• John (7/5): - Suited our group of 5 couples well as each room had our bathroom and the apartment had a good kitchen lounge area to meet up in. Parking for bigger vehicles will always be a problem. We had parking on the side of road which was ok but if we missed a spot wherre to ? Carpet in front of sliding door very worn and could trip the unwary

• Steve (7/5): Location was good for our transitional travel needs. - Location made it easy for us to be able to travel towards Te Anau the next day. The apartment itself was pleasant and well furnished. Easy to access with the codes. We needed the apartment overnight to link Queenstown with a trip to Doubtful Sound the next day - this was an ideal location for us. However - it was difficult to find a place to park outside and to offload just the overnight materials that we needed - and then a bit of travel downhill to park the car overnight - with a strenuous walk to get back up the hill (twice due to our need to get a couple of overnight groceries for breakfast with the store a few kilometres away)

Very good communication via email for entry instructions and information about parking etc as there is no reception The parking is not ideal if you have mobility issues. The walk up from the parking is quite steep and lengthy particularly if you were unlucky and it was raining!

• Robyn (10/5): Great place to stay for our 3 days in Queenstown - Very spacious 2-bedroom apartment, magnificent views, well stocked kitchen, comfortable couches, en suite bathroom had a bath (which was very much appreciated!), quality linen, even had a laundry which we hadn't expected. We had a very enjoyable stay. The beds were a little hard for our liking, so that was the only negative for us. Also there wasn't parking close by; we were pleased to be able to have the use of underground parking a little way away (at no additional cost) but it was a fairly steep hike back up the hill to the apartment. We were pleased to have the use of the parking, but we had to factor the additional time to walk down to collect the car before heading out for the day. Small price to pay though for the lovely apartment.

There was a deodorizer in the room when we arrived but still had a smell. Sooooo hot, since no air con there should be a fan in every room.

The carpets are in terrible condition, the oven thermostat is off so it burned everything, the water pressure was terrible so almost impossible to get shampoo out of hair. With a few thousand dollars investment the place would be lovely.

• Hussein (8/5): - Comfortable and nice. The unit has reasonable nice view of the lake and airport. Easy check in/out, free parking. Nice kitchen. Public transport is limited make the units feel so far away from city centre. SAT tv channel are all scammbled but free wifi covers the shortages. No aircond.

The parking arrangements are not ideal. A long way and downhill/uphill from the apartment. Also confusing in terms of payment for parking. We ended up paying for it.

As last minute needed to add a carpark to the room. Have emailed and will hopefully get resolved on Monday. The queen bed was made as two singles, not a major but not as cosy as one big blanket. One bathroom on suite was still dirty with hairs on the wall by the toilet

• Nicola (10/5): Wonderful stay in modern, clean and comfortable apartments! - Beautiful apartments, quiet and super clean! Perfect for our group. Duvet to town or water taxi is super easy from the waterfront which was a 2 min walk down the hill.
• Herman (7/5): - it was a fancy apartment with two nice spacious bathrooms and a cozy living area with a beautiful big outdoor seating area. modern pleasing design and big bathtub. it is in need of some TLC as the bathroom ceilings were moldy and the carpets were stained and tired. the beds were very worn and well passed their due date. Otherwise very clean and very pleasant with nice fittings . We did not enjoy the cleaners ringing the bell non stop with urgency at 9.45 am , we felt chased out .
