However, I wish I had gotten through on phone which was during business hours and spoken to someone who worked there to verify view position, apartment wasn't forward facing for full ocean front, nonetheless still beautiful and would recommend/stay again.

The staff supported us with the repair when the bathroom pipe bursted in the midnight. 1. The bathroom pipe bursted in the midnight and we lost the precious time due to the repairs being carried over in the night. The time that we wanted to enjoy nightlife was spoiled. 2. We were promised fast internet service while booking the facility. However there was no internet available on arriving - the office informed us that this facility does not have any internet connection. 3. The shower cubicle did not have any soap holders or hooks to hang the towels. 4. The indoor pool was not clean- there was white froth floating on the surface. Hence we couldn’t use the same. This was informed to the office.

Easy access to beach. Helpful staff Hard to understand why they don’t provide dish soap for a few days. Makes one wonder if previous guests simply rinsed dishes? Sure there is a dishwasher but two people having breakfast and coffee would wash by had IF there was enough dish soap. This is not unique to this facility. We have noticed it in several places during our travels in Queensland.

BUT the staff sorted everything they could fix out. They were great.

So close to Cavill St, across from the beach and markets. 2 great pools and lovely views. Wished we stayed longer! One of the dining chairs needs the seat replaced as it’s hallow and has no padding left. A few of the couch seats are the same.

Views from our balcony were amazing. There was a choice of 3 pools...outdoor, indoor and spa. Perfect location to Caville Avenue which comes alive at night. Short walk to Orchid Ave which is also full of restaurants, bars etc. Five minutes walk to trams and river tours. Everything happens within walking distance. Certainly recommend this property, we will be back!! Bed a bit soft for our liking

Right on the esplanade, beautiful sounds of the ocean. All restaurants and facilities just moments away. My little girl loved the indoor pool. She is already planning her next trip. Thank you for a wonderful stay ♥️ it was for my daughter’s birthday and she loved it. Can’t fault anything

• Sylvie (8/5): Huge flat in amazing location - Huge flat, couldn’t be a better location. Big comfy sofa for the fam jam to hang out. Very well equipped, awesome facilities. The two men tending the front desk were hilarious and set the scene for a perfect welcome. The mattresses were old, hard and uncomfortable. The property needs some tlc, Eg the kitchen drawers have fallen off the runners. The view of the beach is half obstructed by the neighbouring building. For these reasons is why I thought it was good value for money when compared to similar properties. I’d actually stay again if they invest in new mattresses.

• Mel (9/5): Spacious apartment in great location. - Spacious, well appointed apartment overlooking the beach. Very comfortable bed and great location for swimming, local eateries and entertainment. 10 minutes from Seaworld. Good value and would stay there again. I wouldn't recommend the apartment for small children as the balcony railing height and gap means it can easily be squeezed through. The underground carpark access is very narrow so recommend a small/med car. The lighting is also poor. The lifts also smell strongly of deodoriser.

Adding a few more quality comforts from toilet paper and soap - The view was truly amazing The room was truly dated - no ice supplied - had to fill up ice trays - but ended up buying ice - rules for cleaning - decided to dispose of ice just in case being charged. Toilet paper - really as only one is supplied please at least supply a bit of quality. No tissues either.

We could watch the 'action' from our balcony. A triathlon event was happening out the front which was fun to watch! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Beds really comfortable. Will definitely stay again. The bathrooms in our apartment are a bit old/outdated but still clean.

• Rachel (7/5): Great location, but could do better - Location is great There was no air conditioning vent into the third bedroom, which made it unbearably hot and couldn't sleep in there. The cooling through out the rest of apartment seemed insufficient also, even at coolest setting. We had to use fold out couch in the lounge room as a slightly cooler option to sleep. However the fold out couch was extremely uncomfortable and dirty when we folded it out to use. I tried to email staff and notify of the situation, as the reception is hardly ever maned. My email was not replied to. I did however manage to notify reception when checking out, so hopefully they rectify this so nobody else has an uncomfortable stay. The indoor pool was also dirty, you could literally see particles floating in the water where the underwater lights are.... unfortunately the outside pool was empty upon arrival due to having broken glass, so we were without a pool first couple of days....

• Jan (8/5): Would definitely stay there again! - Location was excellent. Very comfortable, excellent facilities. Newly renovated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, shoddy workmanship on some of the new renovations was disappointing. However, once notified, staff were quick to resolve.

• Fiona (10/5): Stunning view ! - Perfect location, right on the Esplanade, opposite the beach. Fantastic views from both balconies ! Such a bright, light very spacious kitchen/dining/living area. Beautifully furnished , lovely art work and home furnishings. Very beach style vibe and homely.. Would definitely stay again. Very well equipped kitchen. Nothing. Perhaps the showers could be updated, instead of mixer taps, but they were absolutely fine.

• Denise (10/5): - Apartment amazing ,spacious & clean. Bed was comfy with lots of pillows to use. Location great, close to Cavill Av & cafes/Restaurants . View amazing from balconies. Definitely will stay again . Highly recommend. Nothing to say.

• Janelle (9/5): The perfect stay to just relax and unwind for a few days with everything at your doorstep. - Such an amazing apartment, spacious and comfortable living areas. The view is amazing and the perfect thing to wake up to every morning. Great location, most things you need are a short stroll away. The beds were too hard for our liking which is unfortunate because everything else was so good. We will bring a mattress topper with us next time.

I look forward to coming back soon - Excellent location with amazing ocean views, I was on an upper floor which was quiet and the lift was also very fast and quiet. I enjoyed using the two pools and being able to walk across the road to the beach. Supermarkets and shops close by so there was everything I needed within a few minutes' walk The couch and pillows smelled a bit like the sweaty person who had stayed there before me but apart from that, it was very comfortable

• Nicole (5/5): Unit provided on L1 was unexpected - location, pool and spa Booking provided photos of an updated apartment on a mid to upper floor. Ended up getting the worst Level 1 apartment overlooking the carpark even though they had "VACANCIES" the entire weekend.
