- Kelly (8/5): We enjoyed it & the view & location were perfect. - The lady who was at the desk when we checked in (around 7pm) was so lovely & helpful. She was fabulous. The views from our room were gorgeous. The location was perfect & the parking was great. The room was a little dated & the bathroom was pretty squishy but the bed was comfy & everything served its purpose. Upon check-out the following morning I waited at the desk for a while as there was no-one at the desk. The lady finally came in & was talking on her phone. It was fine, just seemed a little unprofessional & I had to wait for a while not knowing what to do or where to leave the key.

The walls are so thin we could every word of the conversation between the couple in the next room. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work & the condensation from a shower caused water to run down the tiled bathroom walls. There was shampoo but no conditioner. The room did not have cutlery, crockery or a microwave (a standard inclusion in many other motels)

Was comfortable and had a decent shower. Could do with a little TLC, carpet had a hole in it, a shower screen on the vanity wasn’t very secure which could be dangerous, toilet roll holder was loose causing the toilet roll to keep falling off .

The photo they display does not show the bottom of the shower screen and there is a reason for that. The bottom of the shower screen is not sealed as a result of a 'dodgy' replacement shower door. After using the shower the floor was totally flooded.

- christine (8/5): Very convenient with a comfy bed. - Location was fantastic. Close to the water and easy access to shops. Staff very great. There was no hand towel, no full length mirror and no side table on one side of the double bed. The shower also needs the shower head replaced. I had a shower before I got in. Also the silicone on the outside of the shower was very old and brown.
