• Petr Bystrov (10/5): Бюджетное проживание - Что-то похожее на небольшой частный отель. Минимум удобств.. хотя кондиционер в номере есть, душ есть. Бассейн есть. В самом отеле делать нечего, да это и не нужно, т.к. вокруг много всего интересного. Завтраки вкусные. Очень недорогое проживание. До океана пешком 6 мин. Если хочется сэкономить и вам только ночевать, то можно сюда. По приезду в ванной комнате меня встретил огромный азиатский таракан величиной с мышь. Персонал не мог его долго поймать (убивать они его были не намерены), и , поймал я его сам - ведром и веником. В остальном все нормально, больше живности не было.

• toni (2/5): If you’re desperate for a cheap as chips place to stay - Location and beautiful green garden. Traditional exterior Filthy bathroom i didn’t want to use it. No shower and couldn’t charge my phone because power plugs were loose or up so high my phone would have to dangle impossible. Cigarette burn and blood stain on sheet, singular. No top sheet. I left early.
• giselle (6/5): - The place is nice, it has a garden with many plants and the view of the pool is lovely. The breakfast is very good and quite varied. The room is small but it was clean. And despite being in the center, it is quite quiet. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and there was a strong musty smell in the room. I recommend choosing a room with A/C since the fan is quite noisy and it gets very hot.

The place was right in the middle of everything I wanted to go to. It was very close to everything and it was quiet, away from the street noise. The bathroom really needs to be cleaned better. The odour was really bad and ants kept getting in don't know how. WiFi was interesting as it only really work outside the room and it had really difficult connecting once your inside the room I had to go close to the window just for the WiFi to connect to my phone. Also outside the room was so much trees and plants it didn't help the decour, maybe smaller plants would be more welcoming.

Se podrían pintar las paredes, no hay ventilación en el baño y el olor a humedad es un poco fuerte. También estaría genial si pusieran algún jabón de baño, al menos para lavarse las manos. Pero son aspectos que son fáciles de cambiar.

Breakfast was small but enough and served hot with a small fruit platter, pool was warm, Aircond cold, shower was hot!

Breakfast is served over looking the pool and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I underestimate how hot bali can be and for me the celling fan was not enough, due to this I would prefer to stay somewhere with AC. On booking.com it says there is an option to pay by card at the property but this isn't the case it's cash only. There are ATMs in walking distance but just a heads up.

The rooms are reasonable for the price. The pool is clean, the grounds are well maintained and I was regularly asked if my room needed cleaning. The owners are super friendly and the staff are great too. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and will be back on my next trip to Bali!

Ve - Only what was good there was a frigerator in the room and it was very cold. Staff was really rude. On arrival demanded more money than in Booking.com. Breakfast was for 2 people but always was given for one person. Havnt never seen so bad attitude and rude behavior from the staff. I was only client there and later l understand why

The room I was given this time had a tiny balcony, no view & was around the back. Breakfast was very average, no nasigoreng only fruit & a tiny omelette , so I had to eat elsewhere.Extremely disappointed. Won’t be staying there or recommending any more

• Rodney (2/5): Just don't do it, much better for similar money, it's a shame because it could easily be nice. - Location only, I'm a budget traveller so I don't ask for much but it was sub par to other hotels that charge similar money. After booking on Booking.com the hotel messaged me to say the price had gone up, this I didn't see until two days before leaving so I agreed to the first booking. I also choose to pay at hotel which o wasn't told until the last day I went to pay that it was cash only, something not told by either booking.com info or the hotel even after saying twice I would be used Ng my card.
• Eevee2 (8/5): A great budget hotel close to beach with lovely gardens and friendly family - Great location just 5-10 min walk to the beach. In the centre of everything but quiet too. A real traditional style complex where you have to go through a bit of a winding walk past the family home to get to the pool and breakfast area. I liked the gardens and plants and friendly family. A really good breakfast too. A new toilet seat in our room wouldn't go amiss!

• Claudia (8/5): We always stay here when we come to Bali and were never disappointed. - This homestay is a hidden gem in amongst the big touristy hotels. The rooms are very traditional and right near the family area. The pool is great and very clean. The garden is beautiful and inspirational, full of tropical plants Sometimes the internet cuts out, in the back rooms near the pool but it is easy to get connected again by just getting closer to the router.

• wim / pat (6/5): For backpackers this can do - How to say ??? there are two things to talk about. 1 it is not expensive for being a hotel in bali , so the hopes where not high , the hotel with its gardens are hidden quite well and are looking nice and relaxing ( even there is a 5 story wall on one side that covers up the complete length of the garden ) it is quite silent and the swimming pool was clean. The breakfast serves what you want and the choice is limited , but the food is made properly. The room , almost bungalow type , has 1 cabinet , 1 wall socket on the head of the bed , a rotating small fan what works but make quite some noise ( no big normal ceiling fan as we should think off , but more a bar type of fan ) and a small table the room was almost clean at a 5 - 7 out of 10. The bathroom has only a fixed bathtub no way to take a bath only a shower as the drain has no closing way. the showerhead was in a poor state , the toilet did not flush well and was not fixed well to the floor , the sink had no drein closing as well and no way to put the essential things as we had no shelf under the mirror , no ventilation but indeed hot water and cold water for cleanliness and state this was a poor 1-3 out of 10. so for a backpackers who enjoy nature and simple way of traveling this is a big yes 2 customers who need at least a little bit of comfort and clean useable room , this is a big no Overall we stayed 5 days , we can't complain even if this hotel should do an small effort it should be nice and cosy for everybody
• Pam (4/5): pretty poor - the basic room with a ceiling fan , in particular was disgusting, the bathroom was filthy, the sink was blocked with goodness knows what. the water from the tap is grey. mould everywhere, the bedroom had ripped and dirty sheets and bedspread. the headboard was just awful. I slept on towels. the gardens are well looked after.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice and quiet great location - Stayed here in Aug for 8 days, decided to go for superior room as the cost was minimal, the room was clean bed was OK air con worked fine and wifi was fine. Pool was great to relax in after days out. Staff very accommodating, hotel could do with a face lift but for what you pay its great value. If your gonna be out all day and need a quiet place to crash adus inn is the place. There was no problem with my Indonesian girlfriend staying they even let me borrow a helmet when we went out exploring. Good place would stay again.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Value Budget accommodation in great location - Very traditional style basic accommodation which was beautiful however unfortunately due to the traditional surroundings there were bugs, cockroaches and lizards in the room. If you can look past this then the room and surroundings are tranquil and value for money. Bathroom is huge however a bit dated. In comparison the room is not much bigger than the bathroom but still a reasonable size. If you're planning to be out and about and needing only a place to sleep at night, this is the place for you. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

• Julie (8/5): Correct for the price - We stayed 2 nights at Adus (1 at the beginning and we extend to 2). Obviously for the price don't expect too much, but it's still a good value. The room was very basic, clean enough (no insects, no dust, just few stains on the bathtub but was ok), wifi worked properly, breakfast include (light but still ok for the price), and staff friendly and helpfull. I will recommand for people who wan't a cheap stay in good place in Legian (close to the beach, close enough to main street to access easily to everything, but in a little street so we didn't have any noise). Maybe will stay again at this place :)

In comparison to the 250,00 rupiah fan rooms, aside from AC, the 350,000 rupiah rooms are cleaner, bigger and newer but not right next to the pool/lush garden. They're on the other side of the reception. There's still plenty of greenery about. Hard-to-beat value in this area. Secluded spot. Beach is two turns away.
