- Sherrin (8/5): Excellent - Location Unfortunately road noise
- Susan (6/5): Basic Suitable For The Price - The initial view wasn't good as there were cigarette butts, a cotton bud and other small bits of rubbish outside the room, but upon entry the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a microwave, and usual tea facilities even though only one mug and one person's cutlery. There were 2 cups and glasses. It was obviously a rental motel as the tiles in the bathroom weren't the best but cleaned as well as possible without replacing. The price was very reasonable with a good central location.
- David (7/5): - No No
- ian (8/5): Great value and location - Spacious room, bed comfortable , good shower, quiet location , very close to Lake Victoria, safe for an evening walk, Walking distance to great Malaysian food at "Tea Rooms" Room looking just a little "tired"

- Grant (6/5): Could be a really good establishment if a bit more pride was taken. - Good location. Close to the big park and food places. Room was pretty clean on arrival. Big TV. Nice to have a microwave in the room. Smoke detectors removed was probably the most worrying thing. Bathroom fan didn’t work, soap tray in shower had a corner smashed off it with exposed sharp edges that caused a deep cut to our kids elbow, towel hooks broken so nowhere to hang towels to dry as the room wasn’t serviced daily, electric blankets didn’t work and no extra blanket available. Generally unkept and untidy grounds with overflowing bins, overgrown lawns, rubbish and take away containers strewn throughout the gardens and car parking areas, algae in the pool.
- Chelsea (6/5): - Close to town. Beds were clean and comfortable. Dishes were dirty. Not a lot of space for parking. Not many facilities in the room. We weren't offered a turnover service for our 5 night stay.
- Saju (1/5): - Nothing Room and cleanliness
- Kirsty (2/5): Pretty gross and only caused by necessity - Location Very dirty and smelt damp and the shower wouldn’t drain and overflowed

- fb3eec91025970003af3fddda4956bb1 (6/5): We booked a stay for the 16th, and overall it was an average experience. The first impression wasn’t great, as there was - Great location. I found it quite expensive.

- e56b0b96d1d3734c251dac2c04297d97 (7/5): Pretty much what we needed for our stay - Clean, reasonable facilities, good value Provided toaster and microwave and some cutlery/crockery however nothing to wash these with for multiple nights staying. Dishwashing liquid and a cloth would have been great.

- cd6ce384ab90733434b63d07f92d79be (9/5): - It was clean and the beds super comfy
- d3a5c9dd919f72c9ae81d71e01375eb2 (4/5): Stay was ok but the bathroom is unhygienic and exposed wires are not safe. - Location Shower floods onto bathroom floor. Toilet has very strong odour similar to cigar smoke. Exposed wiring for bed light, dry rot in walls near bathroom, mould in shower. Cupboard door knob missing.

- 143f3487ea5672fc573da5e64f2cfcd5 (3/5): - Great location. Our room seriously needs repair and cleaning.
- 8be3807e879b71e1fa45b0ef5c5f150d (5/5): It was okay but we had people banging on our door at 4am and the floor was wet and our taps were leaking - It was close to where I needed to go The taps were leaking, the floor was wet next to the bed, no spare pillows, we were next to the laundry room and it was really loud
- c514358a699972ae0f381ad2db98f971 (1/5): Never return - ?? Highway - rooms noisy! Cars dragging every night.
drug deals, police
- Baser (10/5): -
- David (8/5): -
- Rebecca (4/5): It was what I could afford an need at the time very happy - Breakfast I didn’t have any location great spot There was split in the roof an some walls had holes not very nice to look at and curtains didn’t shut all the way an Under the couch cushions were a lot of past tenants dirt was an had not been cleaned unde
- Miriama (10/5): -
- Daley (10/5): Lovely family staff - The staff, I think a family, were very friendly and lovely giving us an extra hr for checkout, even though we didn't need it in the end, typical country hotel mattresses, though I slept comfortably myself, clean rooms and nice size, with a bath as well as a shower. The taps in the bathroom were leaking unless you turned off really hard, and had to use bath tap to fill the kettle as the bathroom Basin sink wouldn't fit it.
- Aofia (8/5): -
- Hopcroft (6/5): - That I could get a room for the good price and availability Clean but not great the right number of cutlery would be good and big plates
- Nathan (6/5): Nope. - Wifi and TV. Fridge and milk. Close to town Very clean. The fire alarm was missing! Pretty sure that's illegal.
No towels. I had to ask the staff. They probably thought I stole them. That was annoying.
They seem to collect the empty cans from the rooms for the 10c recycling.... I had a bunch of them placed on the ground right outside my door which kept rattling away with the wind.
I won't stay here again.
- Myia (9/5): Comfortable - Clean, easy access The rain, but was probably not the motels fault
- Matt (1/5): Wish I had of booked somewhere else the photo online are of another hotel - Nothing the place was very average. The pool was too dirty to swim in, the room was very run down and dirty kitchenette had cockroaches. The BBQ was broken had grass growing through it.
- Vivian (10/5): - Great for one night, had everything I needed
- Claire (7/5): -
- Casey (6/5): Not value for money - Shower was really bad including the water smelt bad.
- Louise (4/5): - Location Outdoor facilities poorly maintained - pool unusable water green. Bbq rusty also unusable
- Adele (5/5): - The room was unclean, there was a dirty bandaid in the bathroom. There was no shower door and the water sprayed close to the light switch. Which is very dangerous.
- Watson (10/5): - Clean, well maintained room, clean and working aircon. Pool to cool down after bmx racing The pool water could be maintained a bit better. It was a bit green.
- Wright (6/5): - Can Walk from train station
- Krishna (6/5): -
- Lance (5/5): - The shower door need looking at. It’s old and not much thought given to maintenance
- Eliza (5/5): -
- EsthiB (7/5): -
- Ronel (6/5): Disappointing - Booking was easy enough. Affordable. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The basin had bad stains, that made it look dirty.
It did not have a cover over the transition area between carpet and tiles and my daughter cut her foot on the spikes.
The couch had old crumbs and wrappers under the cushions(it looked like it had not been cleaned in ages).
Even though it was a good central location, it was extremely noisy due to being on a busy road. Throughout the Saturday night there were constantly screeching tyres down the road. It wakes you up multiple times.
- Peter (10/5): Comfortable - Plenty of parking any easy to get into
- Matthew (7/5): No complaints, the room matched the price paid and I’d happily stop over again if passing through - Good basic facilities as expected given the price, clean and comfortable for a short stay Facilities are somewhat aged, a few things suffering from wear and tear or damaged… we had the toilet roll holder and a curtain fall off at first use
- Amanda (6/5): - Friendly staff but very basic House service, pillows , must take ya own, very dated outdoor area not maintained
- Abbey (8/5): -
- Rhiannon (1/5): Very unpleasant experience. - The location was good, aside from the main road turning into a dragstrip at night.
And we were able to check in early which was great. The hotel room was disgusting. Ripped curtains covered in mould, grimy/mouldy shower, stained upholstery on the chairs, faucet in the bathroom not fitted properly, sink doesnt drain, amd there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, just a window fused open with a broken fly screen letting bugs in. I could go on and on. Outside was just as bad, the lawns and weeds were overgrown, the pool was green, despite being March and 30°.
I've stayed in a lot of low budget motels and whilst dated, they are always clean at a bare minimum.
This room needs urgent attention and is not fit to be let.
- Joel (8/5): Excellent stay and recoomended for those who are looking to stay in town. -
- Hopcroft (6/5): -
- Lenoard (3/5): Glad was only one night - Convenient location Needs maintenance, painting, repairs to shower, bed as hard as a rock
- Erica (4/5): Probably would chose a different hotel next time sadly - Have stayed in this hotel nearly 10 times over the last 15 years: its location next to the lake is perfect. Value for money is also a bonus Had to be new owners since we last visited 1/2 years ago. Bathroom was full of mould and walls were slimy. Carpets are stained. Pool area was overgrown and pool was not clean. Receptionist man was rude and not approachable. Was very disappointed this time
- AKot (7/5): I was not comfortable because of the broken curtains - Location Curtains were broken
- Van Keulen (7/5): -
- Roslyn (10/5): -
- amanda (1/5): Pay the extra $ and stay elsewhere - Nothing A pair of undies found wrapped around smoke detector on roof. Bathroom mouldy as
- Jamie (7/5): -
- Kreyts (6/5): You get what you pay for, if you need a cheap and easy place to stay this will do - Standard basic motel room
Free tea and coffee
Passably clean
Bonus was the air conditioning We stayed in room 8 and the entire bed is on a slant with your feet sitting higher than your head
Black mold in the shower
Passably clean
- Naomi (4/5): Expensive for what it was. - The shower was dirty, the soap holder has been broken off and shower door did not close properly.
The body wash shampoo and conditioner little bottles were half used.
- Nia (4/5): Wouldn’t return as I felt unsafe as a solo female - Rooms were large and the facilities were decent Other guests were loud at night in the car park beeping their horns and weren’t told to stop by staff even though it was during staffed hours. Felt unsafe as a solo female

- Ronald (7/5): -

- Megan (7/5): Cheap but comfortable, no frills. - Comfortable bed. Water in fridge, microwave, tea, coffee making. Central location.. Comfortable, cheap no frills. Bathroom very dated with broken fixtures; no towel rails, broken soap dish, shower needs replacing.
- Christine (10/5): It was really a great place to stay. - It was excellent, and everything so clean, neat and tidy and it provided everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again.
