Geoff (4/5): Won’t be staying here again. - lovely Thai restaurant onsite adjacent to reception area. Food was delicious and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Furniture had stains, all bamboo ceilings had dust hanging from them, all ceiling fans were covered in thick grimy dust, carpet in between main bedroom and ensuite was frayed and and a severe trip hazard, water did not empty properly from bathroom sinks - clogged with hair, frying pans still had egg and baked on food, door in second bedroom did not lock at all - making unit insecure. Voucher left for discount on next visit, threw in the bin, will not be staying here again.

Andrew (8/5): Very good - The room overall was so great!! We loved the space, comfy beds, it was child friendly and had all we needed. The resort gardens and surroundings were beautiful and we loved stepping out of our unit onto the beach. There were a few things we noted that need mentioning: Fans are really dusty and dirty. Mould, dust and fur was growing on the knife block. Cooking pans are not suitable or appropriate for a large family room of 8 people. Blankets from the cupboards smell and have stains on them. Need a wash Light switch for the LED lights in the kitchen can’t be turned off. The switch is broken. Sliding glass door to shower in main en-suite broken and doesn’t slide properly Dining table wasn’t wiped down properly The internet reception is really bad. Movies and shows kept buffering. The bin in the kitchen is so small and there are no extra garbage bags. Very hard to manage 8 guests for 3 days with one small rubbish bag.

Verified traveler (4/5): Sad family experience 😟 Wish we’d read reviews - Great location, stunning beachfront views and a nice pool and beautiful ocean deck area. The onsite, (but independent), Thai restaurant was EXCELLENT! Unfortunately that’s all the positives, it’s clear that the private owners of the individual resort studios care more about profits than guest experience. Our unit for family of 5 was clean and tidy, for $360 a night it was though well below our expectations, (only 1 of 2 aircons worked, dryer was faulty, not enough place settings for 5, damaged furniture, bbq gas near empty), fittings, fixtures and furniture would have been “on trend” in the late 90’s but should have been renovated many, many years ago. Same goes for all of the resort really, the spa is archaic, gym is beyond terrible and generally it’s well past worn out, (only photo I took ~ outdoor furniture summed it up really =tired & broken). Signs up throughout our studio warning of “you’ll be charged if you don’t x,y&z. Don’t bother with contacting reception as it’s mostly closed. We made it a great stay as you do with a family but we’ll be spending our money elsewhere in the future,

The view is mesmerizing, and it’s an excellent spot. Nothing in particular, and it's good value for money. However, it would have been better if there was internet access.

It was so soothing to wake up to the sweet sunlight peeking into our rooms and the serene sound of the waves crashing against the shore. -The three bedroom villas were spacious, neat and modern, ideal for families and/or large groups. -Convenient and clean pool, spa, BBQ and gym facilities are present on site. -Overall we had a positive and relaxing experience. Some ways the resort can improve however, are: -Repairing the AC in Room 184 (the bunk room specifically), which kept tripping through both nights of our trip. We did alert management and they did attempt to resolve the issue but to no avail. -Providing extra toiletries (such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner). We requested for another toilet roll (lol) but were declined so make sure you bring your own. :) -Reception are almost impossible to contact! I was constantly messaging on booking.com or calling Ian (the Manager). Albeit, they were helpful upon contact.

Mandy (7/5): Relaxing very quiet beach mini break. - Excellent location and nice roomy apartment. Especially enjoyed all the greenery everywhere and the beautiful deck to sit under the pandanus palms. There could have been more crockery..ie plates…especially catering to 4 or 5 people. Kitchen cupboards could do with a reorganising. May help to provide more basics ie salt pepper, coffee and tea bags. Also dryer wasn’t working..it was rotating but no heat.

Janeen (10/5): Perfect - Absolutely beautiful property. We visit Coffs on a regular basis, this is by far our favourite and will definitely book any chance we get.
Lynn (8/5): Relaxing stay - I had a studio room which was quite large and very quiet. Could walk down to the pool but is a bit too far so drove down, as there was plenty of parking. Pool area was very, very good and the sitting area outside the pool area was exceptional with views over the ocean. Great to take a bottle of wine and nibbles down and just chill out. 2 tennis courts, and an indoor spa were also available. Thai restaurant on site. Reception was not open at all during my 2 night stay, although someone is on the end of the phone, which the number is on the door. Because you are out of town, a little shop on site would be useful.
Alberto (7/5): In reality, despite everything, we enjoyed the day, - The apartment was comfortable in size. The pools and tennis courts and so on were very nice. The parking was nice. There was a lot of vegetation, and it was very pleasant to be there. The lady at the reception was very friendly. The office was closed except for one day when i was able to talk to the lady. I had a problem and there was no one who could help me and fix it. Tere was not food stores nearby, luckily, I had rented a car.
Jean (3/5): The worst part was unable to connect anyone especially when there are major problems. - Ordinary No communication. Unable to contact anyone. Fridge did not work on entry until my husband had to pull refrigerator out and turn it on.

Vickie (4/5): Very disappointed. Paid a lot of money for a relaxing stay and ended up doing the housework! - Bed was comfortable, and room was clean, although rundown in places. Nil WiFi, TV didn’t work. Ants in the bed. Had to mop the floor at midnight as the freezer in the fridge defrosted and ruined all the medication in the fridge. Was unable to speak to anyone in the office as there was never anyone there when I was able to get there.

Office would have been better if they were there to talk to, luckily no issues arose. No office people in the office. Electrical issues in the unit.

Lauris (5/5): Would not recommend at all. Lack of anyone to communicate with at the premises not at all helpful. - Nice pool and tennis courts. Good Thai restaurant on site There is no reception although it is advertised as open Monday to Friday. Made several phone calls and messages prior to arrival with no reply. No towels in room to shower after swim in pool. Not blanket supplied for one of the queen beds. Supposed to have 2 televisions, only one. Room smelled like wet carpet and obviously had mould issues. Broken blind. Great difficulty contacting a human to resolve any issues. Need CCTV as my car was vandalised while staying there.
Lynelle (1/5): Great location, but thats it. Was charged like other for nights I didnt book. - The location is beautiful, Uni 105 was spacious. Reception never opened. I was charged for rooms I did not book and charged for nights I did not book. Arrived early, 1pm. Was told to wait until 2pm. But reception never opened. A man met my friend and handed her two envelopes for two bookings even though we only booked one room for 3 nights, we were charged for four nights and as second unit. Couldnt hire racquets to play tennis as reception never opened despite it saying on the door and on the brochures it was open 9am - 5pm. We arrived on a Friday. Reception closed on the weekend and we were leaving on Monday. When I range the numbers to sort the booking, no one returned my call. There was no opportunity to sort the booking and get my refund. I see in the reviews that the exact same thing happened to another person in July 2024. It appears that most villas are now privately owned. The place is run-down. Our villa was not clean, something had dripped on the tv and you could see the marks. The front of the oven needed a good wipe down. The sheets were not clean. There was dried blood drops on my top sheet. It said there was a coffee shop, there was NO coffee shop. Out of curiousity we checked the other room out and it was way up the hill at the entrance, very old, a studio room. The resort has a great beachfront location, but I would never go back to this place again, and may have to seek legal action if I am not refunded. A massive thumbs down!

Tamara (9/5): Was a well suited villa for our needs for a sporting event we were in town for. - The 3 bedroom villa suited us perfectly. The bunk room in the photos and description had changed to 2 beds with trundles which worked better with a smaller child. Great that there was a washer and dryer in the villa. Water pressure and flow in the ensuite was poor but other than that everything else in the villa was great

Melissa (10/5): Had a fantastic stay easy check in and check out , loved our apartment and will definitely be back again - Our room was very clean , modern and with all the extras . Had everything we needed or an easy carefree stay quiet location right on the beach with amazing views
Bianca (3/5): Very disappointing - Location Owners quoted a price on booking.com then took a larger amount for payment and does not follow up any complaints about the price. Owners believe it’s lawful to take money from your credit card that’s not agreed to.

And in 2024 to have no wifi access in my room at a resort was very disappointing. Room was very clean and bed was very comfy. Shower head needs replacing as that was awful which detracts from the overall experience.

Sanjana (3/5): Last option for accommodation - The access to the beach was nice. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, there was only 3 towels for a family of 4, the fire blanket didn’t have a blanket, the sheets were ripped. No shower gel, shampoo or conditioner, whilst other properties are now having this as standard. Only 1 toilet paper roll for a week for a family. We booked months in advance but our room was the furthest from the pool, beach & tennis court. We had to drive to use any facilities. No staff was ever available. We went several times to reception but their operating hrs are not correct. Thank god we didn’t lock our key inside the property, as we would have never been able to get back inside.

John (6/5): - We did not have any contact from phone calls, email, whilst we only got that the reception was out and “we will return your call” later. We arrived on the Friday around 3 PM and no one was at reception. If they told us that they had no staff, we would know. Unfortunately we would not return. The times we have had stayed there was always one level and this time we were on 2nd level with 17 steps which was not shown when we booked.

Leanne (5/5): Property would have been lovely in its day but needs a fair bit of work done now. - Nice size unit. Arrived at property at 2.30pm, office closed key in box. Went to park the car and the road was flooded due to blocked drain, called the only number I could find on paperwork, had to leave a message, still waiting for call back! Property needs a lot of maintenance. Never saw anyone in the office over the 3 days we were there. No personal contact at all. A lot of the units appeared to be privately owned.
Karan (10/5): Was a great stay kids loved being near the beach and great pools for the kids - Location was amazing No staff at front desk and I couldn’t get wet in contact with anyone I had left messages but no one called back
Dianne (9/5): Great apartment would definitely stay again - Beds were comfortable great position nicely furnished everything we needed was there Although it stated no pets allowed there seemed to be dog hair on the outdoor furniture
Gweneva (8/5): Loved our stay, the rooms and facilities were amazing and the sunrises were something special - The rooms and facilities was amazing. Morning sunrises really made us feel lucky to be staying here. Our WIFI went off the last couple of days. Had a small issue with parking due to some minor flooding, but alternative parking was available near the pool. Otherwise everything was amazing

Gardiner (2/5): Communication NIGHTMARE. - Struggled to find a positive, beautiful location right on the beach. Customer service, we werent given the after hour safe code, no 24 hour phone number to call. Had to wait outside in the cold until someone else checked in so we could get our keys (lucky someone did)

Rachael (6/5): - the grounds and location are excellent - right on the beach. rooms are spacious and clean but tired looking. security door was broken. bathroom is old and needs a reno. no wifi in the room and internet connectivity was low. older style tv (no smart tv). gym equipment is limited and rusted or faulty. spa out of order! gardens are gorgeous.
william (6/5): - Needed extra blankets as we bought one. Kitchen plates glasses etc not clean even though it says a surcharge for not cleaning. Basic tv and channels for a resort. Old decor but priced accordingly. Would stay again.

We had food that we wanted to heat up and there wasn't one bowl or tray that could be used in the oven. You need to put a list of what is available in the kitchen

Hannah (1/5): Very poor - Torn curtains, holes in doors, front door didn’t close, cobwebs, mouldy balcony, only Luke warm water in the kitchen, exposed wires from outside light, extra charge for sheets that did not fit the very uncomfortable sofa bed, greasy plates … most unsatisfactory. I emailed the property to complain but no reply. Next step is TripAdvisor.
Kim (7/5): Good - There were many photos of various property's listed. The property was not as thought. There was only one bed and it was assumed I travelled with my husband when in fact it was my son. The bed was very hard although I understand you can't meet everyones requirements with mattress comfort. Being closer to the highway instead of the beach.
Geoff (9/5): Superb - Third time I've stayed at these Villa's and on each occasion they have been presented perfectly and exactly what I've have needed and wanted. Great location and on this occasion I actually got to enjoy a beach swim and spa.
Wilson (10/5): Exceptional - It went far beyond my expectations. Everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again. The only problem was no spare toilet tissue but I found facial tissues so that was acceptable. It didn't put a damper on my holiday.
