The camp office txt me with late check in details before I made enquiry as I was going to be late arriving. Good parking by my accommodation as I had a 9 seater bus. Nice and quiet with no noise from next door apartment as the bed rooms were at opposite ends of the chalet. It's very subjective I know but I found the bed mattress a bit hard.

The room was also very nice and relatively large for this type of accommodation. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment for cooking. The bed in the 2nd bedroom was not made, although the unit was booked for 3 adults. There was no wardrobe in the this room either? Some of the utensils, the oven and the sink plug in the kitchen was really dirty. The shower curtain in bathroom was not very clean. The shower was leaking and we had to close the curtain to avoid wetting the bathroom floor. We did advise lady at reception on checkout.

- Rui Chai (1/5): 差 - 我通常都不会留言评论，但这家店会乱扣费！大家小心！退房那天，先是有个态度极其傲慢恶劣的女人来查房，然后说我们床铺没铺好、用过的毛巾没放好以及已经清洗好的锅没收好来说要收我们50刀费用，一番争论之后因为我们实在赶时间以及语言交流你好就同意了。结果后面发现扣了不止50刀，而是100刀！而且没有任何通知！如果不是我翻查账单根本发现不了！以前住过这么多大大小小的酒店民宿，从来都没有因为卫生问题而被扣费。这家店简直太糟糕了！工作人员态度恶劣，怀疑有种族歧视倾向！ I normally don't leave comments, but this place charges you randomly ! Everyone be careful! On the day we checked out, an extremely rude and arrogant woman came to the room. She claimed we didn’t make the bed properly, didn’t put away the used towels, and left a clean pot out, so she wanted to charge us $50. After arguing, we agreed because we were in a hurry and had language barriers. But a few days later, we found out they charged us not $50, but $100—without any notice! I would never have noticed if I hadn’t checked my bill carefully. I’ve stayed at countless hotels and homestays before, and I’ve never been charged for cleaning issues. This place is terrible! The staff is hostile, and I suspect racial discrimination.

- Catherine (5/5): I’d probably stay elsewhere if I visit Esperance again. - Close to the Great Ocean drive. Too close to the port - noisy at night. We stayed in a 2bedroom cabin but it didn’t really feel clean. Also there was no ladder to get onto the top bunk; plumbing issues meant the tap in the basin in the bathroom made an extremely loud noise when turned on so we didn’t use it; the fridge lacked shelves in the door and a glass panel separating the crisper from the rest of the fridge so you couldn’t use the fridge to its full capacity; the TV remote in the bedroom didn’t work so we couldn’t use that TV.

- Colin (5/5): The surrounding area along the coast of Esperance is breathtaking however, this is in stark contrast to the van park. - Easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area. Well overpriced. I’m guessing the time of year dictated the high price. The cabin was basically appointed but ok. The lady in the office does require sone customer service training so visitors are felt welcomed and valued rather than an imposition. Despite us trying to engage her, not a smile was to be found anywhere!

They are well laid out with plenty of space, have everything you need, easy parking, and a comfortable bed. It is consistently a good stay and reliable accommodation for work travel. Would love a bit more water pressure in the shower.
