Norm (10/5): Great value accommodation in the heart of Yass - Thunderbird Motel surprised us with its spacious room complete with sofa lounge, coffee table, dining table and 2 chairs. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our overnight stay. The motel is well positioned on the main street of Yass, next to a good size Woolworths, but it is also quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. We didn't try the restaurant on this trip, but the menu looked appealing. Nothing to dislike

Standout was powerpoints in all the required spots and more. Quite the topic for us. Restaurant available for brekky the next morning and delicious.

Restaurant gave delicious meal! Rooms also kept very newish! Pool should be cleaner! It was covered with insects 🐞! Crockery was uncleaned on arrival! Booked restaurant but told no booking recorded when arrived for the meal! It did fill up within 1/2 hour of 6.30pm

I wanted to order room service and wifi but there was no manual or folder in the room explaining the motel facilities and services. Bed was not made correctly and sheets were bunched at foot end.
