• Meistersinger (9/5): Value for money accommodation in the heart of Ascot. - Lovely accommodation for families living together. I love the arrangement of adjacent rooms.
• Meistersinger (9/5): Accommodation perfect for traveling couples and families - The rate for the room was just right. The room was clean and provided with basic amenities. The location of the property was about 10-15 min walk to restaurants, supermarket and shops.

• Bryony (8/5): Comfortable and convenient - Excellent location, and large room with a good sized balcony and bathroom. Pool looked nice, unfortunately didn't have time to use it. Easy parking. A bit of road and train noise due to room being situated at the front of the property, but not bad.
• Carolyn (8/5): Good airport option - Good sized room and “relatively” quiet location, 15 minute drive from the airport for our morning flight. Good off street parking. Small but appreciated pool. Bed was comfortable and air con and fan were good to have. Toaster, kettle and dishes provided, so we could have our own breakfast. Riverside restaurants an easy 20 minute walk away. People arriving back around 11:30 pm and carrying on conversations in their room that were audible to us as we tried to sleep and the stairwell door banging shut too. Studio has no dishwashing facilities other than the bathroom sink, so we had to leave our rinsed dishes.

• Terri (8/5): - Convenience. Housekeeping. Our room wasn't serviced until 12.30 and after a phone call to reception. Towels were replaced, bins emptied and I had to ask her to make the bed. That was it. No cleaning in bathroom. Bed. The doona only went over the top of the bed,nothing down the sides. Our stay was for three days, with one day being a Sunday. I understand that most places don't clean on a Sunday., but would've thought a bit of floor washing etc would be standard in the daily clean.
• Sue-Ellen (7/5): A Visit - The Quest addressed all our needs , the shower recess was extremely slippery and therefore dangerous. If you fell (which is quite possible as the tiles are shiny) you could experience a lot of damage. The tiles should be replaced or a handrail installed for safety. The coffee is dreadful! Apart from the shower and coffee it is a great and convenient location to stay. The shower recess , ironing board very challenging and terrible coffee.

Good choice of places to lunch or dine in the near vicinity to the Quest Ascot. Clean, comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff were very helpful offering options on where I could eat. Nothing bad to say, I happy very with the accommodation
• May (5/5): Great location but needs a modern update - Location The mattress was extremely uncomfortable as were the pillows. We are both small people and a double bed was something you would find in a 1980’s motel so the size of the bed was also disappointing. There was quite a lot of dust in the place and finger marks all over the kitchen. Not deal breakers but noticeable.

Satisfied our location and comfort needs. - Location was excellent for my work requirements and my wife enjoyed the stay being able to visit some nice cafes and shops while I was in the City. We were met and welcomed by a lovely lady who helped us with all our enquiries including a late checkout for my wife. Made the trip very comfortable. Off street parking a bonus. Would have loved to use the pool but no time to do that unfortunately. No problems.

They required a credit card for a security deposit, so I had to say all my credit card details out loud in front of other guests who were waiting for their uber which was uncomfortable.
