Moana 🌺 (4/5): Not welcoming at all! - The space, bed configurations, location and that it had a spa. The staff were very rude towards our family. Even though we had booked 3 rooms, 2 family members (grandparents) visited during the day to come support with baby as baby was sick and we had been in and out of hospital the day before. We booked the spa, which we were about to get out so our 2 family members could enjoy aswell and the owners came rushing in, intimidating and threatening us to get out of the spa. We respectfully said we were getting out and they stood there waiting as if we weren't leaving. Thn at 9:40am on day of check out, we had already tidied our room and packed bags into car, with only little bit of things waiting at our door to leave and as I was getting out of the shower, she came to shout at my mum telling us we gotta leave and hurry up because they are waiting because someone needs to come in and check out is at 10. We were ready to leave, and it wasn't like our room was full of stuff. It was ridiculous, disrespectful and rude! Never going back again! My cousin and her family had booked in for 3x nights, and im glad I only booked in for 1x night, but still - I will never return. They don't like families, nor do they like visitors so don't expect to go there if you will be inviting family around even for lunch, even though you have booked multiple rooms and they even have outdoor tables that are big enough and cater for more than 4people. Nope! Not a welcoming place at all.

Wano (4/5): Stale and Filthy - Location was good. We used rooms 13, 15 and 16. Room 13 had a musty stale smell. The heat pump had a funky smell when used, stroger smell when heating. The bed sheets where synthetic not cotton like the other rooms. This should be advertised as such. The bed cover had visible food or milk crust stains with bite marks on it. The shower door had soap residue on it, like it never got cleaned. This was filthy.

Stacey (9/5): Was definately what I was looking for and will stay again - Location is easy to get to. room was as pictured. security cameras around to keep things as secure as possible. I left the room key in the room and only realized it after the office was closed and they were still happy to let me into the room with no additional costs. Shower pressure was a little lower then what I personally like. Bathroom tap moved when turning it on and off and had to keep readjusting it.

Jackie (1/5): DO NOT RECOMMEND - The location. The staff assumed that I was a sex worker on arrival. They asked for my credit card details including my CVC number which I was not comfortable with. I was as placed in room 7 directly across from the office where I asked if I could be moved to another area away from the front they said that all of the rooms were still unclean. It was 2pm already. There is a window in the shower itself which is a privacy concern. The shower head has a halo spray effect so the water gets everywhere but your body and there are massive gaps around the shower door so the water leaks onto the floor in the bathroom. There was a cockroach on the kitchen bench as well, the beds were hard as rock and staff were invasive and assumed that I would have multiple visitors when I paid for one other adult and only had one friend visit for 3 hours as I’m from out of town. The following day I received a text from this a/com asking for $120 for bedding and towel damage because I got my period that night which can easily be washed out as I’m sure this happens all the time!This place is appalling to be honest!

The shower head sprays everywhere but your body and leaks outside of the gaps in the shower door allowing for water to leak onto the floor! There should NOT be a window in the shower itself? As there is a path at the back of the accommodation allowing for people to see in. The screw was loose in the hair dryer that’s attached to the wall. There was a cockroach on the kitchen bench on arrival and I was offended by staff who assumed I was a sex worker. This place needs work and change of staff who know how to be hospitable.

Alama (10/5): We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, appreciating the convenient location, friendly service, and comfortable amenities. - I really liked the beautiful setting of the property, how our car was parked close by making it easy to offload and load our belongings, and the helpful and friendly staff. The bed was also very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I didn't like how noisy it was at times, especially in the early mornings, which made it hard to sleep peacefully.

julie (4/5): Disappointed with our stay here - Full sky channels Location. Hi would like a refund especially for Mum. My elderly mum couldn’t use the shower. Was scared she’d slip. So dangerous stepping into it, as it’s a high step into it. Stainless steel on floor with no non slip mats or hand rails etc for support. Not good health and safety. I didn’t shower again after I nearly fell over stepping out of it. What’s up with the sheets? Not sheets as we know. They’re knobbly and hard to sleep in. The owner saw us into room didn’t offer to change rooms as they could see my Mum was elderly. Complimentary coffee tea were low had to ask for more on Saturday. Finger marks stains on sliding door not wiped off. Not a motel I’d recommend. Is it because we booked through booking.com and paid cheaper rate that we get allocated these rooms?? Regards
