- Graeme (7/5): Great location & very comfortable apartment with all facilities needed. - Very spacious 2 bedroom unit which was reasonably priced in comparison to other 1 bedroom places we had stayed at. Great view of the lake which was straight across the road. Room was on ground level so we had access to the very well kept garden area which provided many tables to sit at - was very pleasant. Easy walking access to the main town centre. Interior could do with a bit of an update but this is not a real issue.

- exmatelot (7/5): - The apartment was clean and a good space, lounge dining area was comfortable. Adequate cutlery and crockery good utensils. Daily cleaning and replacement of used items very good. The combined shower/toilet area was small. The open shower area made whole area wet, this needed to be dried with towels before you could use the toilet. Found cost was excessive for location and the facilities.

- Eva (8/5): Lakeside apartment recommended - We chose a lake view apartment which is definitely recommended. Our room was upstairs on the corner which was also good as you don't hear people above and walking past all the time. Beds were good too. Yes, I would recommend this accommodation but not a room downstairs because of passers by and noise upstairs. Kitchen facilities were good. Reception staff were a bit gruff. My husband couldn't find the room only to be told "I told you... it was...." almost like being told off. Could have been said differently, not very welcoming.

- Rajiv (9/5): Clean and comfortable base to explore Te Anau - Great base to stay in Te Anau when you are exploring the area and doing activities like hiking. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Well stocked with everything you need as well. Highly recommend. If I have to nitpick, its a 15 minute walk to the main street to get to the restaurants and groceries and all, but chances are you have a car when you are staying here, but I enjoyed walking along the lake.

We stayed in the ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH LAKE VIEW, which is very large and comfortable, with a good living room and a sofa facing the lake. It also has a balcony connecting all the rooms. - Olivia (7/5): Comfortable and clean but missing some details comparably priced accomodation has. - The room was extremely clean and very comfortable and was in a great location however lacked some small details that most accomodation of the same price has including hair conditioner, non caffeinated drink options, and a kitchen equipt with a colander. It was strange to have a double bed in the advertised living/dining space especially if you are not using it. But if you were there would be no privacy. It was advertised for 4 adults but the second bed location should come with a warning. Some lamps would have been good as the harsh overhead lighting was a bit of a shock. The garden view was a bit of a stretch but I could see the lake because I didn’t have a car. Other the views would be of the road and the car.

Bed in de living prima voor tv kijken. Auto kan bij de deur neergezet. Tegen betaling kun je zelf de was doen. Wifi was matig, traag

- Katie (8/5): - Great, private, comfortable apartment with nice views of the lake, and within walking distance of restaurants. There was a small window above the shower that was bolted open a few inches for air flow, but it was not covered with a screen so bugs were flying in at night.

- Arm Lim (9/5): Great place to stop ever to go milford sound or go back queentown - Outstanding view direct to the lake we go with 4 adult and 1 kid room big enough to fit us with no problem at all we got room at first floor and can parking in front of the room so all great it old hotel with great service , cleaness - google map location missmatch to real location just on the side of location in google map we already in from the staff because following the map there are other hotel that nice similar to this one too only 1 toilet so need to share and take time

- Stephen (8/5): Touring Fjord land - The location is fantastic, a short walk to town and our room looked straight to the lake. Stunning! The room was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Although the area was reasonably small it worked fine for a few days. The on site off-road car parking is good. The staff were very helpful , storing our luggage while we overnighted on Doubtful Sound which is another not to be missed story! Nothing

- Valda (10/5): Absolutely beautiful views. - The views were amazing, straight across the lake and a chance to catch the sunset. Staff were really accommodating even with us walking in off the milford track... very wet Really needed to grab our own milk and grateful we had our own coffee etc. Everything was there, but as a just one cup each feel to it.

- Jen (8/5): Great location with beautiful view. - The location was fabulous with a beautiful view of the lake at our doorstep. The owners need some up skilling in basic courtesy when greeting their guest. It is hospitality after all. On two occasions we were met with either terse and unfriendly dialogue or no response at all. I felt more of an inconvenience just asking a question than a guest at the motel. Not impressed.

- Jo Ardley (10/5): Would be happy to stay again! - Great apartment, neatly appointed, comfy bed and clean linens. Perfect size. Towels changed daily and be made up. Quiet and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful. As Kiwis we were really happy with our stay here in TeAnau. Highly recommend.

- glenn (7/5): Clean and functional place to stay in TeAnua - Location. The kids loved the trampoline and there were good washing facilities which were great after doing a four day hike before we arrived. Layout of the room. We moved it round so no big problem. We didn’t have a lakeside room and some of the street lights were pretty bright at night.
- Steven (8/5): Comfortable room in a fabulous location. - It is in a fabulous location overlooking the lake and a 10 minute walk into the town centre with lots of good restaurants and cute cinema. The room was comfortable, clean and well-fitted although we only used the cooking facilities for breakfast.
