The room is dusty, the fridge was very noisy and if you open the windows to get fresh - Location was convenient I felt my chest close in as soon as I walked into the room. There is a feeling of dust and must in the room and I slept with a congested nose the whole night.

Arrived later in the evening and the room was unserviced and a filthy bed with no bedding is what we were greeted with and unable to be slept in. The manager the next day said the room had been utilised therefore no refund could be given for the night 'stayed' offered an 'upgrade' for the second night we had booked - no thanks!

The place is run down and needs a face lift, paint is cracking and flaking off the door frames, carpet is stained and dirty, shower curtain was stained and old, the pool was murky and the front auto security gate was broken and had to be opened by hand. Service was very poor. Everything, the place was so run down so badly and needs to be renovated.

Even the ashtray outside our room had not been emptied and there are patch-up jobs evident everywhere. The laundry had not been swept out for quite a while as there were many cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Thankfully, we only stayed one night.

- Amy (2/5): Poor room condition, excellent food - Bedding clean, Restaurant great The room was dirty across multiple surfaces and had a strong musty smell. There was no hot water in the shower, which was particularly unpleasant as we were attending a funeral. Not all power points were working, there was only one light for the entire room, and the TV only had LG channels with no local stations available. The family room kitchenette was poorly set up and felt very cramped, and the beds were extremely low and uncomfortable. I contacted the motel directly before writing this review to provide feedback but did not receive a response.

Was hard to get to function in morning., Grounds landscaping around motels units could be improved with plantings and greenery to create a more welcoming experience. The staff were amazing, the facilities have an BBQ that caters for travelling.l, the swimming pool was a hit with myself princess, even tho it is winter. The chef is amazing. - Alicia (3/5): I wouldn’t book here again. - The window in the bathroom was broken, not just cracked, it literally had a tennis ball sized hole in it. The door didn’t fully close unless locked and then wind whistled through it all night. The bathroom sink wasn’t in the bathroom, it was in the main room meaning you had to open the door before you could wash your hands. There were mugs but no tea towel or dish liquid to clean them.

- Adnan (1/5): - Nothing it was so dirty There was insect infestation and riches every where not safe and was very dirty and not safe at all , we had a long drive next day and we were up all day due to that , and we were charged extra for our pet cat , and we paid happily but it was the worst experience of our life, I would never recommend any one to stay at that nasty place, full of bugs and dirty bed and room poor situation.

Actually had to throw some stuff away due to melting. Floors weren’t clean. Couldn’t use the television at all. Under bathroom sink had mold due to a long term leak.
