• Debra (2/5): - Location It seems to double as a halfway house as there were some questionable guests coming and going. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned and we had to request towels. A distinct bad smell in the room also. Pool was more of a mozie pond (even they were scared to go in). We won't be staying there again.

• Haydn (1/5): Half way house/motel - Close to town Being woken up to some of the locals who actually live in some of the rooms at the motel. We'll lucky enough to be in the next room to a boyfriend and girlfriend live-in local. At 1am in the morning came back from ever they had been out drunk or on drugs, not sure, started to have a fight. We had to listen to this for over an hour. Seems to be a half way house as well as a motel.

• Lisa (1/5): Don’t stay here. Pay a little extra and get somewhere decent! - The location is about the only thing this place had going for it. Dirty, old, sketchy guests & felt unsafe. The chairs were covered in stains, there was a stain on the top sheet of the bed. The fridge was so old it didn’t seal anymore, leaving water on the floor and a huge iced up freezer. There was questionable guests i’m not sure what they were up to, but looked dodgy. I stayed with my three children and was so thankful there was a lock and chain on the door and thankful my car didn’t get broken into. Taps dripped too!

• Tim (2/5): - Upon arrival, we were disappointed the room wasn't ready, then went out. On our return, some hours later, found the cleaning caddy left in our room!! Went to have a spa both to find it 'out of order'. The rooms are quite dated and still charding a high price.
• Keith (4/5): Would not consider staying here in future considering the expected upgrades offered. - Good location, comfortable bed. Had an upgrade via genius, spa in room did not work. The swimming pool was out of action. Had a power (not the fault of motel) however could not contact any staff (nobody in office, nobody answering phone) to find out details, although one member did turn and could not speak much English. Showering had to stand in spa, which did not feel safe and there was no curtain to stop water splashing on floor.

We thought we were going to have to go and stay elsewhere and lose our money. Staff had gone home early. Rang the ph number and got info of how to get in which was then easy enough. Rubbish everywhere in yard in courtyard, with long unmown grass. Place kind of felt deserted and run down. Looks like it was once very nice. Needs some TLC. The room wasn’t clean, sticky stuff on remotes, switches and desk. Bedroom only had a small portable fan so it was very hot. Bedside lights didn’t work. Bed was uncomfortable. Compared to other places we have stayed it wasn’t value for money. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Location was ok Advised could check in 2pm, arrived 4pm and room not ready. Cockroach in linen cupboard, spiders and web in bathroom, no batteries in TV remote. Couldn't close the fridge door because the top ice box was so frozen over so the fridge hummed all night, not enough to wake me up but was noticeable Extremely noisy upstairs neighbours, screaming and yelling and banging around until around midnight then up screaming at 6am - not a reflection on the motel I suppose but it is something I didn't like. NEver had anything like it before On leaving, I wanted to say a few things to the operator but the office was locked up, at 10 mind you, and a key box available only. Definately not recommended. THey say you get what you pay for but we stayed in a motel elsewhere that weekend/week for same price which was I dare say 5 times better, 10 times - I mean not comparable.

• Lydia Pollard (4/5): - The laugh it provided, as it was terrible. I really like the advertised pool left to the ducks and having an old mattress in the pool area. So it's kind or a garbage area. And the advertised restaurant, no existant. The garden view room was a view of a main road. The glass of the window also had a massive crack. Again, I didn't like how dirty the whole establishment was. Yes, I understand its budget accommodation. The white fake flowers were brown with dust. However, I didn't expect to witness questionable transactions going down and the room being as filthy as it was. That's without the pool being locked off so the ducks have their own pool.

Room was inadequately provided: no electric jug, cups, plates, cutlery, or tea/coffee provisions. There were 2 out of date milk & 2 leftover kids super doppers in the fridge. Bathroom: needed to flush a ripe turd; shower drain had this k bla k hair in it: shower rail looked like Tarzan had swung on it & no shower curtain, most dispensers were empty. Drain smelt really bad in sinks. Sofa SA k inmiddle a d was dirty. Ant rid on top of cupboard didn't inspire me tobuyanyfoodto eat for breakfast. Why did I stay? I was too tired to bother - I slept in clothes as I didn't feel safe. Got out of there at 8am and place was empty. Would love a refund.
• Declan (1/5): Do not stay - Nothing Rooms floor was still wet on arrival. Couch in room had multiple rips. Couldn't park in space near as people were using it to clean car windows. Few undesirable types hanging around car park area...felt really dodgy
• Natalie (4/5): Disturbed stay, loud and noisy accomadation - Room was spacious bed was big and ressonably comfortable, good water pressure in the showers. Pillows were stained need upgrading lucky brought my own. Room was clean except there was powder all over the floor (cleaning a spill from past guest as per cleaner). The shower was developing rust on the floor near the shower door and I had difficulty closing and opening the shower door as it would get stuck. The noise from other guests were horrific, music playing very loud late at night. Noise upstairs for hours sounded like " Furtniture being moved". Had to approach guests on the last night who pulled up some chairs out side my room quite late having a loud conversation and smoking which entered my room via the bathroom window. Do not recommend staying if you are a UNI student or traveling for work, or even holiday purposes, its a very loud place.

• Sissi (8/5): Great place to our 1 night stop! Good size family room! - Family room- great size room for a night stop with family (5 people). Having a kitchenette, tv, and a separate room was great. We enjoyed our stay and also the petrol station across the road to grab a barista coffee. The separate room had 2 single beds (ok for us) and one of them was collapsing to one side.
