- Michelle (4/5): All the staff were lovely and accommodating. - location was goo for us It was just the noise for us, people talking really loud all night, could hear screaming and the man next door to us was up really early speaking loudly and spitting out onto the ground below. On the site it had ironing facilities available, so we didn't bring an iron and when we arrived, they didn't have ironing facilities. This might need to be amended.

The extremely strong smell of bleach, that didn't dissipate during our stay. We woke up with headaches the next day. I think they should look into alternate cleaning products - more natural. It was so overpowering, it was horrible.

The hotel is definitely not worth going to especially with a family. There's no inside access for families to watch sport on the TV.

- Her Kanwal (8/5): - Clean room and easy to access the property. Shower presser was not that good. Shower head was not placed at the top, it was hanging. It is bit tough to take bath with hanging shower head.

- Tara (7/5): Ok, could improve. Restaurant is nice. - The location was close to what we needed. The joint restaurant is good value for money and families. The rooms are very confusing when booking online I thought I had booked a 2 bed room one living room but it was not that at all. It was tiny, I would definitely call and speak to el toro office girls next time before booking. Bronwyn in the office was absolutely lovely unfortunately she couldn’t move us to a bigger room but tired her best to make us comfortable. The room doors could have an updated- we felt like ours was just going to open.

- Esloquita ❤️ (10/5): - Always a pleasure to stay here, we love it !!! One of our favourite places to stay! And the receptionist/ staff are beautiful, so lovely, best gem we found, beautiful comfy rooms and well priced 👌🫶 Only thing is the shower system the temp was off, often, we did speak to reception and they were getting maintenance in the following monday.
