- Brian (4/5): - Got to location and rang 24hr reception and did not get a response for two hours . Not happy as you need a key code to get into room . Nobody on site ,this is not clear in advert on wotif. Room had hard rubbish furnishings. Not recommended.
- Julie (6/5): JJAY - Appartment we stayed in needed maintenance. No cord on blinds so we couldn't open them, dining table very unstable and not safe to use as it was a glass top. Unfortunately these appartments are not manned which we where unaware of when we booked.
- MEAGAN (8/5): - Loved our apartment and the location. Definitely value for money. Modern decor and facilities were lovely. The bathroom needs a good clean as grout and shower screen had a lot of soap scum. Also the toilet bowl wasn't clean.
- Fei (8/5): Convenient - Clean and convenient to city centre for Coles or to beach. Only one difficulty for me is with wheelchair that I need to go up on 1/ F by stair case. Overall is good to stay with families.

- Morkos (4/5): - We expected an older style unit in need of a facelift. We didn’t expect a unit that was in a state of disrepair! NOT CLEAN. Bathroom ceiling had huge patch of paint/plaster coming away with what looked like mould. The vanity had a drawer taped together with packing tape and there were holes in the wall where I assume there was once a towel rail. Wall lights above both beds didn’t work. Huge amount of light comes into the bedroom from outside security lights despite the blinds. Unit 22 is only carpark not marked so you get to play guess where to park. We contacted the property with our concerns before leaving this review.
- Catherine (4/5): - No front desk or staff at property so no mechanism to checkin aside from dodgy looking link outside hotels.com with extra fee at 4%, which doesn't align with the ACCC. Despite checkin being at 2pm, I was sent details on how to access room at 5pm.The carparking is essentially on street, not covered. Rooms are accessible directly to street. No conditioner provided. Went to use a mug and the first 3 I pulled out of the cupboard were dirty.
- Carmel (10/5): - After 4 attempts I eventually found a clean coffee mug. The sliding door to bathroom/toilet does not completely close so it's a bit embarrassing if anybody is in the kitchen opposite. I'm sure these issues can be followed up as it's a great unit with easy access to all that Glenelg has to offer. Would definitely stay again.
- Max (8/5): Cheap and close to Glenelg. - Cheap and close stay to the restaurants in Glenelg. It’s honest accommodation so don’t judge it too harshly.

Downsides -queen bed was SO firm it was difficult to sleep, there was a lot of “people” noise from a close apartment during the middle of the night on several nights and we had problems every time we left the apartment to lock the door which was SUPER annoying.
- Bill (8/5): - Just a couple of things that would not be difficult to put right namely: Blinds in bed room and lounge both needed attention Wall lights were inoperative in lounge and bedroom Tie cords on electric blanket were untied An information sheet for the microwave would have been useful.

Bathroom ceiling had paint peeling and some parts of wall had plaster missing. The first room we had, there were issues with the blind not working. After some back and forth with the representative on the phone, we were given another room.

- Christiane (4/5): - The Carpet was filthy and the bed was totally uncomfortable. The Pillows are mostly 10 years old with no solid filling. I won’t stay there ever again
- Verified traveler (2/5): Can’t pay with cash, 8% extra in charges. - Although hotels.com quoted a fixed price that could be paid at the property, the property was not staffed, and payment could only be made by a link in an email, which I consider unsafe, and there was a surprise 4% card charge and another 4% service charge on top, despite there being no staff there. Payment in cash was not possible. The next door air conditioner was ridiculously loud, no sheets for the second bed, a dirty pillow in the cupboard and the bathroom window didn’t function and its fly screen was ill fitting. Great location, and the refurbished lounge and kitchen was fine, but I wouldn’t choose to use an unstaffed property.

- Lisa (10/5): - This was so soo perfect for my friend and I just needing somewhere to lay our heads after a massive hens weekend in Glenelg. Such a convenient location, super affordable and the customer service was fantastic but guuuuys don’t book it if you’re wanting a luxury stay.. it was not filthy but it was definitely not clean, the curtains were about as useful as cellophane which was hard work for the post hens night sleep in we were hoping for. Also the towel rack in the bathroom broke simply from me trying to open the door but I'm betting someone from a previous booking had broken it and popped it back on like they hadn’t bent a hooker over after a steamy shower sesh and slipped on the innocent towel rack….ANYWAY overall I’d book again for fun times, just keep your expectations where they belong.

- Olivia (4/5): - The website said there was a pool. I chose the place for the pool as I have kids. I was only informed when I asked that it wasn’t in use. The fold out couch bed was very uncomfortable, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, our door lock was broken and had to be fixed and we had to go out. The phone was often unattended. We were told that it was safe to leave our things in the room with a broken lock and that the attendant would watch our stuff but we couldn’t see her. The bedroom is very hot. The bright outdoor lights come through the blinds at night making it hard to sleep. The only real positive was the location but I would have been happy to be further from the beach with a better place. I was disappointed

- Ram (2/5): - Booked a room for last night thru hotel.com and $135 was deducted from my bank ac. Half an hour later I received a text message saying my booking has been cancelled due to brust hot water system. I am going around circle to get the refund.
- Yolande (10/5): - It's very close to Jetty road so easy to have access for food. I had a problem with the electricity from one of the units and they immediately send someone out and moved me to another (upgraded) room. Will definitely make use of them again and can highly recommend.

The beds are very comfy and the kitchenette was well stocked which enabled us to eat in and make use of the Smart tv and Netflix. All queries and requests are expertly handled via message or phone by Leah who is very pleasant and professional.
- Natalie (10/5): Great place to stay. - We were a family of 5 so this 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for us, close to retail and restaurants. Clean and modern with plenty of space and built in robes to store luggage. Also had a good kitchen with microwave, stove and oven. One allocated parking spot so any extra cars will have to find parking on side street. Would definitely recommend staying here.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room was spacious but showing its age as was the outside of the property. The parking is nose to kerb on the street but directly outside ground floor rooms. The street is a narrow cul de sac so getting in and out of the parking space can be difficult. The location is handy to Glenelg and the tram. For the price I would expect daily housekeeping.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Overpriced and Understaffed - Taft send an SMS to your phone with your room number and code for the door which is brilliant. My room was not what I had ordered as on 1 bed in it instead of 2. Staying by myself this was not a problem but I would think you should get what you pay for. No reception has its disadvantages as I wanted to know can I use the BBQ (answer is no) and the Airconditioner stopped working and you have to ring someone to get answers. Luckily I had a few ideas to fix Aircon otherwise I would have been left without for the week in 41 Degree days. The place is old and very noisey you can hear people walking the balcony at 3am or cars driving past at 5am onwards so if sleep is your thing I would not suggest here as a place to stay. I understand that bed sheets and towels aren’t changed but I would have thought coffee, milk and soaps might be and no tissues at all in the rooms. Great location but needs some serious work/help to be asking the price it does.

- A (8/5): Top staff! - This motor inn is quite old and fairly basic but it was immaculately clean and had all of the amenities required for a short stay. The staff were all helpful and charming and it is in a super location for everything, seafront, shops and restaurants.
