- Sharon (5/5): Not as photo suggests - The bed was comfortable Narrow wet stairs and up 3 levels with suitcases at night was terrible. The place was very moldy, exterior not as in photos at all. No signage on road and no numbers on outside to assist with finding rooms. Fridge was right beside the bed which made noise all night. Pretty disappointed and left early next morning

Staff were friendly and informative. Will be great when renos completed. In desperate need of maintenance, the bed was uncomfortable, springs poking up ready to break through, coffee was stale and sugar hard, no tea spoons and only enough cutlery for one, a little noisy even though we were on the top (3rd) floor - no lifts.

We were disappointed that the hot water in the shower only lasted approximately 3 to 4 minutes. As a result, one of us had to have a cold shower and couldn’t wash our hair properly.

- Kelly (6/5): It was ok. - The motel was close to everything. There was no EFTPOS machine, so the original card i wanted to use i couldn't. The photos on the website showed that the rooms had a full kitchen and the room we got didn't. Not alot of privacy if you are on the ground floor as your back door is right near the pool and if you have your blinds open and people are in the pool they can see straight into your room.

- Rowan (9/5): - The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It also had a nice balcony from which you could see the sunset. I'm pretty fussy about mattresses and the one here was great. All in all it would make a great base to spend a few days in rainbow beach. I'll stay longer next time!
