• Lillian (8/5): Quite, spacious and comfortable - The location meant it was quiet and easy to access on foot, by car or with scooters. The space was lovely with high ceilings and very comfortable beds/sheets thick towels. There was very cleverly a HUGE supply of tea mugs :-) There was instant coffee and salt and plenty of cleaning products which was good. We were walking distance to coffee shops - the Argentinian one around the corner was fabulous and it was an easy 15 minute walk to the food market too. If I have to think of a negative it would be - we were there to attend a festival it was a longish walk home for the end of a late evening and cabs/ubers were a long wait and add up to become an expensive way to get to and from. It would have been nice addition to have basic stock of supplies for the 5 people booked in - ie tea bags available (there were 4), pepper, olive oil. None of this detracts from the stay really though and we loved being there and the comfortable, spacious town house.

• Ye (7/5): - The location was great, right next to a park and close of Adelaide city centre The dishwasher was removed for repair, and we only found out upon arrival. The clothes rack was partially broken but usable. One upstairs bedroom was very hot on a 38-degree day, with no air conditioning, and the fan was noisy in the night.
• Sharyn (8/5): - Great location. Spacious. Flexible terms-owner allowed us to check out a bit later and allowed us to accommodate some extra guests at late notice which was appreciated. Excellent communication and understanding owner. Undercover car park. Generous amount of linen/towels. Great view from balcony. Clean and tidy. Not far from eateries with an IGA a 5 minute walk away. Big fridge. A coffee pod machine would add to the quality and special feeling of the stay. A dishwasher woulld make things a little bit easier

• Chielyne (9/5): Great spot for a group stay. Comfortable, convenient, and well‑equipped. - We had a very comfortable stay in this apartment. Just a 15‑minute walk to the central market and close to the bus stop. Since it’s a serviced apartment, our tour company was even able to pick us up directly, which is really convenient. There were plenty of plates and cutlery, so we didn’t have to wait for the dishwasher cycle. Overall clean and tidy, even though the building is a little old. Both toilets were accessible to everyone without needing to go through a bedroom, which is super practical for groups. The floors upstairs are squeaky, so you can hear movement, which might be tricky for light sleepers. There’s no dryer, which was a bit unexpected, but luckily there’s a laundry shop nearby that made it manageable.
• Belinda (8/5): Take lid back now…great location and god value for money for a group stay! Staff were lovelyand so helpful - Great location, spacious, good having our own bedroom and two bathrooms. Modern, great place for a group. Well equipped too! Nothing we didn’t like. Enjoyed our stay.

• Heidi (9/5): Great location and spacious living area. - Secure access and parking, walking distance to almost everything. Very quiet location. Good water pressure. Good selection of teas and well stocked toiletries. Pub on the corner was handy. Clean inside, nice linen, comfy beds and pillows. Spacious living areas and plenty of seating for small groups. Reverse cycle A/c in living area worked great! No coffee maker even though" it was in pictures and stated as inclusion. Was advised by owner that this had broken "a few guests ago" so it was disappointing for 4 coffee lovers. Unable to sit outside due to extensive pigeon mess on everything. Pedestal fans may be better than box fans in bedrooms as unless you could raise it there was limited airflow on hot nights.

• Vicki (9/5): Great location, great accomodation - Lots of space. Fully equiped with whatever we needed. Front double bed room needed a bedside table. Very small room. Perhaps it needs to be configured a little differently.

• Karen (9/5): Enjoyed staying here very homely plenty of room - Great location Extremely clean and well appointed apartment Great car park but only for 1 car Seeing it is a 4 bedroom apartment there could be a fob to access the apartment for each bedroom as everyone goes different ways at times but we did cope but it was a little annoying. With such a big apartment there is normally more than one car.
• Jane (7/5): Good value on the edge of the city. - Clean and lovely common areas. One of the upstairs rooms has a very squeaky/groaning floor. Otherwise lovely.

• Trystale (8/5): Great place for our girls trip!! - Spacious! Love the touches like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, tea, coffee etc were provided! Great selection of DVDs, magazines, tourist info etc I think there’s a problem with the toilet system downstairs?? it kept making a noise every so often, including during the night, which isn’t great when you’re a light sleeper. it was rather annoying.
