Manakau motor lodge was all of these. Clean and well serviced, beds were comfortable kitchen space had all that we needed. Location was ideal, oak and save around the corner and Woolworths across the road. Plaza and shops to get food near in all directions. Will stay there again. Shower was lovely good water pressure etc but it would be difficult for a bigger person to use.

- FI (Fiona) (8/5): I will be staying again. Cheers - Was great to have WiFi and Sky and the staff were very friendly...especially when spending time at the hospital with family. The parking was a bit dubious, especially with larger vehicles jutting out onto the driveway. I believe you have permanent residents?, one which had a moan at me because I parked in front of their unit (I did apologize). I only did this because a vehicle was blocking the entrance that evening, when they were booking in, and I just wanted to go to bed.

- Teri (10/5): Perfect - Room was excellent, clean, fresh, location great as AUT across the road which was where I needed to go, food outlets handy and a wide range. I found the bed a bit hard. Allowed me to leave car there until I was ready to pick it up. Also helped when I needed to stay an extra night. Fantastic service. I would stay again and highly recommend. Nothing staff were lovely.

Ceiling fan didn't do much and one pedestal fan was not enough to circulate air in the room. Only one chair to sit on for three people meant laying on beds etc.

- SLKK1989 (9/5): Nice Stay in Manukau - Location was great, close to the mall and plenty of shops and places to eat. Nice and clean and well presented. No air conditioning but the apartment was full of fans for us to use. The beds were slightly uncomfortable and it was quite noisy at night time. But it is located on the main road so the noise is expected.

This motel is on the intersection of 2 very busy roads, and is on the airport flight path, so if you are a light sleeper, this may not be the one for you. With the fans going, and the window closed, it was quiet for us. Good water pressure in the shower, and plenty of hot water. Easy to get into and parking on site, and close to the Manukau mall. It really needed air-conditioning, as there was only one window, so no cross breeze, and it was quite a warm night.

- Mariah (1/5): Would not recommend - Location We were in Room 5, -only 2 power points worked in the room which was in the kitchen and where the tv was plugged in. The other power points by the table and beds were faulty and didn't work. -Shower drain was blocked so water would pool when showering and gunk come up from drain -Noises from using any tap (Bathroom and Kitchenette) would let out this high pitched screech that would ring for about a minite after every tap use. -Noises from ceiling fan was grating. Sounded like the fan was going to come off, but had no choice but to use it as room was hot. -Parking is horrible. People were taking up 2 parks which threw other people out leaving no room to park. Hoha. Although the afterhour service from kaimahi was nice and friendly - it was pointless as she couldn't do anything. -would not stay here again due to price I paid and issues above. Should be no more than $80 a night for the room we got and issues we had.

Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We were close to the airport to fly in and out. The parking was a little tight for our large car. Because we were near the airport, we were right in the flight path of the planes
