• Phillip (7/5): Good accomodation close to centre of town for more than one couple - The room was well laid out and good for two bedrooms , with a nice little kitchen , the guy at reception was very helpful. Beds were reasonable to sleep on. We had to have the heat pump on all night as it was very cold (don't think there is any double glazing) equally the outside bedroom next to the road was very noisy, but overall we had a reasonably comfortable night.

• gillian (6/5): ok - it was ok The cleanliness room service was not particular enough. We had inadvertently spilt some granola, cleaned it as best we could (no broom, vacum) , but post house keeping the crumbs were still there !!
• Gwendoline (7/5): Overall ok - The location was perfect, close to town . It was very comfortable and the bedding was very clean The shower bathroom was not very clean. Had a lot of mould on the near the floor. The windows also had black dirt or mould around it in The lounge. The cutlery could do with an upgrade. Also so the walls do with a paint. The boost was having a carpark which was awesome. We would recommend this property but it certainly needs some TLC.
• kathleen (8/5): Great stay very central to Queenstown. - Close to town. Walk to gondola, ice bar etc. View of gondola, paragliders, etc. Parking onsite which is a plus in Queenstown as there is no parking to be easily found here. Washing machine and fill kitchen was a plus.

• Fiona (9/5): Although our stay in Queenstown was short this accommodation was excellent in location & offerings. - The location was fabulous. Once we parked the car we didn’t drive it again until we left. Having cooking facilities was fabulous & it was very well appointed. Having a washing machine was excellent. The heated floor in bathroom & heated towel rail. Only minor things - globe in bedside light didn’t work. Was replaced as soon as we saw reception. Had to get a plug to fit the kitchen sink. Had to ask for more dishwasher detergent (should be at least enough for length of stay). Bedroom- no natural light.

• Kiran (9/5): Perfect self contained apartment for short stays - Great location, just a 5min walk to the town center. Accomodating staff, they allowed us to park our car for longer than our stay. It’s a self contained apartment with a functional kitchenette, well stocked cutlery and utensils. The only thing missing was a dryer. A commercial dryer is located at a lower floor but just too much hassle, so we avoided doing laundry completely.

Not really set up for 4 adults (ie small sofa and 2 low stools to sit on) Staff helpful in providing basics and allowing late check out and storing our bags. • Holiday Boss (8/5): Great location, good facilities but could be some much better if furnishings were updated. - Great location, close to town. Very handy to Walters Tavern, The Courthouse, Speights Ale House and Brazz Bar which were teriffic for good traditional style pub meals and couldn't go past Brazz's $10 breakfast. Whistler also very close and handy to main bus hub, 4 square supermarket and fresh choice supermarket. The shower and floor heating in bathroom was amazing. The young guy in reception/office was very helpful too. Furnishings (eg, couch and tiny chairs at table) while ok, are old and could be 'modernised' for comfort.

• Anissa (9/5): Awesome location - a great place to stay for those with a budget - The location was great - easy walk into town and back. There was a washing machine in the room and a dryer was available on site if needed - but we were able to use the clothes dryer rack that was provided and our clothes dried quite quickly. The view from our balcony was pretty cool too. Parking was easy and there seemed to be plenty of parking available. The shower itself was one of the better ones on our trip. Just a heads up - if you get Room 25 - there are stairs - lots and lots of stairs to get to your room! One thing that was frustrating was the body wash in the shower - the pumps on the bottles were not very good and it was frustrating trying to get any out at all - but it did smell great so it was worth the effort.

Clean and the roses smell so nice like my home ! The warm bathroom floor tiles and heated towel tail helps in the morning! The slope to walk down to carpark .

• Rizka Rahayu (9/5): Strategic location - The location is close to city centre and the gondola. One thing to note is that the apartment doesn’t have a lift. If you have a lot of luggage, especially heavy ones, it might take a bit of effort to bring them up.
• 226ritab (8/5): Convenient and good as a base in Queenstown where you have different activities. - Close to downtown where everything's there. Very convenient. Clean and omfy beds. Nice shower. It is on a busy main road with rapid vehicles noise. However, noise reduced during night time and the sleep will not be bothered.

Was hard to find someone to check in but sorted it out eventually

Clean and comfortable but no drawer space.Bear in mind this property is built on a hillside with no lift so climbing stairs is necessary to gain access to rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Very comfortable beds and the apartment and kitchen had everything we needed. Washing machine as well. On site staff helpful with our requests for maintenance. The appartments face Gorge Rd and the local sports fields, so there is a bit of street noise; the bedroom is at the rear so sleeping is not impacted. Overall nice, convenient location but a bit pricey

Fairly pricey for what’s provided It’s on Gorge Road so there is a lot of street noise; no relaxing on the balcony at this place. The bedroom was at the back so the noise did not affect sleeping to much. I needed to request better cleaning of the bathroom as it was fairly mouldy. The staff did arrange that, but the bathroom cleaning needs to be improved. The staff leave at 3pm

• Annie (7/5): Good location with everything you need - Wonderful location just outside of the main Queenstown hub so it's a bit more quiet, yet, just a 5min walk and you are surrounded by shops/cafes/restaurants! We had views of Bob Peak from our living room/balcony, which was great. The apartment had a washing machine and stainless steel clothes airer which came in handy. Really good insulation and despite the cold temperatures, the inside was very warm. Staff at reception was lovely and very helpful. The bathroom needs updating and a deep clean. There was mould in the shower and the extractor fan was very very dirty. The shower water pressure was low.

Car parking on site was great as we didn’t need to use car much but good to have it off the street. It would be nice to provide hair conditioner as well as shampoo for a place that’s charging that nightly rate. It would feel pretty cramped if you stayed any length of time.
