• Edmund (8/5): - Huge and very spacious two-bedroom property that could accommodate at least 4 adult guests or a family of 4; clean with some tolerable detail imperfections on arrival (e.g. food scraps inside fridge, plates and mugs inside the dishwasher, sticky kitchen bench top and surfaces) but managed to clean them ourselves; guests prior to our stay may need to be reminded about proper etiquette relating to self-contained accommodations; kitchen, toilet and laundry were equipped with basic amenities; jetted tub was a warm welcome with the cold winter temperature; secure and lock-up garage parking was a bonus; property is just a little bit antiquated but still presents well with a “homey” feel; reception staff responded promptly to our inquiry and was welcoming; I will use this property again!

• Ita (10/5): Great spot and clean. - The apartment is very close to the main beach (only 5 minutes walk), the pool and apartment is clean. You can also hire kayak and paddle board from the reception which is cheaper than hiring from external. It was close to great cafe and fish and chips shop as well.

• Shelley (10/5): - We got a cracker price for 1 week stay in December, and we loved the place! 2 bedroom with spa bath, across the road from the beach and playground, and 100m walk to the kid friendly paddling beach. Plenty of cookware to make your own food. Pool was much smaller than the photos make out, but ok for a quick dip. Quiet, comfortable, has everything you need to make it your home for a week. Walking distance to town centre. We would love to come back!!

• Loretta (6/5): - We didn’t receive information on how to check into the apartments, no check in desk and no one answered our phone calls, an hour later spoke to someone who sent the text with information for the key. Dirty dishes in the cupboard and dirty blanket in the cupboard. Mentioned in the welcome letter and information folder in the apartment of the charges that will apply if the apartment is left dirty, yet I had to clean every dish before using it. Amazing location, walking distance to the beach, kayaking and local shops.
• Emma (8/5): - Excellent location. The property was clean and decorated well. The pool was smaller than we thought. The external bins were very smelly! Overall, fantastic place to stay for a family.

• Morgan (8/5): - The property is a bit old, and the spa could have done with a thorough clean, but these are my only two qualms about our stay. The beds were comfy, the pool is great, love that the unit has a washer and dryer. The star of the show was the proximity to the beach, Mitchies, and to Cranky Cafe - this place could not be in a better location!!! Overall it was a great stay!

• Kyrena (4/5): - When we arrived for a 2 day stay, there was information on the fridge, which was very clear. On the list it states that they have left enough toilet paper, for the stay, and if more needed to buy your own. Yeah right quarter of a roll, for 2 people over 2 days. Couldn’t be bothered calling the contact, as when we arrived, she came across as unfriendly.
• Louise (10/5): - I loved that I could walk to most of the things I wanted to do. It was great to have a dish washer, however with only one set of plates and glasses it wasn’t very practical. Overall a great place to stay!
• Shaun (10/5): - Great unit- light and bright and comfortable. Great shower pressure and corner spa. Great location. Only negative was the pool- way smaller than it appeared in the photo, really only suitable for young kids.
• David (8/5): - Awesome location and spacious apartment. Bring toilet paper and dishwashing liquid as they only provide minimal.
• John (8/5): A couple having a holiday - Great place to stay opposite surf beach and within walking distance of Town Centre and shops. Apartment was spacious, clean and well suited for a few days rest
• Len (10/5): - The unit its self was really nice and clean. Had pretty much everything we needed. Heated floor in the bathroom was a bonus. The Laundry was very handy to wash and dry clothes, and so was the dishwasher in the kitchen. It was nice and close to the park onto the beach, and to Crankies café. The pool isn't heated but nicely maintained. There were lounges in the provided garage so I couldn't fit my car in it. Had to use the guest parking. One of the bedroom door knobs fell off and landed on and cut open my daughter's foot which put a bit of a downer on the weekend. The window blinds were a bit tricky to use needing a strong person and one of them needed two people to operate it. Overall a nice place to stay and would go again.

All dishwasher, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer clean as well. Comfortable family stay. No reception on site but only key box and message board. No problem at all for us. Didn't get reply to my email enquiry before stay nor check in instructions.

The shower with the flow restricter was terrible. My daughter with long hair had to go to a hairdresser to get a thorough wash.

Room very clean but tired. TV extremely small for the size of the room, more suitable for a caravan. Reception very poor channels not programmed managed to get manager and he knew there was a problem but hadn't thought to fix it. TV repair man came next day and fixed it. No wifi. Good location

• Gordz (8/5): - Well situated location with little noise from traffic. Apartments are very suited to family groups with all required facilities. The accommodation provides a basic supply of all holiday needs. Location is ideal for walks to the surf beach or calm waters of Merimbula. Great playground for kids in park nearby. Couple of shops close by for any needs.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good accommodation, near beach and park - We stayed two nights. The bed linen on my bed smelled off so I used the spare bed pillow and a blanket. Cigarette smoke? Otherwise, everything was clean and comfortable. A couple of cushions on the sofas would help.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Customer Service - The apartment is adequate although a little jaded. Good bed, decent shower versus tiny TV and no internet. The major problem was with the bad-tempered curmudgeon who rune the place and whose total lack of understanding of the term "customer service" started the entire holiday on a sour note.

Please remember we are not rating a Hotel, this is an Apartment Complex

There is nowhere decent in walking distance save for a fish n chip shop so it's a hop in the car to the only supermarket

• chris (4/5): Average apartment - No reception on site, no wifi or Foxtel we had no contact with the manager, units were open when we arrived with keys left on the table, we were certainly not made to feel welcome. The apartment was basic and a bit tired, however it was clean. It is close to the beach and within walking distance to town.

• Michael (10/5): Worth it! - The apartment was two bedrooms and would've been plenty big enough for four people (I stayed there on my own). With a spacious living area, modern bathroom with spa, decent sized kitchen with all the appliances, and comfortable bed, this apartment was definitely worth the money. It also comes with your own garage to park your car. The garage isn't massive but I have a large car and managed to get it in there, although if you have a 4WD or something you may struggle. But maybe you're a better driver than me! Overall the apartment was exceptional.

• Samantha (10/5): Close to the beach and a homely feel. - The owners were lovely. There was a lock up garage for our car and a washing machine and dryer which was very handy. Also a lovely shower and spa bath. The tv in the lounge was very small though. Overall it was perfect for our stay and we will definitely stay again.
• Mez (10/5): Small clean quiet comfortable complex - Clean, fresh rooms with all inclusions (not just he basics) including laundry in each unit.. Small quiet complex very close to beach and lake. Had off street parking and garage. Short easy walk (10mins) into town. Just the place the unwind and relax wish we could have stayed longer.
