Betten komfortabel. Das Hotel macht sensationell guten Kaffee. Zimmer für den Preis etwas zu klein und zweckmäßig. Frühstücksauswahl gering aber vom Egg Banh Mi wird man satt!

Dina (1/5): Mosquitos are present in the room , probably because of the dark shirhallways - Nothing about the hotel , just the vicinity as it is a walking street with a lot of street food vendors In the evenings the narrow hallway has no lights , so with the narrow stairs ( dark) just the tiny elevator to lift us from thr ground floor to our floor , Each floor consist only of (2) rooms facing each other with a small passage which serve as a narrow hallway

We were not offered a refund. We were upgraded to a better room when we returned a few days later so that was nice

Sana (1/5): - I chose this hotel expecting it to be conveniently located near sightseeing spots. However, it was very difficult to find the hotel at 11 pm. The taxi could not reach the exact location, so I had to walk with my luggage. I would not recommend this place to anyone traveling with heavy bags, and the area also felt a bit shady at night. I had booked the hotel for three days but checked out the very next day. I was quite disappointed with the size and overall condition of the property. It needs complete renovation. The photos are misleading. This place might be suitable for backpackers or those looking for a budget, hotel-like experience, but it is not ideal for travelers seeking comfort. Unfortunately, I was not given refund for the unused nights. The receptionist also requested that I not share my experience in a review, which I found unprofessional.

L’emplacement est correct, à 1 minute de la fameuse Train Street. Large choix de petit déjeuné et boissons. Excellente wifi, surtout quand on est digital nomad. dans la première chambre, gros manque de propreté (moisissure et fourmis sur le lit), mobilier vraiment pas propre. La deuxième chambre que j’ai eu était très bien. Les salles de bain on besoin de Reno, au moins changer des joints régulièrement. Et le coq qui chante des 4h du mat…

Angela (8/5): Comfy and tidy in the heart of the old quarter. - Kind and friendly staff, willing to help you as much as they could. Very good cleaning staff, comfortable beds, garden rooms quiet even though you're close to the hustle and bustle of the old center and dozens of eateries, bars, and even the famous train street. Close to side road where you can be picked up for tours, etc. Yummy in house bakery and café! Moved to the 8th floor after a small but annoying ant problem on a hot, humid day, but on the last night I had a real issue with cigarette smoke coming through the vents from the rooms above. Yuck. They also turn off your room power when you're not there so make sure they see you come back so they can turn it back on again!

Payne (10/5): Amazing! - The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, breakfast really tasty. Excellent location on a walking street with loads of great food around. Would 100% recommend! As with any place in the old quarter it is a little loud - so if you’re a light sleeper bring your ear plugs! Other than that, it was really great.
Andrew (4/5): Great location but the hotel didn't live up to the hype of the photos. - Having stayed at another hotel in the same area, I knew the location was perfect. The bed was comfortable, but why have a big double bed and a smaller bed in a 2 person room. Too crowded, so much so that it was almost impossible to squeeze into the bed next to the balcony window. One bed and a chair is enough, as the header picture shows. Balcony was good to have. The staff were helpful. The bathroom was very dated. That's expected from an older building, but a shower curtain was surprise. No coffee or tea supplied, just a kettle (which later caught on fire) and cups, no spoons, no bottled water supplied. A supposedly very good breakfast was limited to just 2 items...choosing from one pastry or coffee and noodles. No dining table as stated on the site. Note they only accept cash...no cards. The power went off in the room at 7am one morning, I went to reception and they flicked a switch to restore the power. No reason given.

The windows let through a lot of noise and the curtain did not close completely, letting through the light from the pharmacy sign outside of the window. The bathroom wasn't clean either. While this is not a reflection on the Hanoi street hotel, it also wasn't a good replacement.

Анна (9/5): Отличное расположение и сервис, рекомендуем - Прекрасный сервис, персонал очень внимательный, особенно Truong, он был очень отзывчив и помогал нам решать все вопросы, включая заказ трансфера и бронь экскурсий. Номер 401 с обновленным ремонтом, удобными кроватями, в номере есть все необходимое, хороший фен. Так как отель на шумной улице, хорошо спится только берушами. При этом расположение в центре отличное, вблизи большинства достопримечательностей. Вкусный и сытный завтрак. В кафе на первом этаже при отеле очень вкусный кофе, один из лучших в Ханое по нашему опыту. Важно, что впечатление от отеля зависит от конкретногоц номера, некоторые требуют небольшого ремонта и смены матрасов на более мягкие (например, 701). В нашем случае пошли на встречу и переселили в другой такой же по планировке свободный номер, так что наши впечатления от отеля отличные!

Anesa (7/5): - Die Lage ist unschlagbar, im Herzen des Old Quarters. Außerdem war es sehr sauber und das Reinigungspersonal kam jeden Tag pünktlich zur Mittagszeit. Das Fika Café ist wunderschön und auch das Frühstück war für den Preis gut! Zumindest in unserem Zimmer war das Bad sehr alt. Es sollte wirklich dringend renoviert werden. In der zweiten Nacht hatten wir eine riesige Kakerlake im Zimmer.
Andrea (7/5): Durch die Tatsache , dass man gleich vor Ort war, das Personal nett und hilfsbereit, war mein Aufenthalt trotz des leidi - Die absolut traumhafte Lage. Direkt um die Ecke Train street und viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Old Traum eines jeden Streetfood Fans. Süßes kleines eigenes Cafe im Haus. Mega harte Betten. Der angekündigte Blick in den Garten entpuppte sich als Blick in irgendwelches Geäst und Gestrüpp und dreckigen Hinterhof. Wer keine krähenden Hähne am frühen Morgen (ca4:30-5uhr ) verträgt, schaut sich besser nach einem anderen Hotel um.
Helio (8/5): Great location & still relaxing - Location is awesome! You can step out on to a bustling street and just blocks from the famous train street and it’s still quiet enough to get a great night’s sleep! The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast options include eggs and delicious drinks :) A couple of the light switches were broken and the A/C dripped on our bag soaking our belongings right before a long flight :/
Jennifer (10/5): - Sehr zentrale Unterkunft, tolle Essensmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür. Train Street und Bahnhof in 5-10 min erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind schön und haben einen süßen kleinen Balkon zur belebten Strasse hin. Unbedingt die Kaffeevariationen im Café unten probieren! Zum Frühstück gab es mehrere Auswahlmöglichkeiten an Vietnamesischen Gerichten und leckere Zimtschnecken. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns wurden mehrere Touroptionen für die Lan Ha / Ha Long Bucht vorgeschlagen. Die Tour in der Lan Ha Bucht ist sehr empfehlenswert, mit Abholung am Hotel, einen guten Tourguide auf dem Schiff und Kajaken in der Bucht. Nichts
Marian (9/5): Výjimečná lokalita, bezvadný personál, velmi příjemný hotel - Skvělý výběr jídel k snídani a možnost posezení na pěší zóně před hotelem. V přízemí má kavárnu. Prostorný čistý pokoj s balkonem s výhledem na okolní domy a vzrostlý strom na pěší zóně. Vkusný design interiéru. V neposlední řadě skvělý personál - příjemný, věcný a ochotný. Některé zařízení v koupelně - alespoň v mém pokoji - by se už mohlo vyměnit (měl jsem prasklou a prohýbající se vanu, kohoutek trochu protékal, sprcha), ale byla funkční a čistá.
Mathew (9/5): Was great. Will be back. - Hanoi Street Hotel has a great location, but what really makes this place stand out is the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my time, especially getting to know each of the staff members who were always cordial and friendly.

Anja (9/5): Super Preis-Leistung, unschlagbare Lage. Süßes älteres Hotel mit Flair und hübschem Café . - Das Personal und die Chefin sind super! Ich hatte erst ein Zimmer, was dunkel und bedrückend für mich persönlich war. Es wurde sofort nach einem anderen geschaut- das war teurer aber perfekt für mich. Mit Balkon, Blick ins „Leben“, gemütlich und geräumig. Die Lage des Hotels ist super und das Café im Hause wundervoll. Der Coconut-Coffee war mein persönlicher Favorit! Das erste Zimmer entsprach mir und auch der Beschreibung nicht ganz. Mag wohl daran, dass es im 1. Stock nach hinten raus lag.

Patricia (9/5): Best location in Hanoi! - The location is in my opinion the best in the city. its in the old town and everything is walkable but it not directly on a busy street making it way more relaxed to get in an out and also reducing the noise significantly. I stayed another time more directly in the old town and the noise was unbearable. I had the single room and it has a good size with good storage and seating options. The breakfast was also nice and I also sometimes for a coffee and snack break went to their cafe. A small note: their google maps location of the hotel is off by a few meters which might confuse some people. its a few meters down the street. the google maps location of their Cafe Fika is accurate. I felt very good staying here. I read in previous comments that grab cant drive in and the pick up is further away but its only 50 m away so not really an issue. nothing

Rachel (7/5): - The location was great, close to everything and with a lot of eating options in the street. Staff were super friendly! The room is very dark, cold and humid. It doesn't look like in the pictures. There is a big tree in front of the windows, so no natural light, even on sunny day. At night, it was very cold and the aircon didn't really work on heater, so not confortable at all. It is noisy indeed, but more because of the people inside of the hotel.
julia (8/5): - Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen. In der Nähe der Trainstreet. Das Frühstück war gut und hat mich super in den Tag starten lassen. Leider hat mein Zimmer nicht mit dem auf der Buchung übereingestimmt. Hatte mich auf einen Balkon gefreut, weil ich mir was Gutes tun wollte. Den hatte ich aber nicht.
Florian (5/5): - Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit, da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, auch die Lage kann nicht besser sein um die Stadt zu erkunden, so ist die Trainstreet nur ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Zimmer mit Balkon lohnt sich um das Treiben beobachten zu können. Recht dreckige Zimmer, die Bäder bedürfen einer Renovierung, Gestaltung der Zimmer könnte auch besser sein.

Erin (4/5): I had high hopes for this place but it’s very loud and a little disappointing. - The staff was great and it was close to everything. The room was too warm and the AC was not working. I was some reaction to the bed sheets where I was up most of the night sweaty and itchy. I have no idea where the reaction was coming from. It is also in an area though close to everything, but it was filled with restaurants and was always busy and loud even at 3am. The breakfast was not matched well. You could get one item from a list, for example, a cinnamon roll or pho. Does not seem like equal items.

Joods (10/5): Perfect Old Quarter Hanoi town hotel - The location.of the hotel is superb, short walk to most attractions and plenty of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. The hotel is smart, clean and modern with spacious rooms and downstairs area which is also a coffee shop. At Reception, Truong is the loveliest, most helpful and friendly man ever and is happy to help with any query, truly an asset to the hotel. He arranged our Sapa tour and gave us a discount for booking through the hotel, and rang regarding collection points explaining the hotel is off the main road and on a side alley. Absolutely nothing, the hotel is perfect
Pat (8/5): A lovely, small hotel where you will be made very welcome. - Location is excellent. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes etc. Train Street is around the corner and Hoàn Kiếm Lake/St Joseph’s Cathedral/Puppet Theatres etc are just a 15 minute walk away. The coffee shop on the ground floor is so cosy and serves great coffee and pastries. The staff are efficient, helpful and respectful. As the area is pedestrianised, taxis/grab can’t get right to the hotel. However the pick up/drop off is only a couple of minutes from the hotel.

Kelly (7/5): Wir würden nochmal kommen! - Tolles Personal, tolle Lage. Hatten sogar ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer mit Balkon. Es war trotz der zentralen Lage relativ ruhig. Wir wurden außerdem mit einem Welcome-Drink empfangen. Das Frühstück kann man sich sparen und sollte man nicht inklusive buchen, da man aus drei Gerichten und einem Getränk nur auswählen kann.

The Salted Coffee is to die for. Location was great, right around the corner from the famous Train Street! Was a rather enjoyable stay!! THanks. Location was also on a rather busy outdoor restaurant, so bring Ear Plugs if you wanna sleep.

Leigh (9/5): Nice Hotel, Wonderful Staff. - I've stayed here on all fours visits to Hanoi and will certainly stay again. It's a homely hotel surrounded by eateries in a quiet lane. The Staff are wonderful and always willing to help. The café makes delicious pastries and coffees. The owner is usually around and is a friendly lady with a smile. Nothing.
