- Maria (6/5): There were no plates if people had brought their own snacks for lunch, not only that why on earth have a toaster in the - That they didn’t have an area for smokers since the airports have one and public areas have allocated areas. Also when I booked a paid on line. They put me and my husband in area that we would have had to walk by people that were smoking. I went back to my husband and told him that I was very angry and he better do something about changing the room. The guy could see my husband was getting very angry. So my husband didn’t say no more.

- L (4/5): - Clean. The hot pool is nice. I stayed here twice during a one week trip to Moree. The second time I stayed, the big lights were not working and the heating also did not work. I did not notify staff as it was quite late in the evening however, these are things I would expect to work.

- Cathy (5/5): It was ok except the shower, indoor pool not working and female staff poor customer service - The breakfast ok The room nice, quiet and big Check-in was good with the male staff on Friday afternoon The female staff on Saturday morning spoke in a angry tone to all visitors in dinner room including us at breakfast The shower drain was blocked and we it raised with the female staff on Saturday morning and the she replied by saying “we knew about it and all the room on the are the same on the reception/river side are getting renovated next week but they only doing two rooms at a time and leaving the other rooms open for booking. She said we were showering in poo. The bathroom was dirty The reason for why we stay there was for the heated indoor pool but it was broken the Friday night as the female staff asked us about it and said inconsiderate guests broke the pump filter and was going to check cc video Another guests asked for discount and she refused it, so we didn’t bother asking as she spoke abruptly and angry

Pool was natural artesian water. Indoor pool very nice to soak in. Facilities good enough. Value for money. Nice surrounds. Close to shops. Indian guy at restaurant was very helpful when we checked-in after hours. Not his job coz Reception was closed, but he helped us check in. Very much appreciated. Motel not crowded. Nice stay anyhow for a short break. Wine glasses were NOT cleaned, still had wine residue. Not sure if housekeepers wash and soap the glasses at all. Cannot trust the cups and glasses esp. No stirrers nor teaspoons for stirring coffee and tea making facilities. Unable to watch free to air TV all the time.. Shows "NO Signal" on TV. Motel should have informed us that we could order the OnDemand community bus for pick up fr train stn, instead of us walking all the way to motel fr train stn for 2 kms. Should have been indicated somewhere on their website. Also the taxi service availability.

The on-site restaurant serves a really good selection of meals. Barista made coffee is available all day ! The property is a short walk to the town centre making it ideal. The artesian pools at the property were awesome ! There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

When I tried to cancel the next night due to this problem Booking.com blamed the accomodation and the next day the accomodation blamed Booking.com Rubbish service all round. Avoid and avoid Booking.com.

Unidentified brown substance on wall near toilet extract fan in bathroom was mostly blocked with a layer of muck. What appeared to be wads of toilet paper stuck to the roof. The river view was not. Hot pool was nowhere near the advertised temperature.

Good lighting security for car park and gate lock at 10pm. Had to call for reception. Check in given but not particularly welcoming. Just essential information given with the key.Room poorly maintained with shoddy repairs, no bulb in fitting over coffee/tea alcove, soap &mould stained shower curtain. Laundry nearby filthy. Booking and welcome email offered 3 to 4pm happy hour, 10% off dining in, 20% off hot breakfast. Reality was no happy hour, restaurant closed, not hot breakfast. No explanation or apology.

The restaurant was exceptional with great attention to detail. We could only book a budget room, but it exceeded our expectations We would certainly stay here again

- Linda (6/5): An appreciated stop but needs improvement. - Quiet location. Excellent dinner with quality produce and service and atmosphere. Pleasant free continental breakfast. Pool options were terrific. Comfortable enough beds and clean linens. Soaps / complimentary toiletry items were appreciated. Biscuits were appreciated after our journey. Renovated dining area was very nice. Hopefully this renovation process expands to the rooms at some stage. Received email with a 10% discount for dinner but then staff indicated there wasn't a discount for dinner (at time of payment after meals). Then received a further email on check out again promoting a discounted dinner for guests 🤨. Disappointing. Have emailed asking they update the communication if there isn't a discount. Room was tired and damaged. I couldn't open the door very well to get in and out of the room due to movement of either the door or the building. It was stuck! Had to use the rear door and open the front door from the outside. The bathroom cabinetry was significantly water damaged and in need of replacement, major cracks in the wall of room near child's bed, lack of ventilation to bathroom (the available ventilation fan was quite dirty). The room had been recently cleaned but wasn't freshly cleaned for our arrival - small dead bugs on bathroom vanity suggested lapse of time between the last room clean and our arrival (though I did make a same day booking, so appreciate limited time to do so). Room fridge smelled strongly of garlic. Couldn't use it. There seemed to be two addresses online - I think the website for the property provided an alternative (updated?) address - not sure why! The other address doesn't seem to be for the current property.

- Vicki (6/5): Okay for an overnight stay but would upgrade to a better room for longer. - The spa pool was very nice. The hot water and shower pressure was good. Free continental breakfast was good. The bathroom sink had not been cleaned properly. There were what appeared to be whiskers in the sink and surrounds. It was a budget room so it was quite small.

- Keryn (10/5): I would return - A brief overnight stop over. I arrived after reception had closed, the check-in instructions were clear & easy to follow. The location was very convenient, my room was very clean & comfortable. The free breakfast was a bonus. No complaints at all.
- Marion (6/5): Disappointing considering the price - Location was good Property run down, badly cracked tiles inside and outside on verandah (could be a fall risk). Cleaning not up to standard, potato crisps from previous occupant still on chair. Bathroom floor not clean. Pillows suitable for sitting on a chair, rubbish for sleeping on.

- Theisha (9/5): We were upgraded a room, which we were very thankful for. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and - The pools were excellent! I have never been in a pool that was also a spa, so that was a cool experience. It was great that there were three different temperatured pools. Something for everyone. I think the gate gate should be closed at all times at the entrance, as apposed to just late at night, as one of the locals mentioned to always lock out car.

It needs some upgrades at least change the - Location is good, easy to access and good price with booking.com discount. The restaurant was good and food was great. Can’t complain with the price but the bed was too old (too soft) and the wall had some funny noise, I didn’t sleep well that night. The curtain couldn’t cover the window fully.

- Diana (5/5): Unfortunately a Disappointing stay. - Location was ok It was Easter but not an excuse for a dirty room. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed & bathroom barely clean. No milk for my cuppa & when I went to reception no one came even though it was within open hours. Artesian spas were NOT fresh flowing water .. just a hot swimming pool. But grotty. Very unfriendly patrons .. very disappointing

- Ashley (10/5): Thanks for having us at very short notice. A great night. - We needed last minute accommodation in Moree on a long weekend. The Artesian Spa could not have done more to make this possible - welcoming us despite being closed, and letting us stay longer the following day while we sorted out our car. The manager, Danielle, was warm and caring: we were incredibly grateful that we ended up where she was and could sort our night out so easily.

- Sue (6/5): I guess ok for the price. Only because of the pools - Pools were goo as always. Except one of the outside pools dint have the jets working. I had messaged back in January for an end of March booking asking for a wheelchair accessible room never got a reply and when I booked in they told me the room is closed for renovations. Also there was a step up to get into the office/restaurant area which required me to get out of chair and lift up. Even though there was staff at the front desk they rarely offered to help. Just in general I thought the staff weren’t rude but weren’t overly friendly either. Also there was a microwave in the room but no cutlery and no crockery. So the meals I had bought to heat up I ended up throwing as I didn’t want to eat with my fingers.

- Papaw19 (6/5): Loved the pools - The best thing about this motel are the pools - lovely to sit in artesian pool, then jump into the cool pool. The evening meal at the restaurant was very good and the staff were very professional. The riverside king room was adequate, the bed was comfy, and there was plenty of shelf space. However, the bathroom needs to be refurbished, some of the lights were not working and the TV reception was hit and miss.

- Lioudguerd (1/5): It was terrible experience… - Bathroom wasn’t well maintained with stained vanity, blocked shower, broken noisy inbuilt fan, staked door. Fridge was out of order. They should do pest control- small lizards running around on the wall. No value for money they charged at all.

- Debra (8/5): The thermal pools are wonderful and the rooms are clean and tidy. Restaurant food is delicious. - We didn’t have breakfast. We loved the delicious food for dinner. We have been here several times. The rooms are good and clean. The pools are great and the reason we stop there.
- Jody (1/5): Worst accommodation I have ever experienced - Dinner from the restaurant was the only thing I can say was good at the property. Photos are outdated, the rooms need a good clean and a revamp. Air conditioning was terrible, considering how hot Moree is. Wi fi did not work on the television. Woke up to something scratching in the walls early in the morning.
