- Narelle (10/5): Perfect. - Location and plenty of room for 3 adults. It was well equipped with kitchen utensils. Bathrooms are aged but are perfect for any length holiday. Spa and plunge pool were well used by us after a day of exploring. Tram was very accessible to Pacific Fair, casino and stadium bus. I cannot think of anything I didn't like.

Not sure where it came from but scared the hell out of us. We managed to get rid of it but did not get time to inform the manager. Rangehood was not working. Though we did not cook much but a working rangewood would have been nice.

- Wendy (8/5): Pleasant - The apartment was well appointed. Location was nice on the river. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the apartment I was given was on the first floor above the driveway entry to reception area and floodlights were on all night which came directly into the main bedroom, so the room was always lit up, even with blinds drawn,not ideal for sleeping and being roadside on the highway was very noises all the time. Parking wasn’t great and limit extra parking onsite. Annoying to have no direct access south bound on the road every time you went out you had to go north to 2 sets of lights to be able to turn around to go southbound. In morning peak hour traffic added delays to your trip. Also the wifi access was not great. The car park provided with my apartment also had a leaking pipe above dripping rusty water onto the bonnet of my car.
- Mark (8/5): Always enjoy our yearly trip to the Goldy, would definitely stay here again - We stayed in unit 35 on the 7th floor. Great spot on the canal/river, views from every window. Mid way between the hustle of Cavill Ave and Broadbeach, walking distance to both, or tram if you’re so inclined. Bruce and his staff were super helpful with any problems we had. Secure underground parking and plenty of visitor parking. I really enjoyed the spa and sauna, didn’t get the chance to fish off the wharf…next time. Very comfortable and almost everything you need close by. Short walk to beach. We had a couple of minor problems, both tv’s didn’t work but Bruce’s wife(?) sorted both straight away, previous guests had dicked with the settings. Some parts of the apartment hadn’t been cleaned for a while ie plantation shutters, and were covered in dust, but they were cleaned promptly once we bought it to managements attention.

Hole in the wall behind door behind master bedroom, door in master bathroom wouldn’t close, no clothes or hand towel, waited on and off for 4 hours for staff to come down stairs to the reception, told me that there was a fold out bed but was a day bed that couldn’t even fit one person on it, mild in shower head and all over the floors,shower head didn’t stay up,no cleaning stuff to clean up, dirty pots and pans and cutlery and no screen on the windows for safety reason, was the worst stay I’ve had in any apartment.

Our original room was missed by the cleaners and we were given a lower floor but with river view. Even though it was still nice. Really would of preferred the 10th floor view. Very minor complaint.
- Montague-elliott (7/5): A few things could do with improving, but overall a good stay. Bed comfort was the highlight, compared to most motel bed - The bed was very comfy, and very glad to have a half decent kitchen to cook in. The closets were very dusty, so I couldn’t unpack my clothes. The washing machine and dryer were difficult to understand. The dryer especially, as it has a water container that needs to be emptied. I can only assume from the moisture of the clothes. But we have never seen that before, and there was no instructions left for us. The washer and dryer were tripping the power in the unit, and it was only after I found this container and emptied it, did it work properly. So I think it was very full before we attempted to use it. There is no shuttle service for airport arrivals, and be warned there is much roadworks so travels to and from the airport can be long. We left in plenty of time, or so we thought, and barely made it in time. We actually never saw anyone who worked at this apartment check in etc; we got keys from a lock box and returned them into a drop box.

- Eduardo (10/5): Great place to stay! - I was lucky enough that for a mysterious reason to me that, my rented 2 room apartment was updated to the top floor! ( 3 bedroom, split level Penthouse!) where each room has it own en-suite bathroom!!. it also has its own cleaning facilites (washing/dryer machines) a very spacious bar, 2 dinning tables and best of all an amazing view from any balcony of the property! The penthouse have also a BBQ area and a SPA too. Though there was a sign that the SPA was not to be used, we were happy to use the SPA from the gym area and from the swimming pool too. No big dramas here.

Every thing we needed in the apartment with 4 children. Very quiet and relaxed away from the niteclubs and partys. Short 10 mins walk your in Cavill Ave. Secure parking and building . Clean and well maintained facilities and BBQs to use. Because of the age , Its not ducted air con in the apartment . Had a good split air con for the hotter days just need to leave it running and open the rooms for night time sleep . Ceiling fans help . We just moved into the lounge room if it got too hot..

Balcony wasn't stable we were on Level 7 anxiety levels thru roof with 5 and 8 year old wanting to sit out side looking around. 4 towels for 6 guest No spoons or knifes only forks No egg Flip Mould smell in ensuite Power tripped out in kitchen had to get assistance. Defiantly wasn't worth $1100 per night we paid..

- Dale (5/5): Passable - Location Not very clean, marks on walls and floors, smells of stale vegetables. Took a $200 security deposit on check-in, which wasn't communicated was needed when booking. Have not been refunded the security deposit.

The kitchen was amazing and I love how there was a washing machine and dryer to use. It was so convenient The air conditioning was abit of a nuisance. I couldn't work it out most times

People in the apartment block were very friendly The windows need to be double glazed, the traffic noise is quite loud. The apartment is overdue for an update We booked for 10 nights but needed more staple items included toilet paper etc

- Piri (7/5): It was great and would definitely come back again. - We loved the views, the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful with giving useful information regarding nearest supermarket etc. The area of this property was great close to shops, the beach and the tram. The pots needed scrubbing, they were burnt and the dish and rack in the oven were dirty so we bought some things to clean them. Needed a better scrubber for dish/pots.
- Kelly (8/5): Very good - River view was awesome, office staff really helpful. Heaps of room and pretty close to tram for easy travel. Apartment was a little dated but has everything you need.
- Staec (4/5): Great size and good views ,2 balconies. Won’t return as it is so dirty - The views were great. The location was perfect. It is spacious. The reception staff are really polite and friendly . The amenities outside were well looked after and clean The apartment was filthy. The dust was thick on tables, Fans, PowerPoints and floor (months and months of it ) The oven was dripping with grease, mould in the sink and plug, broken glass on the floor and the mattress protector had a stain on it that resembled a crime scene. There were only 3 glasses & not enough cutlery etc
- Loren (6/5): Handy location, Awesome view !!!! - The view was as requested a river/city view which was perfect loved it !!! Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Quite handy to town easy walk about 5/6 blocks. Lots of boats & jet skis using the river so plenty to watch !! We had booked two apartments and second apartment was upgraded to same position one floor down so that was really nice. Residents we met in the lift or foyer were friendly. Secure parking, Washing machine & dryer (dryer could have a wee note about emptying water tank as it took us ages to work out why it was beeping at us lol) Cleaning standards are lacking, kitchen cupboard fronts could have been cleaner, obvious food/drink spills that we wiped off. Dirty cutlery in draw. Recliners in lounge both broken. Bathrooms very tired could do with cleaning up. Water pressure in showers is hopeless !!! Thick Obvious Dust on door frames/ back of TV in master was chocker with dust (noticed this while trying to get tv to go.) Light in lounge didn't go. At least 3 cracked windows which to be fair dont effect anyone just shows apartment could do with a spruce up. Master Bed was hard like sleeping on the ground. Women with mega phone instructing rowers in the river every morning at 5:30 am ( obviously not the hotels fault but this survey did ask what we didn't like lol )
- william (6/5): - The location was rather isolated without your own car, the traffic noise on the tenth floor was very loud, unit needed a deep clean, a water leak in the bathroom was not fixed in the week we were there. Instructions for the stove top and oven are needed. The aircon and oven are on the same circuit, with a switch to have one. Apartments on the river side would probably been a lot quieter.

- Shamika (9/5): the lady at the reception was so welcoming very lovely person. the view from the room and the room itself were beautiful - view was beautiful. reception were lovely very quiet relaxed stay. showers were linked so even with two showers only one person could have one at a time. no netflix or other streaming apps :(
- Margaret (5/5): Great apart from the cleaning. - It was a fantastic unit to relax in for a few days. Reception and management were very nice and helpful. The cleaning let the place down. Very dirty under couches beds and cabinets. Sand all over the floor and in the bed and bedding from wardrobe. Also the toilet in main bathroom does not flush properly has a faulty float?
