- JennE (8/5): A great option for Broken Hill - Started with a text message in the afternoon with our room access code and details on connecting to the wifi. Nice and easy, and we were coming in late even better for us. Got to our room and the it was HUGE!!! Sooooo lovely, extremely spacious and clean, and soooo many places to put things (nothing worse than travelling than having to move stuff around every time you want something out of a different bag) We upgraded to the spa room and holy moley the spa was HUGE!!!! Towels provided were huge and soft and fluffy and they are smart enough to give you some for the bath and a set to shower with the next day. Shower was amazing too! I did not wanna get out (but heat does take a bit to come through in the morning). Bed was super comfy, we were out like a light. Once the doors closed you can't hear anything outside! Hotel is in a good place in town with a servo just around the corner and a less than 1km walk to resteraunts. A few tiny tiny things that we noticed were that a few lights in our room were damaged, there was wifi, but no internet access (which means even the new smart TV wouldn't work)

All facilities in room were there, fridge, jug, microwave, toaster etc No internet connection when trying to use wifi. Also there was a device with a blue flashing light on the stand next to the bed and the device was not allowed to be touched or unplugged or there was a $100 payment incurred. It flashed all day and all night. Difficult to sleep.

Staff were helpful when our check-in time was delayed and we were only able to arrive quite late at night. Beds were comfortable. Loved that it was pet friendly. The second bedroom with the three single beds did not really get any of the cold air from the split system air conditioner and was quite warm bordering on uncomfortable to sleep in.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The rooms definitely need some love in terms of updating, looks and feels very 70’s Again the description of the property did not reflect reality.
- Amanda (3/5): Very poor. - We had booked in advance with knowing the weather forecast was going to be warm, we were attracted to the pool. On arrival we were informed the pool was not usable. With no offer of any kind of reimbursement, I will recommend to never stay there again. The rooms were dirty, sheets were stained. Not a very nice experience.

- Josephine (4/5): Fine except for the non stop dripping shower and the absence of the restaurant. - Brought my own breakfast, which was fortunate because the dining room was closed. I wish there had been a sharp knife in the cutlery box to slice bread and cheese with. The shower nozzle needs repair and dripped constantly. Doesn't water waste matter in Broken Hill? Also, after driving from the Gammon Ranges via Tea Tree Rd and Yunta I was looking forward to having dinner in the restaurant, but it was closed.
