- Noel (1/5): It is noisy and filthy - Nothing Someone tried to open our door towards the middle of the night. The lack of security locks and easy access to the rooms really made it easier for crooks to enter the premises.

There was visible mould present in the rooms, and the bathroom exhaust fans were heavily clogged and not functioning. The bathrooms are in clear need of renovation, and the cleanliness throughout the rooms and hallways falls well below an acceptable standard. A thorough deep clean and proper maintenance are urgently required.

Great first night, slept well. 2nd night. Great again. The morning after the 2nd night? I felt kinda disgusted ngl. Found dried red stains. Looked a little like blood. I had slept in it for two days in a row ..had too much trust they would change the beds correctly...please check ur beds and stuff before going.

Dirty, filthy, shoes stuck to floor, spit, or seman on the walls, dust build up, someone previously has tried to cook in the kettle, cigarett burns in carpet and curtains, mould in bathroom vent and split system. If I could rate -10 I would. I wouldn't let me dog sleep in this place. To make matters worse, I kindly requested to cancel my 4 day booking and have not heard back from the venue. Do not waste your time, effort, money or risk your health staying at this place. P.S you will get salmonella eating in the restaurant.

- Holicia (4/5): Disappointing. - The staff were lovely. It was quite dirty. Smelt as though people smoked in the rooms and in the stair wells. You could t even open the windows to let the smell out. There was what looked like kick/shoe marks on the walls. Was quite scary over night as there were people yelling through the night and slamming and banging doors, we had the children sleep in our bed and we ended up leaving at 3am.

Working updated air con and tv Very dingy. Everywhete needed paint, outside and inside room. 3 star motel vibe. Old damaged furniture with draws that when you open them theres no base to drawa so you open a frame. Scratchs on furnture. Its like they got it off a throw out. Very noisy. Yelling neighbours, hearing others tvs. Also the curtain does cover window so 5am light shining in. Noises in room, werid clicking.

- Bailey (7/5): Palms Hotel Review - Very cheap and affordable, nice room/s, air-conditioning, decent beds, the shower was great, the bathroom overall was quite good, considering the price you can't complain about anything. Great service underneath at the club area, with complimentary soft drinks and water being given to those who are using the slot machines. The toiletries provided aren't necessarily anything to write home about, but that's really it. In terms of appearance, things could be improved. The coffee table we received was quite worn down, but it didn't affect anything. The windows weren't the cleanest, and the fan in the bathroom was the same. But for just over $100 you're not upset about that.

- Ruach (4/5): Nice staff, but wouldn’t stay again as they cleanliness was below standard. - The food at the restaurant was amazing and at such good price and the staff were very friendly. The room was very dirty, such as Carpet needed vacuuming, the draw under the TV needed to be wiped down same with the TV remote. In the bathroom the shower had mold. We even had a cockroach around the AC. We stayed for 5 nights and our room was never cleaned. We spotted cleaners outside almost everyday so we thought our sheets would get changed and a bit of a room clean as the bins filled up and we had no bin bags. At night there was a lot of nose particularly on our last night people yelling, screaming and running around the room, I wondered if they were even others who were staying at the hotel or just members of the public.
