The room was well resourced, coffee and tea, hairdryer and nice towells. None really as the quality of the room met my expectations considering the price however it was a long way from a coffee shop!!!

A request to leave our cars in the carpark earlier than checking was met with “no problem” and when we arrived at 10am, our rooms ready for us. Rooms were clean & comfortable, a little noise from the road but the view from the room made it worth the road noise. Would stay again without hesitation.

Shower pressure was exceptionally good and was very clean and modern. The staff were lovely, friendly and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble. Room was lovely and clean and in great order. Toilet roll holder was already loose and hubby went to put the toilet roll back on it after it fell off and it nearly fell off the wall completely. Air con is lovely but doesn’t reach the single bed in the corner where I was sleeping so it was a tad over warm for me for the 2 nights we were there. Just felt that confined corner was a little warm. Hubby said he was fine in his double bed as it was a little more central in the room.

- Sarah (8/5): Fantastic and great value for money - My partner and I stayed at the Bayview Motel Rosebud/Rye in early Feb 2026 for one night and we had a wonderful time there. The facilities were clean, neat, tidy and presentable. The staff were very friendly and even upgraded us to a balcony room, overlooking Rosebud beach! The bed was comfortable and the room very spacious. Would definitely stay there again.

- Darren (5/5): It's an option. - It was one of the few cheaper options available at the end of the school holidays, but still overpriced for what you got. A basic room. One of the few motels in Australia that still gives biscuits with the free tea/coffee. Not much choice for tea, though. The room was right beside the intersection and quite noisy. It was still school holidays, just, so lots of traffic going by at all hours. The motel has a run down feeling though the bathroom looks kinda newly renovated.
