Quiet even though it is on the service lane of a fairly main road. Separate couch was a welcome touch. Everything worked as expected. Toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave suited our requirements Couple of eating options within a 7 or 8 minute walk, although we chose to go back into Ballarat to eat - a bit over 2 Kms. Nothing.
