- Simon (8/5): Good value for money - Whilst the rooms are not large they suited our needs and were very lean and well appointed. With the automated check in, if it had not been for the fact someone was on duty, we would not have been able to check in until 2:00pm, which I am aware is the time they specify but we had advised them we would be there around 1:30pm and there was no correspondence to say that this was not possible.

- Stephen (5/5): Miserable staff - The staff, in particular the cleaners. They were most unfriendly and rude, I said good morning and got a very frosty response, I got the impression that they disliked anyone from outside the town which is strange considering 100% of their business is passing trade. Nothing wrong with a smile, it doesn't cost anything and it spoiled what was otherwise a good stay.
