely vibe. Beds comfy, clean bathroom, good showers, Foxtel, free Wifi. 'Little addits' that make a difference, such as lovely pool towels loaned for use during your stay and special pool towel hooks outside your room. Walking distance from the RSL/golf course. Staff are really friendly and can't do enough to help. Im not a Magpie fan but you cant help but love the resident hound 'Bucks'. Thanks again for another lovely stay with my mum, we will be back :) Struggling to think of anything at all.

Management notice a mistake a made in booking and where happy to fix it at no each cost [booked for 2 adult in should have been 2 adult plus 1 child]. My only problem was that the power point was to far away from the sink to plug a electrical toothbrush in.

• Libby (10/5): Resort with the lot - The coffee pod machine, milk frother and generous supply of fresh milk, the bottled water and ice cubes in the fridge, the provision of an i-Phone charger in the room and the thoughtfully furnished and decorated room, as well as outdoor table and chairs with cushions. The pool and outdoor areas are beautiful, with plenty of seating, shady areas and pool toys. • Glenys (10/5): Tropical Oasis - We liked everything, from our warm welcome from Michelle, Laurie and Buck, to our accommodation, beds, room, kitchenette facilities and decor, to tropical feel in and around seating spaces, the pool, cabanas and lounges. This was all finished with the most impressive kitchen building that is set up for every family and/or traveller to utilise for self-preparing and/or cooking and eating meals. This kitchen contains every kitchen electrical appliance you can imagine, fridge, freezer, glass cabinet with honesty box for soft drinks, juices, water etc plus full cutlery, plates, cups, saucepans and pans. Plenty of tables and chairs, games, books and TV all overlooking the pool. The Mulwala Resort was handy to clubs, the bridge and the beautiful parks around the lake. Finally our sincere thanks to Michelle, Laurie and Buck for providing the fabulous family feel from the moment we arrived. My friend and I have no hesitation to pass on our recommendations to spend time at Mulwala Resort!!. Thankyou. Everything was perfect!!

From the moment I arrived, I was reminded of everything that makes this resort so special. The friendly staff and management Michelle and Laurie and Bucks the dog welcomed us back with warm smiles, making it feel like a home away from home. Accommodation : The room was as clean and comfortable as I remembered. The attention to detail in maintaining the accommodations is commendable, ensuring a cozy environment perfect for relaxation. It’s clear that the management is dedicated to providing guests with a pleasant stay. Staff and Management: The staff's friendly and helpful demeanor truly stands out. They are always eager to assist with any requests, making you feel valued and cared for. This level of hospitality is why I chose to return, and it certainly didn't disappoint. Beautiful Gardens: One of the highlights of the resort is the stunning gardens, which play a significant role in creating a serene atmosphere. In the middle of the carpark is a small, beautifully maintained area that adds an extra touch of charm. It's a lovely spot to relax, unwind, and take in the natural beauty surrounding you. The tranquil setting offers a perfect backdrop enjoying some peace and quiet amidst the garden. It's evident that maintaining these spaces is a priority, enhancing the overall charm of the resort. Location: Mulwala Resort's location remains ideal, conveniently close to local attractions and activities. It’s easy to explore the surrounding area, making it a perfect base for any adventurer or someone simply looking to relax. Value for Money: The pricing is still very reasonable for the quality of service and accommodations provided. It feels like a great deal considering the wonderful experience you receive. Conclusion: Overall, our second stay at Mulwala Resort was just as fantastic as the first, and I can confidently say it won't be the last. Nil

Bookin.com’s payment system to the property needs to be improved. Kept telling the owner we hadn’t paid. He was great about it , I told him it was taken out of my account 3 days earlier. He didn’t even ask me to prove it.
