Joy (4/5): - Location was good, room and bathroom size was great. Mouldy shower, so disgusting. You can literally scrap it off (pinkish scum) with your fingernail. Parking is abit tight if you have a large SUV.

Thank you so much for the adjustment!! We will definitely be back Guests having "temporary" guests and taking our car park . But no fault of the room .

We were greeted warmly and given good directions/instructions. Our room was comfortable and warm with a huge bathroom. We received clean towels on the morning of our second day, and breakfast dishes were replaced for the ones we'd used N/A

Loved the spa and spent most of our time in the little courtyard outside it was so nice and relaxing. Overall nice stay 😊 The shower had mold pretty much all over it, especially the handles. It didn't seem like it ever got cleaned. The floor in the bathroom and kitchen area didn't seem like it had been mopped and we wore shoes going on those floors. I wiped up the floor with a towel and it was a bit brown on the towel. The roof above the shower had yellow drops all over it, not sure what that is from but was random and a put off. But other than this it was a nice stay.

Judith (7/5): Cheap & cheerful. - We were welcomed with a smile, after booking quite late before arriving. The room wasn't expensive and was a good last minute place to stay. Was tidy and had most thing's for a comfortable stay. It was better than I would expect for how much we paid. And I would stay here again if need be.🙂 Smoke alarms didn't seem to be present, but they may have been replaced with something I couldn't see??? There was only a fan for cooling and the only sink for water is in the bathroom.

Melissa (10/5): The stay was fine, friendly staff and was central to everything the only letdown was attention to detail - The fact that it has a spa and is central It wasn’t clean there were marks everywhere and limited power points in the kitchen wasn’t good and the stove door didn’t shut properly and the power point on stove was dangerous as plug was loose and it didn’t work, also we found some shoes that were left behind in a cupboard from someone else that had stayed…..

Sureshkumar (6/5): Good location but grubby. - Hotel is on good location. There’s easy access to all main attractions. The towels, bedsheets were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The apartment we had No4 was dirty. The draws were sticky inside and the bathroom, although the toilet and sink unit were new, the rest of the room and shower area was tired and not cleaned properly. Skirting boards and some surfaces were very dusty/ dirty. These are small things that can be easily rectified!
