- Wayne (9/5): - I booked only a couple of hours prior to arrival due to a change of plans for my trip. There was no problem booking in etc despite that, and the staff member on duty made booking in etc a breeze. The facilities are a little dated!
- Graeme (7/5): ok but disappointing price wise. - I have stayed at Foreshore over the last 5 years normally about this time of the year. This year I feel that the price for the unit was just a little too much. I may have to look else where in future.
- Kelvin (8/5): - Despite the horrendous weather that was happening in Wellington at the time of my stay, my room was very warm and comfortable. Additional thick blanket that was available was a bonus. My room was clean and tidy. The lady that greeted me at reception was very friendly and helpful.

The manager was very helpful when the TV cable failed. Very dated with failing equipment, tired shower head and broken coffee plunger. However it was warm and reasonably comfortable and the manager was lovely.

- graeme (6/5): Older motel but close to ferries - Extremely helpful staff - especially when we needed to change our booking at the very last minute (due to ferry disruption). Accommodated our very late arrival and very early departure the next morning. Comfortable bed Motel is rather tired and could do with an upgrade however it is close to the ferry terminal and is perfectly fine for a one night stay.

- Aukuso (10/5): Great location and service, but the room had an old odour. - What I appreciated most was the fantastic location, it’s perfectly situated right by the water, offering beautiful views and easy access to the city and surrounding areas. It made getting around incredibly convenient. One area that could be improved, however, was the old smell/odour inside the unit, including the bedding. It made the space feel less fresh than expected. Addressing this would significantly improve the overall comfort of the stay.

Pricing kind of matched condition. Walking distance to a number of handy shops eg Woolworths. The parking is restricted, I would attempt to say take a trailer.

- N (10/5): Comfortable, friendly and easy - The lady at reception was so welcoming and lovely, the space in the room is awesome you don’t feel cramped and the room was spotless, and so important the bed was really comfortable with extra billows if you need them in the cupboard. This motel is great value for money.

- Ros (10/5): - This was one of the better motels we have stayed at. We stayed 8 nights visiting family. It was very convenient to the motorway, just across from the beach and near toJackson streets many Op shops. The unit had everything we needed- a good shower, a comfy bed and clean towels daily. We had some washing done for us reasonably priced. It was collected and returned to us dry same day. We would stay here again.

Parking is first in first served, little bit cramped but making good use of the space available. Motel is dated but kept in great condition/clean.

Very good location on the scenic Petone foreshore and a short walk to Jackson Street. We enjoyed walking the neighbour and taking in the historic buildings and facades.

- Ian (8/5): - When i arrived i found the expedia website had changed my search criteria from 3 adults to 2 adults. I showed the staff member my search criteria from my phone which was in my history. I therefore had to pay an additional 40.00. I selected the motel because of the reviews and the price. I probably wouldnt have selected that motel as i could have got cheaper one.

- Stephen (9/5): Very nice room - This is the second time in 30 months we have used this motel. Great location and very nicely kept room. A short walk to Petone Beach and Jackson Street. All the facilities available that you would expect in a highly rated motel. Minor things, bed not made 1 morning and electric underblanket faulty. Only mentioned because nothing is perfect.
