- Faye (6/5): All ok, met up with friends and family, as I mentioned beds too soft - Everything clean and tidy Beds were way too soft, when your older you need a firm bed

Close to a main road but did not experience any road noise The staff could have been on site and answered phone calls and emails. They did not return or answer any correspondence. When we did find them to check in they did not show and sign of being happy or enjoying their job !

- John (10/5): Unfortunately could only stay one night. - I have been in the hospitality industry for over 50 years.' The Jolly Swagman is possibly the best presented I have experienced. Information in the room was top class (included a note pad and pen) designed and presented for the benefit of the guest. Even toilet paper was superior. The owner/operator obviously believes in quality and service and at an affordable rate. I wholeheartedly recommend the Jolly Swagman. John H NOTHING.
