- Madison (4/5): It was somewhere to sleep at least. - The cabins were clean and spacious. The pool area was in poor condition, with mould and ripped cushions on the day beds. The jumping pillow was down for maintenance, and because it’s within the playground, that whole area was closed. These were the main reasons I booked this stay for my daughter, so it was really disappointing they weren’t available. I would have chosen Discovery Parks instead.

- Tegan (7/5): - The overall park was very clean and the kids loved the two swimming pools and playground. Our aircon wasn’t working properly in our room. Wasn’t getting cold and kept shutting off. Someone came and looked at it and confirmed it was not working but that was it. Our microwave hadn’t been cleaned food splattered all through it and same with the oven/grill, reported this as well.

- Dominik (9/5): Great. Simple check in. various options for various budgets. - Very simple to check in. To our surprise, the go carts were not free. $16/45min wasn't too cheap. We assume they were included, like the playground and pools. With Yeppoon in the name, I also assumed it was in Yeppoon, not Rosslyn Bay.
- Watkins (10/5): - Before arriving, I was a little anxious about our family of 11 staying together in one lodge cabin. I imagined we might feel squeezed in like sardines. However, the moment we arrived, that anxiety disappeared. The lodge was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it perfect for a large group. Being able to stay together in one place instead of booking multiple cabins or rooms meant we had much more quality family time, which made the trip even more special. The price was also far more family-friendly than any other accommodation options we looked at around Yeppoon, Emu Park, or Rockhampton — especially considering the amount of space we had. The staff were wonderful, the grounds are beautiful, and the location is perfect. It’s within walking distance to the beach, yet set back from the road enough to create a peaceful and serene atmosphere. For future getaways, my family won’t be staying anywhere else — this park is truly a hidden gem.

So in order to cool the living area it was freezing cold in the bedroom. It would have been better installed in the living area. The cabin was hot as there were no trees at all.

- Ian (8/5): Great alternative to staying in Rockhampton - We booked a Cabin for one night on our week long road trip from Brisbane to Airlie Beach. The room was exactly what we expected and ideal for one night, which enabled us to explore Yeppoon, which we enjoyed after two quiet nights in Tin Can Bay and Agnes Waters. The highlight of our stay was our dinner at the Waterline Restaurant

It was also perfect for visiting Yeppoon and Emu Park where we did a lot of walking.There is a singing ship and with a breeze we could hear the music it produces. Everything was good.
