- Verified traveler (6/5): - It was just a quick in and out visit, so didn't want to pay a lot. It did the job, is a little tired, tape around mirror, wall not clean under bench, bathroom dated. But was ok for the price and the fact we only slept and left. Pillows were hard beds comfy enough. Free WiFi.

- Frank (8/5): - Our Always Inn Motel Unit was a great base for my family as we stayed in Palmerston North over a few days. We appreciated the heaters which kept us warm through some cold winter days. The staff were friendly and the Manager was very helpful.

- Kaz (8/5): Cheap and cheerful - An older motel and the outside really needs a facelift, however, I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped inside. Everything was very clean, bright and comfortable and there were some thoughtful extras such as makeup remover pads in the bathroom. The only negative is that the entire shower needs updating and the water pressure was poor. Pretty good value for money and very friendly owner.

Quality as one would expect for a budget price but clean and perfectly serviceable. He was out of brochures on local restaurants, but other than that just fine.

We were given clean towels each day and when I asked a staff member if I could do some laundry, she kindly offered to do it for me and returned all clean and dry. A lovely Motel to stay at. I'd definitely stay there again and will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

- raine (4/5): Motel we had stayed at years ago - The first night was fine the next day when we left the reception was still closed at nine am. that night we where disturbed all night by the people next door , in and out there door smoking and the door was slammed open and closed. the next morning the reception was still closed at nine thirty when we left. When we returned at three thirty the reception was closed and owners where out we where disturbed that night from next door with talking and laughing and in and out the door until I shouted out to shut up. There was no info in the room about the motel or who ran it or anything. we where going to book another stay here for a time in May but changed our minds after this disappointing stay.

- Lockland (10/5): Everything you need for a great price - I stayed here recently booking at very late notice which the staff were more than willing to accommodate. It was the best value Motel in the area and on arrival the friendly staff made me feel very welcome. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable with off street parking. There was internet access and Sky channels which I didn't expect, overall the Motel had everything I needed and was a great stay. Sure it's not the most fancy accommodation around but it was good for me and didn't break the bank. I believe there are family rooms available also which is always a good option. I highly recommend this Motel and will use again. Enjoy!

- babita (4/5): Always Inn Motel Stay - We stayed to attend a family function. Very old fashioned and moist. Bathroom and bedroom too cold and moist. No ventilator in the bathroom. No proper heating available apart from electric bed heaters. Front heater too old and keeps turning off as of the timer system on it. Mirror handing at the wrong side of the wall in the bathroom and front mirror too small and on the place no one can use. Room door blocking bathroom/toilet excess if room door left open. No bath towels for the floor. No extra choices of Tea or coffee. Nothing available for kids to drink.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Satisfied. - The male receptionist was very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. I was only there for a few hours at night and have no complaints. Was speaking to someone today who also uses your motel in P.Nth . Will use it again if I need accommodation in P.Nth.
