- Verified traveler (8/5): - Really lovely staff & very clean. Sadly traffic & street noise so loud (even from 6th floor) it was unpleasant, no air con in bedrooms which made it very stuffy & hot.
- Mr Phiilp (4/5): left disappointed about property amenities! - Check in was pleasing and felt genuine. The information about the property is deceiving, it says an outdoor tennis court, when in fact it is a half court! There was no information on the property when booking to indicate the roof top pool was closed due to Covid, aswell as the games room which my family were really looking forward to playing table tennis etc.

- Erin (10/5): so good we booked again!! - We arrived Saturday on a long weekend. Check-in was a smooth process, $200 was deducted from CC as a bond. It will be refunded in 2-4 weeks. Although no underground car parks available as it was full, we found street parking to be freely available and we were happy to continue to park on the street during the rest of our stay. Beach a short 2 minute stroll away. Lots of cafes & restaurants in the street below. Resort was immaculate, we regularly bumped into the caretaker who was always cleaning windows & doors, bbq area, paths etc. The rooftop bbq area, pool & spa were amazing. As was the pool & tennis court on level 1. Room itself was very nice, much better than we expected considering the price. We even had a spa in our ensuite. Booked 2 bed apartment as we were family of 5. Plenty of space, kitchen was tidy & well supplied for self catering & bbq tools. We loved the laundry in bathroom, a nice touch. Bin chute on each level made cleaning our room much easier. We were able to borrow cards, movies & colouring in stuff from the front desk as long as it was returned, and the kids enjoyed the games room too. Woollies less than a block away for supplies too. Perfect location, amazing resort and fantastic amenities. We just loved everything about our stay. 3 nights wasn't long enough.
- Singingwolf (6/5): - The rooms were very hot and only the lounge had air con (which we couldn't use as it stunk). One of the more elderly ladies at the front desk was very rude and unhappy always and should not be in her job. Else it was good.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The property is centrally located. Very close to beach, groceries, restaurants. We had a large 2 bedroom unit with all amenities. Very impressed with this hotel and even more so with the staff. With an early morning flight they let us check in early and gave us a late checkout and then minded bags whilst we waited for our late flight. Will definitely visit again!
- tash (6/5): dirty room rude reception - Room was dirty, dirty mattress where my kids were supposed sleep lounge chair was stained We were told free wifi when we couldn’t get it to work reception was no help when we told we had requested air conditioning they didn’t care when we told them about the mattress we got told cleaners would not be on again until the day after we checked out

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel, close to the beach - This hotel was walkable to everything, very handy. Comfortable and clean, except for the cockroach we saw - but we were told by a local there that is fairly normal to have cockroaches close to the beach. I would stay there again.

- M (8/5): Well priced hotel in a good location - We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would visit again. Although parts of the hotel decor are a little dated, we were impressed with the interior of the actual rooms and their cleanliness. They had everything we needed and great staff who were friendly and happy to give any assistance. The location is great, a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. It is set one street back from the main street which was good as it was a little quieter. We would definitely book again, great value for money.

Only down side was that maintenance decided to do general maintenance on the rooftop spa during the beginning of school holidays- which was when we were staying

Roof top has a great view, pool and spa. Has sauna and games room. Try and request higher rooms if you want ocean view as lower rooms look onto street as another hotel in front blocking view. Room was very clean and had everything you need. Also main room had big corner spa which was a bonus. Fabulous location would recommend.

- TB (6/5): A bit noisy. - The room I had was on a lower floor and had quite a lot of street noise in the early hours as people left clubs etc. I was awoken numerous times throughout my stay. In addition one of the two lifts was not working which made it a long task to get from the room to the ground floor. Many times the only functioning lift was full of weary families returning from the beach etc. who had travelled from the ground floor to the basement in an attempt to get up to their floor, having also met new arrivals in the basement desperate to get to reception.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel and location with room for improvement - The hotel and its staff is just awesome, many things to do in and out of the hotel, great location, kind staff members, great rooms, etcetera. On the other hand, it could do with a quick pest control and the mattresses were a bit too soft; still a great experience. Definitely would recommend and visit again.

Easy access to food, shopping, Clubs, Surf Clubs, movies, massage - whatever you want and you don't have to get in your car all walking distance. Great place to relax and chill. I am a return visitor and plan to come back again.

- Elaine (8/5): Roomy apartment in central complex - We stayed two nights in a one bedroom apartment which was well equipped and had a sunny balcony. The complex had indoor and outdoor pools,,sauna, gym and tennis courts
- Lisa (6/5): if on a budget is worth it - Hotel was a bit dated but this in no way made the stay any different to a flash one. Didn't realise that rooms didn't get serviced but once I knew this we used the washing machine and drier supplied in our room with free liquid. Only supplied us with soap no shampoo etc which didn't realise this either and because of restrictions of what you can bring in your luggage from nz was a bit of a problem, but it all worked out as was only staying 3 nights. Stay was pleasant and quiet, we had two adults and 3 kids with two showers and toilets so was good.

Only one air conditioner serves the whole apartment. Street noise is audible but not overly loud. Very convenient location to beach and shops. Affordable but clean and comfy.
