• Kelsey (9/5): - The location for our event was perfect. The staff were amazing, so accommodating and friendly. The price was reasonable. The room was large. The bed was harder than what I like and the shower head didnt not stay in the holder correctly it was either too lose it would fall put or too tight that you couldnt move it. There was also a little bit of mould in the sealant around the shower base and toilet paper was limited.

• Alicia & Stuart (2/5): An experience never to be repeated - Close to town We were sent a message saying our room was upgraded- if this was an upgraded room would hate to see state of other room. Bed felt like you were sleeping on a plank! Head end was lower than foot end. Bathroom stunk of mould really strongly after showering. No bathmat or handtowel provided we had a mobility shower which meant tiled floor got quite wet. Broken switch in bathroom for fan/ light. Noise from neighbouring rooms could clearly hear tv even though they had sound low. Water leak over main bed which drops onto headboard.

• Leigh (5/5): It was comfortable but probably would not stay there again. - The location is v good We had a very drunk person get into our room one night and he seemed to have his own key lucky we woke and told him he was in the wrong room and he went away. Room was average basic and only one window.
• Mike (1/5): Wouldn't recommend and definitely won't return. - Read the reviews before booking here, doesn't look like the pictures. We stayed in the infamous room No5, shower base cracked and taped with silver tape and other cracks pinched your feet. Unhygienic and a health hazard. Manager available after9:30 am. Apologized, offered us another room the following morning. There is a pattern, apologize, say it's going to be fixed and do nothing. Rent the room out to another traveller. Second room was better, but curtains didn't cover the ranch slider, ice box in fridge unusable because it was iced up solid. Bed and chairs uncomfortable. The place is run down and needs maintenance.

Bedside lamps wld be helpful and maybe a table under a mirror for makeup. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thankyou for the fresh towels too!

• Mark (8/5): - Friendly staff, room was small, yet had everything I needed. Close to town, easy walk to get dinner. Supermarket across the road. Bed was firm. Air-conditioned. I will stay again. It wasn't flash, but served it's purpose it gave me a comfortable place to spend the night.

I enjoyed the communication as I was arriving late and they informed me of the code to access my room key. The carparking could be a bit bigger as the disability car park blocks 3 other carparks access.

• Leigh (8/5): Was okay for one night, no longer. - Location and price. Weird room set up. One bedroom - usually a bedroom has the main bed. This room had no window in the ‘bedroom’ which had the single bed and kitchenette and small table and chairs.

The shower drain was blocked, there were no towels for showering only 3 pillows for 2 people. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and by the morning ants scattered all over the dining table and floor.

• Suzanne (4/5): A total disappointment - Location was good Room tucked away down an alley beside concrete steps. Room very small looked like a camp ground room. Lock for the key had to be jiggled as it rattled loosely in the door. Really cold room when I arrived, lino floor. Had to ask for toilet paper by ringing office door and speaking into an intercom. There was an air con which eventually warmed the room up. Half the shower door was gone and replaced with a curtain. Shower wood trim disintegrated. No soap for hand basin had to use shower body soap to wash hands. Mattress didn't sit on base properly, base too wide. Not particularly comfortable. Single bed. Fridge made some wierd banging noises through the night when it turned on. Was a hell of a shock really, will never book there again.
• Angela (8/5): - My room was generally clean, tidy and nice. But it was right next to the office facing the door so you couldn't have the curtain open. It wasnot that private but there were few quests so ok. The place was generally ok but the property lacked greenery and poor design meant it was close to other people. The staff were friendly but couldn't speak English well so the transaction were brief.

• One' (2/5): Great for Tradies to stay I guess. - Clean sheets and towels. Nice clean fridge. Great lounge air conditioner. Clean electric jug and plates and great clean and tidy kitchen cupboards (: Awful damp (but very clean) bathroom that smelt damp and suffocating and i didn’t want to use shower cos bathroom smelt damp. Awful drapes and suffocating air inside all of rooms and I became quite dizzy after being there inside lounge and kitchen. But big separate bedroom was ok and clean bed.

• Kate (2/5): Don’t trust pictures - Location to Pukekohe shops was ideal Was very disappointing as the pictures online are not at all like the reality of this place. It’s been poorly fitted out with shoddy workmanship and cheap materials. It’s not clean and everything is old and tired. No staff to be seen throughout my stay. Don’t recommend for anyone and feel ripped off.
• Leigh (6/5): Pleasant - Location is great. Central. Bathroom needs attention. Shower felt like it was very uneven. We had to book two rooms for three of us with booking.com. The motel apparently upgraded one of our rooms so this was no longer necessary, but failed to inform us of this until it was too late for us to cancel the second room, on checkin. The staff member on duty had no knowledge of this, and the first time I spoke to the ‘manager’ we were not told this either - it took a second call for this to come out. We have stayed at this motel several times.

The table was wobbly. The bed was not very comfortable - it felt like two beds pushed together. Our room was at the back of the building, down an alley. It cost $180 via Booking.com
