Property was clean and tidy, great location, had a beautiful view, safe off street parking - Easy to access, great central location with view of lake, clean and tidy, comfortable and warm beds. Nothing - maybe just recommended a few more items in kitchen ie cooking tray and baking paper for those preparing food.
• Cathi (9/5): Amazing views & real comfort in the heart of Wanaka. - The property overlooks the lake at Wanaka. Just a short walk from shops, bars & restaurants. The view from our apartment was amazing. The lake & snow-capped mountains were clearly visible from all the windows. Amazing!
• Usa (3/5): ที่พักไม่อุ่น ฮีทเตอร์ไม่เพียงพอ ขอทางโรงแรมไปแล้วเจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่าไม่มีใครอยู่บริการให้ มีเพียงผ้าห่มไฟฟ้า ในห้องสองเต - ไม่มี ที่พักไม่อุ่น ฮีทเตอร์ไม่เพียงพอ ขอทางโรงแรมไปแล้วเจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่าไม่มีใครอยู่บริการให้ มีเพียงผ้าห่มไฟฟ้า ในห้องสองเตียงใช้ได้ได้แค่หนึ่งผืน และในห้องที่เป็นเตียงใหญ่ มีผ้าห่มไฟฟ้าเพียงครึ่งเตียง เมื่อเปิดน้ำที่อ่างล้างจานมีตะไคร่ดำดำออกมาเป็นเส้นเส้น น่าขยะแขยงมาก เบาะโซฟาเก่ายุบ ที่นอนยุบ ประตูฝืดเวลาปิดเปิดต้องกระชากแรงแรง ล็อกก็ยาก ฮีตเตอร์ตัวใหญ่ก็ดับดับติดติดตัดเป็นระยะไม่อุ่นพอ ครอบครัวเราเลยนอนแค่คืนเดียวและต้องไปหาที่พักที่อื่น ซึ่งทำให้เราเสียเงินเองโดยไม่ได้เรียกร้องจากทางโรงแรมได้ สรุปว่าไม่ดีให้หนีไป มีดีที่ทำเลอย่างเดียวเท่านั้น
• WEI CHUNG (8/5): - We were given Unit 1, which overlooks Lake Wanaka directly. It was a huge unit good for 4 pax, with a fully equipped kitchen and large living room. The mattress was uncomfortable. Unit 1’s designated car park was at the back of the property.

• Joe (8/5): Great value for money and prime loocation. - Location and view are excellent. For me personally the bed was a little soft, but still comfortable. Needed extra pillow. Heated towel rail provided in bedroom but mounted with nowhere to plug it in.

• BELINDA (8/5): Lovely place and good value - Great location and wonderful view. The rooms were all clean and bright. Great spot and Wanaka right there on the doorstep! There was no heating in the bedrooms but the electric blankets were a great touch - the one in the second bedroom wasn't working tho.

Self check in was easy. Great communication with staff. Older building, but that was fine, it had all you needed. The heater maybe could be updated a bit, it worked, but could’ve been a bit more efficient. Electric blanket on one of the single beds didn’t seem to work, other single bed was fine. Great water pressure in the shower. Parking space dedicated to our unit 👍

Chauffage du lit d une des chambres ne fonctionne pas mon fils à du dormir dans le salon sur un canapé lit pourri. On sent les ressorts. Porte de placard cassée, réfrigérateur bancal. Bouteille de lait périmée. Eclairage salon lampe de chevet de fonctionne pas ainsi que exterieur. Ne vaut absolument pas le tarif. C'est une honte

• Yi An (9/5): No wonder the name is panorama. The place is amazing. - The view is spectacular. The way to the apartment while carrying the luggage was quite tired.
• Bee (6/5): - Location was perfect. Rooms were older but absolutely fine. Plenty of parking out back. When we arrived the rooms hadn’t been prepared. There were no sheets on the bed or towels. Rang the owner who sent someone eventually, but it was late and we had been driving all day and it really wasn’t that great.

• Richard (8/5): Great base in for access to Wanaka and lake front. - Great location for the town and lakefront. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Also walking and cycling along lakeshore. The place was a bit old fashioned but plenty of room with lots of comfortable seating, great view of the lake and sunny lounge. Good shower. the pathway to the room was getting a bit overgrown. Door lock for bathroom needs fixing

• 奥嘉 (6/5): 不是很愉快的体验 - 位置不错，距离湖边很近，可以欣赏湖景 整体干净整洁，符合酒店的正常标准 由于我们到酒店比较晚，已经天黑，在google map的定位处没有很容易找到住宿点，建议可以把名字标牌做的再清晰些，晚上是否可以点灯让大家看清楚。在找apartment的过程中很抱歉打扰到了周边的住户，住户很生气说经常有人找错到他的位置，建议我在网站上提建议，把位置再多明确，非常抱歉。夜晚也无法联络到工作人员，找到地址。 另外，窗比较小，睡起来不是很舒适，酒店的用品也不是特别好用。

• Nava (8/5): - גודל היחידה, הנוף הנשקף מכל חדר, המטבח המאובזר היטב.מיקום קרוב לכל מקום. דלתות הארונות בחדרי השינה לא נפתחים כמו שצריך , מרגיש שהדלת תצא ממקומה אם תשתדל לפתוח אותה . כתוצאה מכך הארון לא באמת שמיש. העליה מהרחוב למבנה תלולה מאד , וקשה לעלות ברגל. בין החניה לחלק מהיחידות יש צורך להעלות את המזוודה כ 10. מדרגות

• Karen (8/5): - Location was great, views were fabulous, easy walk to town, despite the slight hill to get to apartment. Clean and tidy place with washer and dryer. Excellent for travellers. Apartment was a little tired, could not get main oven to work, but there was a smaller oven which did work. Lock on door worked but was loose, spoke to staff member about it, just needed a screw driver to fix but was not done. As we only stayed 2 nights so didn't complain further.

• XIAOLU (10/5): 性价比超高的美丽湖景民宿！ - 位置很优越，有美丽的湖景，离镇中心也很近，院子里的绣球花很美，房间很大，厨具餐具设施很全，方便自己做饭，洗衣机也很好，后院还有晾晒区，干净卫生。整个建筑设计得很有趣，都极力朝向湖景。免费停车和免费WiFi都很不错。酒店附近到孤独树、薰衣草农场都不远，总之，湖景酒店性价比很高，住着很舒服！ WIFI网速稍慢，可能是这个地区整体的问题。

Once again I cleaned the air conditioning vents as I got sick night 1 having it on. You could smell and see how dirty it was, people really need to keep an eye on them things as it makes people sick when there not regular cleaned it’s not hard!!!
