The room was spacious, private and adequately resourced. Parking was provided as street parking in Byron central requires a ticket. The staff at the property were personable and friendly.

The breakfast is very basic compared to what I'm used to at a guest house. Just toast, cereal and fruit. If this is all you're after though it's fine.

Room was cute and had everything that was needed. Breakfast was not big but everything was fresh and had all the essentials. Pool and sauna áreas were lovely and well maintained. Niki was super responsive to messages and a very easy going and easy smile and conversation person - ideal for a guest house! Well it is a guest house so you have to count on other guests awareness of the fact they are not Alone in the house. Besides that, which is a lotto, all perfect!

Staff were responsive and accommodation. Location was great and easy access to town on a bicycle. Pillows are a little low/small. Given the property is powered by solar, I don't understand why there is extra charge to use the sauna. It should be a courtesy to guests since the accommodation price is upmarket.

• Iain (6/5): Distinctly average - This facility sells itself as a Spa complex but in reality, it is a Guest House only. We were very disappointed since we were expecting a sort of boutique hotel. Facilities were sparse with no tea / coffee making facility for example. Expensive for what it was. The whole facility was effectively self serve; let yourself in, sort out your own breakfast. No staff on site over weekend.

Very handy and quiet location The room was beautifully appointed with an ensuite, but very small. I understand the objective is to use the common areas for extra living space, however, once you closed the door to your room, it was a little tight. Personally, it suited our needs, ie. a one night stay. Don’t know if I could stay a week.
